I am at my wits end with Zoom and yesterday another issue 😞Sorry for putting this in the Meetings board but there is not one for Install Issues and did not know where to put it. I am on a MacBook Air running on Sonoma 14.1.2 (23B92). I click to install Zoom, expecting a seamless install. I let it install to the standard places (i.e. I did not change anything during install, just clicked thru the Wizard. It appears at first to have worked and shows Zoom in my Applications. But... if you try and open Zoom I get this bonkers pop up with no actions except 'Done' - and when you click Done, it closes - but Zoom does not work. I have tried: uninstalling and starting again. I have tried a fresh download and starting again.But this does not work and I still get the pop up window. Has anyone seen this fault before and any idea what the issue is or how to fix? I would add a screen shot here but you can't add an image? 😞 We are a charity and are p

HiI have a membership on Zoom, but I don't purchase the whiteboard part. However, as far as I know, I can share my 3 free whiteboards with my students. However, whenever I share and choose the collaboration mode, my students are always in the viewer mode. And I used to work for an organisation and let them be the admins of my account for some months, but now I stopped completely, and I'm not sure if they can do something with my account, which may prevent this  collaboration feature.Note I'm from Vietnam. Thank you for your suggestions in advance 

the wireless proximity sharing does not work with Poly system, it asks for a sharing key or a meeting ID each timeThe feature fails for the whole organization and we did not do any network changes lately, it just stopped working since last Tuesday.

I am trying to buy a zoom meeting license for my company.   After registering I try to upgrade,  but when I get to the Sold-To Contact I try to introduce my VAT (tax ID), but it says "Validation failed".. what should I do?   Playing.. Hi folks,Emmanuel katto this side, i want to know that the zoom calls and recording are safe . I'm asking as the prospective of data leak .

One of our staff admins accidentally attempted to create a Zoom account using an email address that was being setup at the time by someone else. As a result, Zoom attempted to send an email to the address which did not yet exist. The email bounced and Zoom appears to have now added that address to the email suppression list. My question is how to get that address removed from the suppression list since that email address it now in use and published. I've looked at Knowledge Base and Chatbot but can find no information. Does anyone have the answer? Thanks for your help. 

How to I enable attendees to turn on their camera in a webinar breakout room? Attendees can unmute in breakout rooms but I'm not sure how to give them access to share their camera in their breakout rooms. 

Does anyone know whether it is possible to remove reflections on glasses worn by Zoom meeting attendees?

I am having problems with a member who keeps coming in under a different name, hurling abuse at people, and leaving before I have a chance to remove and report him.  Is there ANY way I can get information of the participants and the email address and number they joined from. I have gone into reports and downloaded it/exported etc, but just a random load of text come up.  It is possible to get this information. 

My laptop sits a bit far and so I appear smaller in my window. Is there a way to zoom in or magnify my image in my  window so that I can be seen as bigger to others in the meeting?

I am the owner of a Zoom One Pro account with 2 licenses.I log into my account on a windows notebook through Chrome and try to turn off Zoom AI Companion but the button is greyed out and says "Locked by Admin" (Settings > AI Companion tab > Meeting Summary with AI Companion - "Locked by Admin").I am the owner, so, I should also be the admin, right?What can I do to override that "locked by admin". Or, how can I get the "Admin" level? Thanks!

Hello,  I would like our technicians to do daily room tests for our physical Zoom Rooms, You can use https://zoom.us/test from a normal computer, but from a Zoom room you can't use this service as you can't enter "test" as the meeting id. There is no option on the touch panel to run a test call..  How do you do this? 

I just recently got a mac and downloaded zoom on to it. Immediately the very first issue I ran into was I was unable to fully use the screen share options. When I click advanced, and I click "share portion" I am not able to adjust the portion of the screen I am sharing. This was not a problem on windows at all. Yes I have updated zoom and my mac. Yes I have given all necessary permissions. Now the problem is worse, and I don't even SEE other screen sharing options. As soon as I click screen share, it automatically just shares my desktop screen without even giving me any other options. This has been a very very frustrating journey because I can not figure out if this is a zoom related issue of mac. However, since I use zoom even on my windows and never ran into this issue including now, I wonder if it is a mac issue. Regardless, has anyone else ran into screen sharing issues with a mac???

Hi I have a specific question. I would like a delegate to be able to answer calls on my zoom phone line. At that point I want them to be able to put that caller into a waiting room I have access to and then bring the caller into a meeting on Zoom One. How exactly can this be done. Does my delegate need their own zoom one and zoom phone license? Thanks.

Whenever I use the zoom app in my pc, It close suddenly when I start a meeting. It also logout me automatically and I have to login everytime. I'll reinstall the app but facing the same issue. Please suggest me the solution of my issue.

Hello I'm setting up an event and don't know how many participants will want to attend. It may be less then 100, but it may be more than that. If it's more than that, I would buy the Large Meeting Add On but I don't want to have to buy it if I don't need it. Do I have to have the Large Meeting Add On already on my account before I schedule the meeting? Or can I schedule the meeting then buy the add on later if the number of attendees rises above 100 but keep the same meeting link?  Thanks!

I would like to record a meeting that is 7 hours long. Is that possible with a Zoom Pro account? 

My Zoom account used to be successful integrated with my Google Calendar so that my meeting were saved to Google Calendar. Recently, when scheduling a meeting I selected the option "All Calendars" rather than Google Calendar, and since then I haven't been able to go back to the option to have Zoom access my Google Calendar to record teh meeting invitations. I have gone through the steps Zoom recommends. I even tried removing access from Google so that I coudl then re-add access to Zoom, but that doesn't work. When I go to Zoom under my account and select, "Calendar and Contacts Integration," and go through the entire process of giving my google account access, it allows me to go through the entire process and then it says:"Add failed, the calendar-related access permissions are not allowed" with no further explanation. If anyone has any ideas for me, I'd really appreciate it.  Thanks! 

I am testing out the brand-new Zoom Clips feature, but I don't see any way to download the clips. Will that be added, or am I missing it?    Also, are the facial features such as Touch Up My Appearance mirroring what I have set up in my account? I am noticing a softer filter and wonder how this is managed or modulated.    Thanks!    Nancy

We have a client that is getting a "500 Internal Server Error" when trying to create new Zoom Meetings in Outlook.  The Outlook Add-In, is installed and enabled.  We also downloaded the desktop client and installed on the machine.Still getting the same error.Outlook O365Windows 11I see one other post with the same issue, but no response yet.  Appreciate any insight.
