We have some licenced users that keep getting popup that they are a basic users and can not hold meetings longer than 40 minuttes . Can you please advise ?   Br Sam

I've been using Zoom for over two years.Everything was going well, but recently,  there is a issue with breakout rooms. As a host, I was opening the Zoom meeting and breakout rooms for about four hours, and suddenly as I was trying to move the new participants into the breakout room, I could not select any room nor move the participants from the main room. This hasn't happened for two years, but now it's happening almost every day. I've checked my Zoom updates was in latest states.  Does anyone have a clue to solving this issue?I have to open the Zoom meeting everyday, so I will appreciate any comment or suggestion.

Hi , does anybody know? I have a zoom licensed account and paid for 1 year. since purchase it we could use the difference room to host a meeting. as you know zoom license can use many rooms meeting as the same time. right now, we cannot use it. one start one has to stop. cannot use it at the same time. please help to solve it.

Hi, I'm a music teacher. I connect my Condenser Microphone and the Guitar into my Focusrite Scarlett Solo. It has 2 dedicated channels for each inputs. When I'm in Zoom meetings, I've noticed that there's some milli-seconds latency when I'm sharing my computer audio (accompanying background music ) while I play my guitar. The shared computer Audio is a bit ahead resulting it to make me sound "out of synch". This is only noticeable to the person on the other end and not me.  There are no problems otherwise regarding the MIC and Guitar synchronization. they're working like a charm. It'll be of a great help if a solution is provided so that the Shared Computer audio does not go Out of Synch anymore. Thanks...Pradeep.

When I set ZOOM up for a meeting and check my audio and video, etc. everything is fine. Then the meeting starts and my video from my webcam starts to get distorted. I have tried many things, like updating camera drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling ZOOM, but nothing works. Plus, this happens on an HP and Dell laptop running Windows 10. Would resetting laptop to factory settings help? Thanks for any input that will lead to a successful outcome. William Burke

I recorded a meeting and am trying to share it.Poeple that I sent it to are telling me that it requires a pascode, so I sent to the settings and took away the passcode for accessing recordings, but it only applies to future meetings.Where do I find the passcode for recorded meetings? I tried the original meeting passcode but it's not valid.Thanks in advance 🙂

Factory reset on T54W phone and Admin password is not "admin". Has anyone else encountered this?

Hi all! For several years I have been dialing into various types of zoom meetings from google voice (which acts as a landline phone in this case). Today I tried joining a zoom class this same way. After I entered the numeric meeting ID, the zoom voice said ""This Meeting Does Not Allow Phone Dial In" and then the call automatically ended. I emailed the admin folks running the zoom meeting and they said they turned on the setting where participants can call in by phone, so we don't know what to try next. None of the solutions in the previous post about this, from someone who this happened to Jan of '22, worked for me, so I am hoping there are new ideas about fixing the issue. I successfully changed my email address, but on trying to sign in again, I get an error message saying that my session has ended and that I need to sign in again. I've tried signing in a number of times but keep getting the same error message.

This morning the "/zoom"  stopped working for a few people in my workspace. Input that command and enter...nothing. No message or other feedback.We have one paid person/user account, and this command still works for them. AFAIK nothing has changed regarding paid permissions. I've tried to uninstall/resinstall, restart both zoom and slack, checked for upgrades. Have not been able to fix this.

I cant finde the info on how many Licensed user i can have in diferent palns types, how many users that can start a meeting per plan type?

we have a business site that has phone numbers listed but they are not coded as a clickable link just text.  our Skype for Business phone system has an addon that puts a clickable icon next to the phone number to make it clickable.  is there any sort of addon for Zoom that will do the same thing?  we have told the users about highlight to call but they feel that is too much to do.

Hi, has anyone seen error 100052000 signing into the Zoom App on a Crestron panel?  Possible firewall isue / New IP, not entirely sure.

Hi, It is annoying for teachers to have the participants list in first name alphabetical order instead of surname alphabetical order. Is there a way to change it? If not, can you add it to the next update please?

If you have a free Zoom account, can you record your Zoom meetings? And if it's a one-on-one meeting that goes beyond 40 minutes, can you record the entire meeting? Thanks!  Jim

Hello, I am with the PRO plan. Have not used Zoom in awhile and I understand there were changes to my plan. I cannot seem to access the break out rooms any more, nor can I create a poll and have the users enter their answers anonymously. Are these no longer available on my plan? I am trying to plan for an upcoming meeting. A timely response is very much appreciated..

hi, my account already upgrade to Pro and finish for payment since 1 Nov 2021, however the account has not upgrade yet, the meeting time is limited..so Crazy now. could you please advise what is problem here?  

Hello,  hope you can help 🙂We are arranging an hybrid conference where there will be 70 people in the physical room and many other connected on Zoom. The people on Zoom won't be speaking, they will only listen.We need to play the presenters audio in the room (in order for everyone to hear properly) but at the same time we need the people on Zoom to hear well. I'm concerned about audio feedback/echo. Does anyone has experience with the situation?Also, how can we have both presenter voice played in the physical room and on Zoom? What should be the hardware setting? Thank you in advance

Hello all, I am trying to create a workshop on zoom and I would like the interactive features of a zoom meeting as well as the Q&A tab that is in a zoom webinar. Is there anyway that I can add the Q&A tab to a regular zoom meeting?  I've read the articles on Zoom about how to add it to my account but I can never find the Q&A button to click and they haven't been very helpful so far. Please let me know how to figure this out.

I accidentally displayed some confidential information for a brief moment during a meeting I was recording. Before sharing the video  I need to remove that portion of the recording or black out the screen for a few seconds. Is there a way to do that?

Do you have a list of devices where I can use Zoom via my home internet Wi-Fi connection only? I need something that has a camera in it, but it can't be anything that requires a monthly payment of any kind. or anything that requires it be connected to a cell service. What are things out there that I would be able to get that will work? All I would need to be able to do is add the zoom app to it. Do you have a list of all devices that have a camera in it where the Zoom app can be added to it? Something where no monthly payment is required from a cell company or where there are no monthly subscription fees to use the device/product?
