Hi, guys.My Zoom corporate account has been deactivated with no valid reason given.  At one time one, an agent said that the company had shown some illegal activity with China. This is complete BS, as we do not have any business in  China.We have been forced to obtain a corporate account with Microsoft Teams, which actually works better and the Technical Support is outstanding.However, some of our clients use Zoom so we would prefer to get it back. We have sent an appeal three times and we are waiting for Zoom's response but ... to no avail.    Can anyone help or suggest an action plan?Angel

Hello I have a scheduled meeting for later in the week, I have been going into the link several times to test it to make sure everything is fine.  Is this ok to do?     Part 2:  When I scheduled the meeting, I think I embedded the passcode in the link so participants dont have to enter a passcode to enter.  How do I check if I did this?  I did not send participants a passcode so want to make sure they can access with just clicking on the link.

Every time I get to the last stage of the app installation, this message comes up. I tried to erase all the zoom data in my computer, restart it and try again from cero but it always happens.

Hi.Please tell me about network path of Zoom Meeting. If Users connect same subnet or same network,Is user traffic forwarded to the Internet?Will all communication go through the Internet to the Zoom server, regardless of which network the user is connected to? Thank you.

I have a pro account with a maximum of 100 participants per meeting. I have a meeting scheduled which requires registration. As the host and account owner, do I count as one of the 100 max number of participants?

Hi, my end users are having a problem where Zoom is crashing whenever they try to screenshare. This is happening to multiple different people, on multiple different types of laptops. Whenever they begin screensharing, the call will typically be fine for another 5-15 seconds before "Zoom has quit unexpectedly due to an error". I have tried reinstalling Zoom, as well as disabling advanced processing settings in the video tab. The main thing I have noticed is that when they screenshare in a call by themselves, Zoom does not crash. But as soon as someone else joins the call, it crashes shortly after. If it makes any difference, I believe we are subscribed to pro.

Hello, I am a host for our church services on the Zoom Platform and I have just run into a problem during our service the audio portion of a participant that sings and plays the piano just shuts down and cannot be heard. This only seems to happen when the participant is playing and singing. When there is just dialog (different people speaking) the audio is fine. Just not sure if it is the microphone device settings are the problem or the microphone device itself or the computer the participant is using is the problem. This has happened with two different participants as well, within the same week. The first participant is using a Samson-Satellite Broadcast microphone hooked into a Dell computer. Any recommendations or help would be appreciated.

we received an email that we canceled a sebscription which does not reflect in our web-interface. It's not spam and a valid mail-sender. What went wrong.   ah btw. it's really poor that ZOOM has no Support-TICKET system. Asking those questions ina forum seems odd.  

I have 2 users whose incoming calls are going directly to voicemail. They can make outgoing calls without issues and can receive voicemail messages. They can also see the missed call in their history. They both have the Zoom softphone only. When I look at their status both are available so I don't know what to check to see if something is blocked.  A ticket has also been open with Zoom. If anyone can help, that would be great!

I've deleted some users but Zoom won't allow me to actually reduce the number of licenses I pay for. I've been trying for days but it won't accept the change and keeps charging me. Please stop charging for subscriptions i don't want or use.     

Hello.I shut down my computer every night after work and each day when I open up Zoom, I always get the update pop up below every time. Is Zoom making updates every day to the program that this is normal? This gets annoying when I'm trying to attend or set up a meeting and it takes up to 5 minutes before this update is completed. If this is not normal, how can I fix this? Thanks in advance.  

Today several of my students and myself could not see messages in the chat screen, that had been sent earlier in the meeting. Messages got lost when changing from main room to breakout room and vice versa. So a lot of the time, we were starting with a new / empty chat screen, although a lot had been written earlier. It was possible to retrieve all messages at the end of the meeting, but our problem is in the meeting itself. We would like to see all that has been written, starting from the beginning. So: anybody has a solution / explanation? This is the first time ever we had this problem. Thanks!

Hi.  I want to be able to use zoom and go to FB LIVE.  I have the free version of zoom.Zoom's directions to do this say this...Go to your Zoom profile and click Settings. Then, click In Meeting (Advanced) and find the option that reads Allow live streaming meetings. Turn it on and make sure all the boxes are checked. Now you can host a meeting in your Zoom app as you would normally do. When I go to Meeting (advanced)  the option for ALLOW LIVE STREAMING MEETINGS  is not there, or anywhere.  Has this changed since Dec 15th of this year?  Do I have to have a paid version?  If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it! Thanks, Sarah

is it possible for each agent in zoom phone platform to have personal business hours and 3 different geo numbers US/CAN/UK? 

I have the Basic Zoom account. When I start a Zoom meeting, my video is displayed and I see myself. However, once someone joins the meeting my video disappears and I no longer see myself. Others in the meeting still see me, but I just don't see myself. Regardless of whether I start the meeting or join someone else's meeting, I don't see myself. I'm on a MacBook Air. I've never had this issue before and I've been using Zoom for years. I've tried deleting the app and re-installing it multiple times, but that didn't work. I even tried just using zoom on my browser and that actually worked, but now it's not working anymore and my video is not displaying.Again, others in the meeting see me - my video just doesn't display for myself. Hi to all I have send invitations with a link meeting and later, by mistake, I have erased the meeting from zoom  Is there a way for me to  retrieve the deleted meeting ?   Kind regards  

Is anyone else seeing this?  We've been sending images and screenshots to each other for years and yesterday that functionality seemed to break. We're on day two of the outage and completely crippled. Symptoms:-When pasting an image, .TXT file, or screenshot Zoom spins like it's uploading for a minute or two and errors out.-Even when trying to send myself an image in Zoom, on my cell phone, using my public carrier, Zoom spins and eventually fails.-Inside the firewall or outside makes no difference.-Everyone is in the same group and IM group. We can still chat each other with text-based messages though.

Since recent Zoom updates I have a problem with the web cam. When I am video sharing, a static-like band, green distorted image appears.  At first I thought it was my computer or the attached web cam (NEXIGO with Dell Laptop Latitude-Windows 10). However other users have this issue as well. Is Zoom aware of this and will it be resolved anytime soon?  Of note is that this does not occur when I access Zoom from my android phone.
