 I make the payment of all the invoices of my account but my account was degraded by your side please tell me what is the issue and if after paying my monthly charges or invoices why you degraded the account. pls revert me back. i already have a tkt-t #16836035 but no action taken on it.make sure that will be solve asap.

    Hi @Pk1977 is see your ticket has been resolved, as the Zoom Billing team does not monitor the community, I would suggest any future Billing inquiries to be submitted through a ticket. Thanks!
