I purchased the license account, but when I start a meeting, it still shuts down after 40 minutes. Why is this happening?

Hello - I have set up a reoccurring meeting and added two of my co-workers as Alternative Hosts - so that any of us can start the meetings.  Works great - however I am the only one who can access the Usage Reports to capture the list of participants of past meetings.  Is there a way to allow the Alternative Hosts access to the meetings Usage Reports?Thanks in advance,  Bruce

How to zoom between countries with basic package?

I have Zoom Pro.  Attendees trying to join my meeting by phone get the audio message that this meeting does not support dial-in.  I know this is now a restriction of free Zoom, but I thought Pro would support this.  (It used to work fine with the free version) Any suggestions appreciated. ntm

This is a bit of a mouthful, but we are helping an instructor record his in-person course for students who cannot attend. In this case, I'm planning to assign a person as an alternate host on the isntructor's Zoom meeting to allow them to start the recording, but they also need to be able to use their Zoom account on a different device at the same time. Is that possible? My guess is that a Zoom user can only have one Zoom open at a time. the point of confusion here is that the user would be an alternate host for a meeting scheduled under another person's account, and they want to be able to use their own account on a different device to meet with people on Zoom.   

If you increase the webinar license capacity will that increase apply to webinars already scheduled but have not yet occurred?

We have been utilizing several different platforms for instant messaging/chat outside of meetings including Zoom.We're now moving to standardize on a single platform (not Zoom) and we have users asking if there is a way that they can export or download their conversation history with colleagues and save it locally on their machine.The copy/paste into a Google/Word doc is a cumbersome and time-consuming option and we're hoping there is a better path that someone has found. Ideally this would be something each end-user could do as some channel/chats are not important to export/save. Suggestions? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Hi there, When we're running webinars, we want to control when attendees can join  or be allowed in. Typically, our panelists join the webinar 15 mins before and share notes to prepare for the webinar before it starts. Some attendees join early and see this. It looks unprofessional. Therefore, how do I control when a attendee can access webinar? ThanksEd

Hello, I have a question regarding recording in gallery view. If I have a Zoom meeting with more than 30 people and I turn on gallery mode, but I want to specifically see a few people constantly on my screen, say 5, can I pin them? And if so, keep on seeing them and in my recording?  The reason why I am asking is that I know that the Gallery can only hold up to 25 people with a free account. So imagine if I have 30 people, and everyone has their webcam on, I pin 1 2 3, will I always see them in my recording in gallery mode and will number 4 - 30 be rotated amongst the other 22 'free spots'?  Thanks!  

Hi. Being new to video conferencing (Zoom), I'd like to know if there is a time limit on the Zoom site that lets me practice and experiment when I am the only one in the "meeting"? I'd like to make my mistakes "in private" until I get the hang of this technology.

Does anyone know what would cause a particular application to NOT show up in the list of open application to choose from in the Basic Screen Sharing window? To my knowledge any open application will show in the Basic tab as an option to choose from. To share that application only. In Windows 10, what might cause a single specific application to NOT show up in that list? It's a healthcare application. Is there some type of certificate that prevents it from being shared potentially?

I'm currently on a Pro Plan and is looking to host a meeting for 1500 attendees for one-time only. What would be the best way to do that?

Hi. Every time I use Zoom and try to sign into a meeting, it claims I have an error code 1132--that I must reset my password. I then reset it and get into the meeting--which is good. But that will happen again (that error message and needing to reset my passcode) the next time I try to logon to Zoom meetings--even though I've made an accurate note of my Zoom sign in password. What can I do to prevent this/stop this from happening?Thanks in advance for your help. --Librarian11111

We are hosting paid monthly webinars and have one scheduled tomorrow.  Several registrants are complaining they are not receiving the confirmation with link, and upon investigation of one it was found that they entered an incorrect email address.  Is there a way for the account owner/presenter to revise that email address so a confirmation can be re-sent to the attendee?

I have a Zoom Pro account and I want to host a simple, audio-only conference call. Not all participants will have access to the internet and some will be using a landline. Is there a way to create a meeting where participants call in using one of the access numbers and join a conference call? How do I host such a call using the app? Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to follow this article to configure our domain but I don't see that option. I'm the admin and even the owner can't see it.Was this functionality moved to another place? Thanks!
