I get the mails that a special offer of 30% is granted foe the coming year. But when I open it I can't proceed to pay. It just repeats try again. What to do?

Today I got an email from Zoom that said that my billing information was changed by a person I know. How can someone else change the billing information of my personal account? I never authorized that. I’m sure this person doesn’t have my account credentials because I login with google and my account has two-factor authentication. If someone tried to login to my google account I’d also get an email.

What is the oldest OS for Mac computer that zoom will run on? I'm looking to purchase a refurbished Mac with lots of ram 32g and HD 3T ... and wondeering what limitations the OS will make if / when i cannot up date ? I also use Miro and hoping that will continue to work also.Thanks for the Tech info.  

We deliver live classes to students and would like to use Kahoot. Our students use their own personal accounts. Does anyone know if we are able to check which students have installed Kahoot or not on their personal accounts? Can that information be "called" somehow when they enter our Zoom room? Can students agree to send us a confirmation after installation? If a student does not have Kahoot installed, we would like to show them a message that advises them to install it prior to entering the live class in zoom.

How would I be able to turn a Zoom Room into a personal room for a user? I would like the user to sign into the Neat pad and be able to see their calendar integrated on the neat pad if possible. 

Hello.  A meeting that I has hosted was finished and the video recording was rendering, when I accidentally quit the application.  Is there any way to still get a copy of the recording? Greetings,Peter

I am the admin of our company account.  I just finished configuring all of the Account Settings (Admin > Account Management > Account Settings) and I would like to export all of the settings as configured so I have documentation of the configurations.  Is there a way to export all of the Account Settings? (This includes Meeting, Recording, Audio Conferencing, Zoom Phone, Team Chat, Zoom Apps, Whiteboard, Zoom Events.) I tried printing each group of settings, but the print feature does not show which way the little blue sliders are slid. Is the only way to document these settings to tediously take screen shot after screen shot then piece it all together into a PDF?

I am curious the best way to setup a payment portal to accept payments for a zoom meeting?  Using zoom meeting for a live class.  I looked over and just saw for Zoom Events, though want to use meetings becasue participants can raise their hand, be heard, listen, etc, not just use chat.   Thank you! I've been using zoom for 3 years now teaching kids one on one, the meeting can last as long as I need, but today when zoom said I had to update to the latest version my meetings end at 40 min even if I'm just with one student. I've already desinstalled and installed again zoom, closed my session everywhere and it's still happening, can someone help me?

Hey there, I have multiple meetings each week that are recurring and will recur more than 50 times. I thought I'd use No Fixed Time, but when I click on Meetings, none of them are there. I'd like to change them to recurring with a fixed time, but where are they so I can edit them?Thank you!

Hello, I have a Pro account and paid for a one month subscription to Zoom Webinar to host a one-off webinar, which I recorded. I no longer need the Webinar functionality, but I want participants to be able to access the Webinar I recorded. Will the Webinar recording remain available on my Pro account in perpetuity (assuming I don't use the rest of my account's cloud storage) or will it be deleted once my one month subscription to Zoom Webinar ends? Thank you!

Hi all Recently I attended a great Zoom webminar. The organizing company had prepared some kind of  background for all panelists. The video feed included at the bottom a banner like a "newsticker banner" you would see on TV (example below) with the name of the webminar and their name of the participant, but otherwise the video feed showed what the camera captured (nothing was blurred or covered) Thus I guess it was not any type of "virtual background", yet the IT guy told me this was done by standard Zoom functionality. I searched but was unable to find out how to accomplish this. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks for reading!- Maurice

Forgive me if I've missed the documentation but are there any QOS diagnostics inside the Zoom Admin Console or in Analytics and Reports for Zoom Phone Power Pack?  Something with Cradle to Grave detail on packet loss or delay?

So far so good!4. Our grand daughter uses her laptop computer webcam for a view of herself5. Now, my wife needs an overhead webcam view of the grand daughters key layout6. Hi, I am struggling...to say the least. My phone is registered in the zoom account. It shows it is  "offline" - so I am assuming need to provision them. I am running into two issues. 1) phone base is saying IP address is 0.0.0.0. 2) when trying to use the provisioning URL provided from zoom to access the web portal for the phone https://provppobi.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/Polycom/d230/${mac}.xmlI get the following error message on the webpage: 400 Bad RequestNo required SSL certificate was sentI am in a building with other businesses - so I don't have direct access to the building's internet, etc. Not sure what to do. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!   

I know how to set up a meeting that requires registration.  What I don't know is how to create a link for people to register.  In other words, I want to have my web page say something like this: Click here to register for this event. and the link to take them to a Zoom registration page.  I've seen this done by others. David  

I have Zoom set to automatically update, and when there is an update it offers it after a Zoom meeting ended. But can one also update Zoom manually when one has not had a Zoom meeting at that moment? And if so, where?
