I've been asked to setup a way that my sales teams managers can view all their demo recordings that are currently stored in Cloud Recordings. In my mind because we use Salesforce the ideal way to do this would be to get the cloud recordings (or their respective links) into Salesforce associated to the event that are driving them. It doesn't seem like the Zoom <-> Salesforce integration provides this feature (although I'm not seeing much documentation, so I could be mistaken). So I'm looking for thoughts or suggestions on how to accomplish this, or I'm open to other ways to open access of one Zoom groups recordings to another Zoom group.Thanks! 

When I screenshare my video flickers and won't stop. I have even had it mess up my system and had to reboot. I went through all the steps as noted here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360062306851-Troubleshooting-screen-flicker-when-sharing-a-screen and it is still doing it. This just started a few weeks 

I recently updated Zoom (on a Macbook pro) and have tested the multi speaker view function which initially looked great with 2 speakers at the top of the screen in a large window (this is adjustable which is also really good) and other participants at the bottom, so everyone can see everyone else. But for some reason the number of speakers above the line keeps changing from 2 to 3 and somethimes 4 even though only one person was talking. Is there a way to lock the top half of the screen to only show the active speaker or maybe 2 speakers. I know I can select 'active speaker' view only, but it's a much better layout and more interactive with the new multi speaker view if there was to option to limit the 'above the line' speakers to 1 or 2. And a final thing is that the speaker can't see themselves promoted to the active speaker at the top half of the screen, so when I speak my window stays down the bottom in the group of non speakers which looks a bit strange in the recording.

I have the meeting summary set to automatically email all invitees within my company.  As the host, since I can edit the meeting summary, and there are often things that need to be tweaked before the summary goes out to everyone, I think it would be helpful to have the ability to make those changes before everyone gets the meeting summary instead of them getting it twice - the initial summary and then my updated one.  Ideally it would be configuration and I could almost have a meeting summary remorse period where I could set the lag time between when the summary was created and when it would go out to everyone else if I didn't edit it.

hello all!we're a small company and just started investigating user roles within zoom We have a main OWNER zoom account, using a generic email, which is currently licenced.we'd like to add 2 sub users - with their named zoom accounts, each with a business licence e.g.OWNER - LICENCED---sub user 01 - LICENSED---sub user 02 - LICENSEDmy question then, is do we need to keep the a licence for the main account, or can we switch it to basic? (no point paying for a license if its not needed!)would the sub accounts have the same limitations as a basic account if we did?or would they not be affected? e.g.OWNER - BASIC---sub user 01 - LICENSED---sub user 02 - LICENSEDi hope that makes sense - thanks for your help!

Hi, I host different games in zoom and for a new game I need to send a message to a certain group of people. Not to everyone in the meeting and not to only one person. Is it possible to selecet several participants and send a message only to them? 

I just recorded a three hour Zoom meeting, which said it was recording in the corner of the screen the entire time, but when I ended the meeting the file never converted and hasn't shown up in my drive. I didn't hit any extra buttons or anything to stop conversion from happening. I did a couple of tests and those files showed up right away, but this one is not there. This is an important recording and I would like to find out what happened. It wasn't a space issue on my hard drive or anything. Thank you for any input.

This week, I Hosted a meeting using my Pro account. There were about a dozen participants. Most of them had free accounts. The presenter during the meeting had a free account, working his way through a PowerPoint slide show using Share Screen. About 40 minutes into his presentation, he abruptly lost his connection to the meeting. I cannot determine whether this was a Zoom action or some other glitch with his connection to the local network. He seemed to still have access to other internet functions. Is there a time limit on a Free Participant's Screen Share when participating in a session with a Pro Host?

I log into a weekly, local Bible Study group using my Windows 11 laptop. The past two weeks, when I enter the group meeting ID, it will not connect using my Edge browser. I see a blank page. Fortunarely, I have a desktop Win10 pc. I am able to connect with group. I prefer to use my LG Laptop. I am searching for a solution to enable joining ZOOM sessions on Win11 laptop. Could it be MS Win11 update issue? James Denneny  

A teacher is trying to Zoom with her virtual class. Students who are on district-issued Chromebooks cannot join the zoom class and are receiving the following message. This issue just started today.

My iPad Zoom background is blurred even the virtual background is selected “None”.I’ve tried to log out and also delete & reinstalled the Zoom but the background is still blurred.  I didn’t change the setting.  Please help !

