One of our accounts has scheduling privileges for our CEO. However, because it is our admin account, when you go to schedule, it default to "my meeting", meaning the admin account and then you have to use the drop down to select the CEO. We've already had a few occurrences where the meeting gets scheduled incorrectly because we forget to toggle to CEO when scheduling. Is there a way to default it to the CEO when scheduling?  Thank you! 

Hi I recorded a webinar and neglected to show my branding on my shared screen before ending the recording of my shared screen.  Is there any way I can add an image to the very end after the fact?Thanks!

Please i would like to know if it's possible for a participant to join a Zoom Events without having to create a zoom account.I create a a conference test in zoom event, I invited some participants and share the registration link with others. But they couldn't join because they were asked to create a zoom account before joining the conference. Thanks

Howdy! We regularly host webinars for our clients. We typically ask for an email address for each panelist so we can generate a unique individual link for them, but at times speakers have joined another panelist link, or they only ask for one panelist link and then have multiple panelists click the same link the day of the call. Other than, um, being annoying, is there anything technically wrong with just giving them one panelist link? Like could it affect audio quality or connection? It seems like at times the audio quality has suffered when they do that but don't know if that's real or just a superstition of mine. Thanks! 

I have been using zoom to make personal video calls for a while now. I have a basic plan and the call only have two participants including me. But since a few days I am getting the 40 minute limits on the similar calls.  Please help me resolve it.

I can't copy chat text in any meeting, even when other people can (including people with identical accounts using the same SSO at my institution) when I use my institution's account (iu-baa.zoom.us). I can copy chat text if I switch to personal (e.g., Google) account.   When I search for answers to this problem, I only find solutions like this one suggesting the inability to copy chat text is caused by a host disabling the "Allow users to save chats from the meeting" setting, which is not the case for me. My inability to copy chat text appears to be linked to my individual institutional account (not the call or host). When I select text in a Zoom call's chat and "right-click" (control-click), I only get a "Select All" option. I've been on Zoom calls with other people with identical accounts in the same institution and they can copy chat text during the call while I cannot. I can also host my own calls with my institutional account with saving chat ena

Hello.  We have the following situation: We have a call queue set up of our receptionist phone.  Most of the time our receptionist is the only person logged into this queue answering calls. I would like to set it up so that when the receptionist is out that we can have it to roll to another sub-set of users and ring them all simultaneously. Would like to do this without having to have anyone other than the receptionist login/out of the call queue.  Any ideas of how to make it normally go to the receptionist and then in the event she is not logged into the queue have it simultaneously ring another group?  Is there a way to do this with group rotating? 

The "claim host" feature is missing in Android mobile devices since the latest version.Is there any other or new way to claim host on a meeting?I opened a ticket to Zoom support and got an update from Mark Siao that this us a known issue and its fix will be deployed in version 5.12.6.

Hi, I configured the Zoom LTI Pro in Canvas and it appears in the navigation menu for admins, but not in the course navigation menu. When I go to the Apps tab, it says it's been installed by admin, but it's locked. How can I enable it? 

Hi. I'm interested in buying several large zoom meeting on my company's account (1 month). Do the month start running when I assign one  to somebody's account ? Or when I buy them ? (Because I want to use them on different months so I need to know if I can buy them in advance or if I need to buy them one by one when I need one) Thanks in advance

I didn't know that record to cloud option is only for premium accounts so I used the "record to cloud" option to record our class' Zoom meeting because I thought my computer lacks space. I was set as host by my teacher to record the zoom and was also told to set 3 of my classmates as co-hosts. I also tried to look at the Recordings page here on my web but it just shows descriptions about cloud recording. How can I able to recover this recording? Is it saved to my cloud? Can I recover it by upgrading to a premium account? huhuhu

I want to know how to protect a personal ID and URL created for zoom webinar. They can be shared others even though the message says "this URL is only yours. Can't be shared others.". I registered myself and got a personal URL by email, then sent it to my friend just to see if it works, and he could access to a webinar from the link. It means anyone can go to a webinar if someone spread own URL.  Because you want to calculate the audiences in the end, dont you. 

I have been using Zoom for two years without understanding it and I need to ask the following:1. is the personal meeting id what we always use to send someone so they can connect with me?2. what is the host key and when and how do i use it?3. is using zoom on macbook any different from iPhone? I recently shared a quiz with a group and 3 out of 9 people couldn't see it. I tried relaunching it but it made no difference. The other 6 were able to complete it. Any ideas why this might have happened?

I recently bought one Large Meeting 500 participant capacity add-on to my pro account.  Then I added it to my personal user license.  Does this mean that any Zoom meeting that I personally start will have a 500 participant capacity?Also, I have 2 other license holders on my account, does this mean the participant capacity for them is 100 because only I have the 500 participant add-on turned on?

  I had to uninstall and then reinstall the desktop "client" (app).

In production while requesting api : https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userId}/token?type=zak it throw the error : Request failed with status code Forbidden. I have done test on local and postman api is returning token.  

Hi All,  I need to understand of how BYOC and BYOP call routing configured in zoom.what is the call flow for BYOC and BYOP call. what is the Routing in zoom.What is route group in zoomwhat is the SIP Group in zoom and Routing Rules. How all these architecture works  and flow of call.  I can connect over a zoom call to understand all these things. Can someone please let me know about all above parameters in zoom. 

Can I store the link to meetings and events I attend regularly?

Until now I have never ever had problems to make a recording on my computer. Now when I try to start it, it opens the options window where I don't see anything wrong and there is no option to start the recording.  Can anybody help me, please?
