Zoom - connection issues

Hello 

I have. zoom Pro account which has worked fine on my MacBook Air until recently , now I continually get the attached message , 

 My Wifi is fine and I have no problems connecting to zoom on my iMac  so not sure what the problem is, I'd be grateful for any advice if anyone has had the same issue ,  many thanks !!

    If you use VPN, please connect it and try to sign in to Zoom again.

    What about if you don't use VPN?
