Hi all,   I passed at Zoom Pro because I need more than 40 minutes every time I use it. But they gave me a discount so I should pay £83.93 but when I made the payment they took  £100.72 from my account. I really don't find this thing very professional. Does someone know who to speak with, please?

Subject line states issue. Can consistently recreate issue by going to Settings --> Video.  Displays video at first, then mouse loading icon, then crash popup.  Video is frozen from there out.  Audio works fine.  Troubleshooting done:Reinstalled ZoomUpdated device driversRestarted PC after each installTested camera in Discord and everything works as intended.Please advise.

Hello! Since one year i use zoom and recurring meetting option with ID 505 XXX YYY. But all plan of scheduled meeting expires. Now i want to reschedule next meetings in future with the same ID but i can do this.I tried to edit previous meeting occuranccies and edit end date or number of occurancies in future but after Save i don't see any results (nothing displayed in Upcoming meetings). Could you help me?It's very important to me schedule next meetings in future with already existing ID D 505 XXX YYY. ps. I tried to save meeting occurancies as template and schedule this template - it's works but with another random ID - i can't accept this state because more than 40 customers can't change url shorcuts to new meeting ID. Best regadsAdam Sk.

I downloaded Zoom 5.11.1 (3595) and installed it on OpenSuse Tumbleweed today. It kind of works, but it looks really ugly. I'll attach a screenshot. You will see that the whole app is magnified and the buttons and many other elements appear blurry. Look at the browser window on the left for comparison to see what size GUI elements should normally have. I can't even fit all options on the screen when I open the settings dialog. Previously, I used an older version of Zoom on the same hardware with the same screen resolution (Kubuntu, installed in 2020, I think), and it looked just fine, without any zoomed (ha!) GUI elements. How can I fix this? It's a fairly vanilla operating system, which I installed only last night.  The screen resolution is 3840x2160. Thanks!

Unless I start Recording immediately I log into Zoom I get Error 10485915 and can't record - any ideas ? 

Hi  I hope all you guys are doing good. Am actually facing an error code 5003 while signing in to my zoom, I did all the steps as per the instruction  but still it shows the same. Kindly if there is anyone who faced the same kindly help meNote: My system is MacBook Air 2020 with m1 chip

We have employees that leave or get fired a lot, and people don't think to notify me about it. So, by the time I need to edit the Zoom account, the mailbox is gone. Is there no way to just change the email? It's frustrating from the admin side that I can't just do that and go on with my day. Instead, I'm left to delete the account and start another one running through all the configurations. It's annoying. I've setup aliases for the email accounts and never even receive an email from Zoom. Same thing goes for when someone's mailbox is still there. Never get a confirmation email from Zoom. This has been going on for some time now. 

My computer speaker used to ring at the same time as my headset. Now it doesn't. It's easy to miss a call if I don't have my headset on. I can't remember where I set that when I first started. 

I recently purchased an ASUS VivoBook F512J . It came with Windows 10. I immediately upgraded to Windows 11.  When I start a Zoom meeting using the latest version of Firefox and connect with computer audio, the audio frequently disconnects. When I check the connection, it reconnects and then disconnects again. This happens two or three times before the audio connection remains active. I upgraded all drivers - audio and video - but still have the same problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

I have polls that show up as "Deactivated."  Is it possible to relaunch them or do they need to be deleted and recreated?

I have had mixed success with remote support for my approximately 35 users.    The 64-bit Zoom MSI was deployed to them via a GPO.   (This causes Zoom to install when the computer boots up).   I can remotely see UAC prompts on some people's computers but not others.      Note that most users already had a 32-bit per-user version of Zoom installed.    With this version you can remotely control screens, but if anything requires elevation (e.g. installing or uninstalling something), you don't see the UAC prompt.      When both versions are installed, you don't see the UAC prompts.      The problem seems to clear up for some users, but not others, when the 32-bit Zoom is removed.

I want to use the survey feature in OnZOOM events. Is there a way to add it? 

I host Zoom meetings an an iMac running macOS Monterey 12.2.1 with an external monitor. I'm running Zoom Client version 5.9.6 (4993). Whenever I share my screen (either monitor), participants see a dark gray box in the lower right corner of the screen.Here's the screen I'm sharing:Here's what participants see:  Is there any way to figure out what's causing that gray box?

After the 5.11.1 Zoom update the image lost resolution. I've already tried changing all the video features, reinstalling camera and video drive. Nothing works.Have tested the webcam in other applications and everything is fine, except from Zoom.  Anyone facing the same issues?

After about two years and countless meetings and recordings, suddenly in our local recordings the names of participants appear in the video. That was never the case so far and we don't see the option where we can change that. What to do? Thanks.

When setting up an alternative host for one of my scheduled meetings, Zoom adds this person to all my future meetings.  If I delete the person, from any of the future meetings, they are deleted from all of the meetings.  How can I have this person set as an alt-Host for just one of my many meetings?  I've done this through the web portal and the PC software with the same results.

Hi according to sdk zoom-sdk-android-5.9.3.4273 conflict with my current project when to integrate. According to this source https://devforum.zoom.us/t/the-libraries-dependency-to-jcenter-in-mobilertc-build-gradle/56459 they planning to upgrade the version to latest exoplayer 2.16.1 but until now still no further action do to sdk. Please someone help me to solve this conflict. Thank you.

If I cancel someone's registration on zoom webinar, can they still join the event if they have the zoom link?

I recently bought a new laptop and since then I do have major issues with getting Zoom running. Mainly as the windows application reacts either not or only after several minutes to any given input, like clicking a panel or trying to join a meeting. This makes it impossible to use Zoom right now, as I can't use the application as nothing happens or the window get marked as "no response". Some details about my system:OS: Win 11CPU: i7-7600URAM: 16GB Typically my system is far away from beeing completly busy, so I definetly can rule the system itself out. Further I re-installed Zoom multiple times, which didn't solve it. Any clues what is triggering this behaviour and more importantly how to solve it?

Hi Zoom community, I am having this issue with making phone calls where the person I am calling is unable to hear me at all. I, however, can hear them as clearly as their connection allows. What I have tried out so far:Made sure my settings allowed for micTested normal online Zoom meeting audio (saved the recording and could hear myself clearly) Updated area code accordingly as requested by Zoom when viewing phone call settingsMade sure I was not somehow muted on the side of the person being calledTested with numbers from several different countriesRestarted the app and my devices multiple timesDid all the tests above with both the iOS app as well as desktop app, both with and without headphonesMade sure the apps are up to dateNote that this number has been created for over 24 hours, and again, I can hear the person I am calling fine but they cannot hear me at all. So, I don't think it has to do with the connection itself. Any other suggestions to troubleshoot?&nbsp

Zoom chat allows one to format text using the "T/pencil" button.How can I configure Zoom so that my chat windows default to this mode (i.e., so that my chat sessions are normally in "format" mode)?
