Hello! Wondering if Zoom would consider building a 64-bit ARM64 version of the Zoom application for the Raspberry Pi OS - full 64-bit version was just released, Debian-based so hopefully not a huge stretch.  There are currently ways to get Zoom running on a Pi, but performance and feature-set suffer - the best I've been able to manage so far is running Ubuntu for RPi and running Zoom in the Chromium browser - it works, kind of, but a bit slow and awkward. From a use-case standpoint - the Pi is a cheap (~$40 USD) and small unit, with the addition of a wireless keyboard/mouse combo like a Logitech K400+ and a USB webcam/microphone you could easily transform any TV or projector to a Zoom station - think churches, schools, meeting halls, etc.  Being able to run the actual app rather than running in a browser would make it very easy to setup a dedicated kiosk-like setup in these types of areas to facilitate Zoom meetings without having to lug in a full computer.

I need the steps on how to start a meeting as a host by phone. Do I have to enter a host key? What if I am not using the app or signed into a laptop

Is it possible to cancel the auto-renewal subscription after the termination period (when it has already been prolongrated) und will the annual payment be refunded in this case? And why Zoom doesn't notify their users in advance that the subscription will be automatically prolongated unless cancelled by the last day of the current subscription?

Hi Everyone I am trying to set up call forwarding to my answering service AnswerConnect to an External Number +1866414**** I went to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021325712-Changing-phone-settings-web-portal-   and scrolled to How to forward to an external phone number and the answer was not helpful because my Setting will not allow me to Add an External Phone number. See no. 1 attached. So, I entered AnswerConnect to an as an External Contact using  +1866414****. See no. 2 attached. Then, I attempted to edit Call Handling using AnswerConnect as the External Contact and when I pressed enter, I get an error message of “International Calling Policy for current extension does not permit routing to the selected country.”  See no. 3 attached.  This makes no sense because the External Contact is entered as a US number (+1) and my calling plan is a US plan. I need this problem solved so that I can forward all my calls automatica

I can't find the Audio transcription setting for the Cloud Recordings as documentation specifies.  Instead of that I only found a 'Save closed caption as a VTT file' option which is marked but I can't see the transcription file as a downloadable item when I get to the recorded meeting. I just see the video and the audio files.

I am the host and I already start the meeting, but no one can join. It's said wait for host to start the meeting. What to do now? this happens after I update zoom.

We use this feature throughout all of our zoom trainings with our staff.    We have one staff member who needs to show zoom client in every training but the box does not show up.  The option has disappeared.   She has Show Zoom windows during screen share set to ON on the zoom.us website meeting settings. I have seen this topic on existing threads but I did not find a solution that worked.   Please advice.  Please Please 🙂   Thank you!

I took me half a dozen tries to join a meeting, two or three of which froze. I finally was able to join by starting with my Zoom account page, but still have no video whatsoever. Anyone?

Format GIF,JPG/JPEG oder 24-bit PNG (Alpha/Transparenz erlaubt2. Größe:200x200 Pixel (empfohlen), 600x600 Pixel (maximal)3. Maximale Dateigröße: 300 KB. + Habe ich ausprobiert, knapp  unter 300 KB im Format GIF. klappte nicht. + allerdings brauche ich auf Sicht sowieso höhere Kapazitäten. Momentan sind es  ca. 25 Logdateien, Tendenz steigend! Wer kann mir weiterhelfen oder mir einen Tipp geben, wo ich in meiner Angelegenheit die Lösung finde? Mit bestem Dank vorab Angelika3

A) Ich möchte einen Referenten zum Co-Host machen und dieser möchte den Hintergrund verwischen.Leider findet er dies nicht wenn er in die Einstellungen über den aufwärts Pfeil in die Virtuellen Hintergründe "Hintergründe und Effekte" geht. Bei mir steht schon nach dem Aufwärtspfeil ..verwischen" und auch in der Auswahl der Virtuellen Hintergründe"Bei seinem Lenovo Laptop kann er nichts finden. Wo könnte dies gehen.B) Gleichzeitig hat er irgendwo auf eine Auswahl geklickt, so das z.B. die Bilder in der Auswahl der Hintergründe sein Gesicht und anderes bedecken. Jedoch nicht als Hintergrund seines Körpers erscheinen.Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe

Hi, Does anyone know why the phone dialler would be missing on the Windows client? The user has the correct license and has been using it for months. It is visible on her desktop PC but is missing from the installation on her Windows laptop. Thanks for any replies or suggestions.

Hello everyone,we have a zoom plan "Zoom one pro". In the description it says that you can create up to 9 hosts. I tried to create a second host, but this person only gets the basic license (up to 40 min). What am i doing wrong?Or can someone tell me how to create more hosts with the same license (unlimited time) as me as the license holder?Thank's!
