Do I need a paid account to attend a zoom meeting more than 40 minutes?Or is it just the host that needs to have that plan?

Used SSO to signin into zoom, always show "Failed to sign in. Please try again. (Error Code: 100052000)"

Since moving to Zoom Phone from another VOIP provider, we're noticing some incoming caller ID names are showing only as the City or Province (Canada) instead of the proper name.  Some callers do show up correctly.  I know with mobile callers this is pretty typical, but what's new here is landline callers not showing up properly. I know the Canadian system works different from US.  But this issue is mostly new with Zoom.  Is there any way to create a "global" contacts list for the company that we can use to override some frequent callers' IDs? Many thanks.

As of yesterday, all of my Avaya XT5000 conference systems cannot receive audio from meetings.  It can and will broadcast audio as I have joined the meeting from either a Windows Client or iOS client and both can 'hear' audio coming from my Avaya XT5000 devices but the Avaya devices cannot 'hear' anything coming from other joined clients.  I've verified that no mics are muted and no audio is muted either in the hardware or on the displays they are connected to. Nothing in my environment has changed either on the network side nor on the hardware side. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Hello! I have been using Pro Version for one year.  On December, 14 I paid to prolong this version for 12 months. I received the invoice, that proved that this payment was successful. However, on December, 16 I was suddenly switched to basic version. When I try change it back to Pro it is suggested that I should pay. I was not able to find the solution with the chat bot, and tech support is not available. I'd be glad to know whether anything can be done about that.

This morning my gmail calendar no longer has an Add Zoom meeting option in the calendar event. I used to have the option to create an event, then add Zoom or Meet before saving or sending invitations. Now, there is an option at the bottom right after I first click to add an event to make it a zoom meeting, but if I click that button, the event saves automatically before I can add any details. Has something changed? I tried uninstalling the extension and reinstalling already.  TIA

I have 3 separate company emails (different domains) therefore 3 separate basic Zoom accounts. A couple of questions:Do I have to pay for 3 upgrades if I want the enhanced feature set for all my companies or is there a way to have one upgrade fee apply to each account?I use Outlook for all my emails and I have the Outlook Zoom plugin. Outlook will book a meeting under the email associated with the calendar in the same domain. But when I go to the meeting to open zoom, I am seen as a participant, not the organizer, therefore I cannot open the discussion. Does that mean the plugin is tied to one and only one license?

Prior to upgrading to Mac OSX Ventura I was able to share the audio on my computer (from for example, a Quicktime video) to participants in a meeting. Now if it click on Share Screen/Advanced/Computer Audio the "Share sound" option in the bottom left corner of that window is greyed out. For all the other choices (Slides as Virtual Background, Portion of Screen, Video, Content from 2nd Camera), it is not greyed out! Would appreciate any suggestions on how I might resolve this!

I've done some searching on this but just came up with stuff about launching Zoom automatically on startup or how to use the browser instead of the Zoom client. What's happening is that every time I visit a certain web page (which does have a link to a Zoom meeting on it), Zoom launches and starts the meeting automatically, even if it's not time for the meeting. This doesn't happen with other links/meetings. I think it's something programmed into the page. I want to disable it! Any suggestions?

Hello, I have recorded a few VERY short meetings with the cloud recording option, < 3 minutes.  How long should I have to wait for them to be rendered to be ready to view?   Usually in the past I have seen these short recording take only a few minutes. Yesterday, I recorded a short session, but after 12 hours it was "still processing" .  This AM I recorded another one (same content) and that was over an hour ago. How long should these renderings take for less then 5 min sessions?   Should I open a ticket? I have a paid account.

In a recording of a webinar I recently attended, I saw that the cameras of some attendees were turned on and apparently were visible to the host throughout the meeting. How can I find out if my camera was on or off? I read somewhere that for attendees in a webinar, if there is a “video settings” button next to the “audio settings” button at the bottom of the screen, that means your camera is on. If I didn’t have a “video settings” option available, does this mean that my video was turned off?

Hello,  I have a client that got a SSO login issue.  Along with this issue was a tracking ID for an admin to use for troubleshooting. How would someone use this tracking ID to look into the issue? Thanks, John Asche 

I was invited and attended a career webinar (meeting style). In the beginning, it went perfectly well. Was sent to a Breakout Room, everything went smoothly and after the session ends, I went back to the Main Room. After 10 minutes of listening to the Host speaks in the Main Room, suddenly someone typed some vulgar words in the Chat. Not 1, but 3 participants were also sent the same thing. I thought that is strange because the 2 participants were in the same Breakout Room as me and they did not type anything vulgar in the Chat during the session. And to my shock, my name appeared in the Chat and also typed the same vulgar word. Before I can explain myself, I was removed from the meeting abruptly and I was disallowed to rejoin again. I felt wronged and upset as I really did not type those words out. Does that mean my account has been compromised/hacked? I've checked with Zoom support but more than 1 week and there's no response. Online instructions and YouTube instructions to use settings to start audio automatically when a meeting starts are not helping.  The instructions do not match what I'm seeing in settings.  Please help.

It's not looking like I can share my screen so folks can see a video I'm playing on my DVD player. Is that right? 

I come from Cisco call manager background. The way it shares a line is you can "put" that line on a physical phone, anyone's phone provided they have to open space.    The line will ring on all phones that have this number.  My exec assistants have their personal line need to have and the lines of two other exec's on their Poly vvx-350s.    Was under the impression that zoom allows 10 phone numbers assigned to a single user.  Can't I just add the two exec lines to my Exec Asst Zoom phone?    Also, my numbers are still in "pending my port". Do the numbers have to be "hot" before I can assign them to the poly vvx-350 and have them show as line 2, line 3 etc?   The execs line should have its own voicemail not a shared mailbox.  Shared lines can only dump VM to a shared line vmbox, so shared line isn't the solution.   

Why Zoom is lag? My Zoom Meeting have join 800 participants and 500 participants open camera . I don't know if the problem is computer, internet or Zoom

Hello,   We currently have 60 licenses under an educational account but would like to reduce this to 17. May I know if we will lose our cloud recordings? We were told that we will lose the cloud recordings of the 43 accounts but since the licenses and the accounts are independent of each other, I'm just a bit confused how those recordings will be tagged for deletion. 

A couple weeks ago, when creating a Zoom meeting through Google calendar, a warning popped up alerting me that I am on a basic plan and can only hold meetings of 40 minutes or less for three or more people. However, when I log into Zoom, it tells me that I'm licensed to host a meeting of 300 people, and when I click on "upgrade plan" in Google calendar, it takes me to Zoom, which again tells me I'm already licensed. The admin for my company also shows that I'm licensed. This has been incredibly frustrating. Any suggestions?

Does Zoom have an "out of office" function?

My Zoom keeps crashing whenever someone in the meeting shares their screen. It usually happens when the number of people in the meeting is high. I tried with the latest & some older versions of zoom. I even tried to see the performance of the stats of the system when screen sharing is enabled. But I couldn't really see anything different. I've just bought this laptop, so older specs shouldn't be an reason for this.Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
