Hi! I have two users in a basic account, both controlled by me. One is the owner and the other is the admin. I have logged in as both and tried to disable the passcode requirement but it still says that this feature is locked by the account admin...but there are no other users! I'm the owner how come I can't change this setting! Phone support is not eligible for my account. 

Hello, I previously was billed annually but had to update my payment preference and it required switching to monthly billing. I have already paid for the calendar year but now am being charged monthly in addition. I am not tech-savvy and have tried calling the Customer Service line for help to have someone fix this issue but I've been put on hold upwards of 45 minutes and then the line has dropped multiple times. If someone could please help me with this issue I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Unless I'm missing something, there's no easy way to gauge the free remaining space for cloud recording storage.  I exported the list of recordings, and the following is the column of the size of files for each meeting.  Autosum will not run on this column because of the extraneous information for files, and the fact teh data shows in gigs and megs.  One must eyeball it or manually edit the entries to get an accurate autosum. 335 MB(3 Files)1.13 GB(4 Files)1.35 GB(3 Files)318 MB(2 Files)1.24 GB(3 Files)247 MB(4 Files)773 MB(3 Files) Hey Zoom dev team, how about giving us some transparency as to our current cloud storage recording space usage!? Making the storage consumption data accessible is hardly a technical issue - it's an ethical choice.  It's time to make this right.  Thanks.

Hi,I sometimes forget to click on the "Record" button at the beginning of the meetings, and so I miss the video records, although the auto-recording is on in the settings. How is it possible to have all the meetings recorded without having to click on the "Record" button? Thank you.

What is the solution if he can't hear audio because the Internet is slow when he connect to zoom with his smartphone? He lives in India.

Small business that uses text only for two factor authentication for business login accounts.  In other words we receive texts but never send text.  Do we need to do this campaign nonsense?  

On the first page of creating my event, we enter a "short description."  When I go to publish - it will not because it says I have to fill in the basic information for the event.  I go back and add it again and save. Again, and again, and again. It just will not stick. I've easily done it a dozen times - I am very frustrated.  Using Chrome browser.  I also, attempted it on Safari.  This is the only thing that will not stay.

I host a monthly Poetry reading via Zoom. I've been doing this ever since the pandemic stated and and hadn't had any bad experiences with people crashing the meeting. Then last week I got zoom bombed big time. I group of guests came in  and hijacked  the meeting. One of them made themselves host.  I found out later that one of the readers posted the link to the meeting on her facebook page. I always tell people not to do that but I guess this time I forgot.   I couldn't tell who was causing the problem so I had to shut down the reading.  How do I stop this from happening again?  Is there a feature that allows the host to automatically mute everyone so that their mics can't be turned on during the meeting?  (Except the designated speakers. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has had a similar problem. 

I have my audio settings to use 'original audio'. I do music lessons, so need this for the zoom calls. When doing the calls, unfortunately it's still suppressing all volume when I play. Does anyone know any other settings that I need to adjust as it's literally impossible to use zoom if it's going to mute whatever I play for my student to demonstrate things.Any help would be awesome. I feel like I am missing something. We just upgraded our account to Zoom One Business - as we have meetings/presentations for more than 100 people. Must admit price increase kind of surprised me - and I feel I am missing something. It says I can assign Licences - but I am not sure what benefits are of Licencies: can each one then plan and hold meetings; do they log in seperately to our account? - can Licencies hold meetings at the same time on the account? Somewhere, cannot recall where anymore, it indicates that a Licence holder gets/or has to set a password - but that option does not show up on my screen, so am confused. Hope someone can assist this #techchallenged user. Thank you

Hello, Context: Owners of the shared mailbox should be able to act as one entity.  For example, emails that originate from a shared mailbox represent the team versus the individual. A shared mailbox could belong to a team responsible for executing administrative tasks such as sending mass emails or scheduling meetings on large, complex projects. When one owner schedules a Zoom meeting from the shared mailbox account, other owners of that shared mailbox account should, in theory, be able to modify that Zoom meeting since they are part of the shared mailbox account. Issue: If person A (who is an owner of the shared mailbox) schedules a meeting via the shared mailbox, then person B (or other team members who are also shared mailbox owners) from the shared mailbox should be able to make updates to that meeting. However, that does not seem to be the case. The issue arises when person A is out of the office and a request comes in from a workstream to update or cancel

Good day, Trust that you are well. We would kindly like to enquire as to why any of out meeting recordings are unable to playback any audio? Please note that we are able to see video from the recorded meeting files however, no audio is present when playing the audio files. With that being said, is there perhaps anything in specific that needs to be done in order to be able to hear audio from the recordings?

Hey people! I've been using zoom since 2019, and I have been looking for something, but I'm not able to find a way. Me and my team always use the same 3 zoom links, depending on what we are doing. We have 3 different subscriptions (all paid)If I am meeting with a client, I (or any of my employee) will use link 1. If we are doing a training, we are using Link 2 (on account #2)If we are doing a conformity meeting, we are using Link 3 (on account #3) ** ALL THE LINKS ARE PERSONNAL MEETING ID ** Is there a way to have permanent Co-Host. For example, Account 2 is always the Host on Link # 2. But If I want to connect to the zoom link #3, is there a way I can put account #2 and # 1 and #4-5-6 (If I want) as automatic Co Host when they connect?Thank you

I host webinars daily and I had an incident that I need clarification. I had to remove a panelist from the meeting due to joining during an executive session. Once webinar went live then the panelist was needed. I wasn’t able to re-admit this person and they was told unable to join. I did went ahead and turned on the “enable participants to rejoin “ but that was during. I even provided panelist with a different panelist link and couldn’t attend. How should’ve this been handled?

Hello We are a Home Owners Association with approx 400 homes and several very active committees. We are trying to schedule committee meetings that can start without the host having to be there. While we want Board/Community meetings to be somewhat restricted, we would like Committee meetings to be more open.  No need for waiting room  etc. We have one license and wonder if we can schedule monthly meetings for about 10 committees without our host/admin person having to start all the meetings. We thought adding a user who would schedule Committee meetings would help but it seems like license restrictions are getting in the way. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated  Thank you

We're considering the video greetings and video mail options but can't find information on our account' storage limits for these options. I see a table for voicemail, but not videomail. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060661511-Cloud-recording-storage-capacity can someone help me understand what the limits are, and if there are limits less than unlimited, how many videomails in a Gb, etc., to get a sense of how often we'd have to clear space. thanks,Chris