Hi, after last update I have a problem. My video has two horizontal lines which disturb during meetings. My camera works properly with other programms. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I am organising a ZOOM Webinar next week and I need to add a custom language for the interpretation, which is missing from the default listed languages.I went to "Account Management" > "Account Settings" > "In Meeting (Advanced)" and turned on "Language Interpretation". I then added a custom language, but when I went back to the Webinar, the custom language does not appear. I tried preparing a ZOOM meeting just to check if the change was reflected there, but the custom language is still not appearing.Can someone please help me with information on how to do this?

Hello. I hope you can help. Can someone tell me - or point me to an article - which says what happens when a host transfers ownership mid-meeting. Who is the AI Meeting Summary emailed to (which account does it belong), the original host, the new host, both or split between the two hosts for their portions of the meeting? Thank you

I was running Bitdefender Total Security on my Windows PC and the Zoom client would take minutes to launch and starting or joining meetings would also take 1 to 2 minutes (the first time). The Zoom client would indicate "not connected", or "connecting", or "not responding". Sometimes during a meeting, my video would freeze or starting to share would freeze for 1 to 2 minutes. We have multiple Zoom Pro licenses for business presentations, Webinars, and meetings and this was obviously not acceptable. I tried disabling all Bitdefender services from the Bitdefender dashboard, but this had no effect. It was only after I totally uninstalled Bitdefender and reverted back to the Windows Defender did the problem instantly go away. Anybody having issues with Zoom and Bitdefender? Any ideas how to fix this?

I had my first Workplace meeting today with Whiteboard.  Oftentimes on long meetings I am also multitasking in the background.Is my cursor being recorded and projected on the screen to everyone:1) while the Whiteboard tab is up in my browser?2) while I am working in another tab?3) while I am working in another app like Outlook or Word? I need to know so that I am not distracting everyone in the meeting.  Even better would be the ability to turn the tracking functionality off so that I don't need to worry about it.  I have never used my cursor in online meetings. Thanks!

I am an admin in Zoom and I work in the helpdesk.Occasionally I have requests to delete bookings on behalf of the CEO/PA to free up a room. I used to be able to just right click delete them in outlook but now I can't and I dont have permission to edit the meeting to send a cancellation. How do I give myself proper permissions in zoom to be able to delete any meeting from any person I need to delete..? My google searches only really brought me to articles about assigning someone to be a delagate for my own meetings etc.

I recently did a webinar and recorded it through zoom. I then downloaded the MP4 file and uploaded it to my website. When the file was uploaded it is showing a thumbnail in the middle of the presentation. I cannot figure out how to get the thumbnail to represent the first slide in the presentation. In chatting with zoom support, they told me that it is not possible and that zoom selects a random slide from your presentation to display as the thumbnail. I have a hard time believing this is true. Thanks for any advice anyone can provide.

I am the listed "owner" of a Pro Plan account, with two licenses, but the account was setting up by a previous employee (since left the agency). I have run into several meetings settings that are grayed out with the disclaimer "Locked by Admin" -- as the site owner, I should be able to change these, but I can't find any way to change that lock. More specifically, I tried to turn on file sharing via Chat and that setting is locked.https://ibb.co/T1vNXww 

I've noticed that a few of the participants in our meetings have black borders on either side of their picture. Does anyone know how to adjust this? Thank you in advance

Does Zoom allow you to have two meetings scheduled at the same time  initiated from the same account?   IE two 50 person meetings at 6pm?

After our plan was activated we still cant make any calls. Error says "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Regardless our plan is Zoom Phone US/Canada Unlimited Calling we still can't call to any US/CA numbers.

hii when I use the share screen for powerpoint presentations the slides are not moving the participants see only the first slide I shared and I moved to the next slide on my computer  best regardstal 

First post here, thanks in advance. Posting for my wife.   She has a Lenovo laptop running windows 11. After a weekly zoom meeting this evening there is a phantom zoom background flickering on the laptop screen. It is a phantom with the windows from all of the others in the group. It is there when windows is going thru startup too, even as the BIOS starts.   I am calling the "background" the screen with all of the windows of the others in the group. Not just the background for her space. I don't know all of the zoom terms.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, and shutdown and restarted the laptop. Uninstalled graphics devices in Device Manager, shutdown and restarted the laptop. Tried the win+ctrl+shift+b graphics reset shortcut, and shutdown and restarted the laptop.   Thanks for any help.
