I'm not sure where I should post this. I downloaded the Zoom app but something must have happened during download and it won't work correctly. Now, when I try to launch the app, a little window shows up with the icon for system settings and a box that says "Done." I can't delete the app in order to reinstall it. I can't drag it to trash and I can't open it to uninstall. Any ideas? Thanks.

I created an event through Calendly with my Zoom connected. After the webinar was over, I saw the webinar and recording in Zoom. However, when I review the "participants" report, I am the only person listed and no other attendees are showing up. Is there any way to ensure this doesn't occur next time? I want to be able to see anyone who joined at any point in time for the webinar. 

I use Zoom for teaching and often need to stream audio from my computer. Although both myself and the participant can hear each other perfectly the audio (either audio or audio from video) is very faint and the participant has problems hearing. I have all my audio settings set to max, I have used Pot Player (volume set to max) and VLC (audio set to 125%) and it makes no difference. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Zoom, (I  think  this is the same version as I had before). The problems have only occurred since I reinstalled my operating system at the weekend. The new version seems to be Zoom Workplace whereas before I was using Zoom Meetings, an upgrade? I am on the free plan as my lessons are only 30 minutes long Has anyone got any ideas please? Thank you Bob

Hello Zoom Community,I have developed a bot that extracts video from each participant in a Zoom meeting using the Linux SDK. For each participant, the bot creates a new renderer and processes frames in the onRawDataFrameReceived callback. This setup performs well in meetings with 4-5 participants, where I successfully receive and process video data at a resolution of 360p for each participant.However, issues arise as the number of participants increases. Hello,I am a language teacher and I am planning to organise 'a webinar-style' and a 'live stream' as well.The reason I said 'style' is my subscription plan will be 'pro', not 'video webinars'I will pin (spotlight?) myself and mute all students' audio. ( ← Q1. I can call this 'a webinar', right...?)When I want my students to answer the questions, some people need time to think longer. If it is a webinar, they need to listen to the answer before they figure it out. If they will attend a live stream, they can pause to think and play again when they are ready to know the answer. (Q2. Hello, I would like advice on creating a meeting at a certain time but the only options are 15 minutes before and after. Can I create it for one of the assigned times and everyone will be late, or should I make it for later and everyone gets in early? Hope you understand what I'm trying to ask. Thank you,

HelloI had contracted the Zoom One Pro plan but I purchased the large meeting plan for 500 spectators. Can I cancel the pro one plan without losing its benefits and stay only with the large meeting plan?

I was looking for the [Translated subtitles] toggle in [In Meeting (Advanced)] on my macbook, but couldn't find it. I have auto subtitles turned on and I looked everywhere but couldn't find it, please tell me if it's not possible on macbook or if it's in the wrong order. Not sure how to change this, since the email in the Native app is one I no longer have access to. I created a  new acct using my Apple account, but it somehow linked both accounts (perhaps due to name and phone number?). Then I tried removing all Zoom apps and data and reinstalled. Same problem. I'm running on a MacBook Pro with M2 Max, using Zoom 6.0.11 (35001)

When I try to send an invite to a meeting, it's being sent from my old email address that I don't have any more.  My correct email address is attached to my account but it doesn't give me the option to change what email address invites are being sent from. HELP!

Last Saturday, I signed in with a Pro Plan using a mistaken email, I used puntoycoma.sv, instead of my correct email pycoma.sv. I reported this but I didn't have an answer, so I made another subscription with my correct email. I am using BOTH zoom and zoomgov for different zoom meetings. As far as I can tell, both use the exact same desktop app (on my Mac running macOS Monterrey). However, I have the hardest time switching between those 2 versions, which makes it very difficult to schedule meetings etc. (Sometimes, just by poking around, I finally figure out how to do it). There should be a simple step-by-step procedure on how to switch from my zoom account to my zoomgov account. Selecting "switch accounts" does NOT work, since it always gets back to whatever version of zoom I was last using. Please help!

Hallo,     I am new on Zoom and I download and installed "Zoom Workplace".I register myself with my Hotmail e-mail but when I try to perform the action to "Connect to my Calendar" then my e-mail is denied because it is a personal e-mail.Is Zoom only available for business ?orhow can I register my Hotmail e-mail account to enable the connection to my Outlook?  

I will be the host of the meeting. If I only know the email address of one person who I want to invite to the meeting, can that one person send the invitation to others so they can use the same link to attend?

When I log into a zoom app on this computer writes me error 1132 I got banned from the app for no reasonAnd I sent an appeal but they didn't answer me

I am receiving a read error 1132 comment, each time I try to log into a meeting. I wish Zoom had a contact number. I need to ask if a Zoom team member can use my contact information to activate, or reactivate my account, and enable me to log into any meeting.

So, basically the error 1132 is when APPARENTLY one person has violated the zoom's rules.    Apparently because they have a very stupid policy, they don't even try to send an alert or something similar before to block the MAC address of a device, and exactly , they don't blocked the profile like a lot of times i read here, they pretend to say they block profiles, but actually they block physical machine.   But they wanna tell us they are so kind they forgive us the first time if we have been. bad kids, but only the first time.   So if you have bought for instance a second hand laptop from a pretty bad kid, you are so happy to have saved maybe a lot of money, but when you tried to download zoom and use it as usual, you are gonna to discover you can't use zoom. Ever. With the laptop you just bought it. And the stupid thing, is that at the beginning you don't understand whats going on, so you try to enter on zoom with your phone, and it works perfectly..  so with

I am getting the error code 1132 come up and it is not allowing anyone to sign in on zoom on the app, its becoming rather frustrating and when `I raised a ticket no help or support was offered but it was insinuated that if I paid for a subscription that then I will be get help, please can someone help ive raised the report, tried deleting the app/removing from files and re downloading yet I still get the same problem can someone please put me out my misery

Is there a way to persistently connect (pair) a Zoom Rooms tablet controller to a Zoom Room on a different network? If the tablet is on WiFi and on a different VLAN and subnet for example? Thanks, Rupert
