Zoom Rooms controller and appliance version upgraded to latest 5.7.3 and calendar integration completed.  But we still cannot join Microsoft Teams meeting.

Hey, this issue cannot be solved. Only way to let Poly G7500 to use Microsoft Teams Direct Guest Join was participated in the beta program as Ohkawa said, but Zoom support replied us that beta has been paused as the GA is launching soon but do not have any exact date yet.

    Hello Warren

In order to Join a MS Teams meeting from your Zoom Room you need to invite the resource calendar of your Zoom Room to that meeting, previous to this you need to enable "Support 3rd party conferencing dial-in for Zoom Rooms" and enable MS Teams for it

    Hi,Warren

You will need to participate in the beta program to activate the feature.
To participate in the beta program, please make a request to CSM.

    Hey Warren!

Unfortunately the feature will not currently work with the Zoom Room Appliances that are Android based. This includes the G7500 and Poly Studio X suite. We have run into this at a number of our clients and the best course of action w/o exchanging hardware is the leverage Poly "Device Mode" for BYOD functionality. This is not as easy per say as tapping a button for one click join, but it will allow for Teams as well as any other laptop based meeting client. If you need the one click join for Teams, then you will need to swap out the G7500 for a PC or MacOS based Zoom Room computer.

If you are curious how this looks checkout Jan Zoetemelk on Youtube as he has the best and most current content on Poly Zoom Room products.

Here is the one on device mode for the Studio X30/X50/G7500

    Cheers!
