During a Zoom session can my geographic location be determined by the other participant(s)??

Good day. I would like to be able to 'save to a list' of frequently accessed Zoom codes. The 'recently accessed' Zoom codes list is useful, but too short.  I join enough meetings that often the Zoom code for the meeting I want to access has aged off the 'recent' list, and then I have to go back to my emails, Telegrams, etc. to locate the Zoom meeting code I want to access. Is there a way to save as many Zoom meeting codes as I want to my own personal list of frequently accessed Zoom codes?

Can multiple people from the same non profit group use one zoom account 

I'm doing a lot of social media videos from here but I keep seeing my name on the bottom left hand side of the screen even though I have unchecked this in the video settings.  Please help.

Hello,In Zoom Workspace, it's missing some features around date/time management for resources like:Managing a planned maintenance from/to a certain period of time for which people wouldn't be able to book desk.Only allow reservations starting/ending at a certain date/time.Allow reservation to only a certain group from a certain date/time.Display a message about why desk/area is not bookable.

Does anybody can teach me how to cinfigure Zoom Visitor Management on both Zoom web portal side and hardware side? I can not find any detail documents for this feature.I already have  a Neat Frame and a Brother printer. Thanks very much!Xiaolei  

When I record a Zoom meeting to the cloud, the video is not clear, but a little blurry. If I choose a local recording it is clear, but I cannot opt for a speaker view recording. Why is my cloud recording blurry? (I am attaching a screenshot of a cloud recording video) I have a new MacBook Pro with sufficient storage available.I have a Zoom Pro accountI deleted prior recordings before starting. Please help me find a solution.

I recently created a webinar and its registration page. I am customizing the registration page using branding. While adding speakers, I mentioned their biographies in the bio section. The bio includes the "&" symbol, but after saving it, when I check the registration page, the symbol is converted into "&". How can this be fixed?   I have attached the screenshot below.    While adding :     On registration page :    

I use a Behringer XR18 digital mixer as my audio interface, to an M1 Mac running Sonoma 14.3.1. Zoom is version 5.17.10. Everyone hears me completely clearly, and I hear them. However, there is digital distortion (crackling sounds) now and then when multiple people speak, or one speaks particularly loudly (not when I speak - I have two levels of hardware compression ensuring my signal never rises above -18 dBu).  The problem appears to be that the Zoom output signal is simply too hot. My mixer's channel meter clearly shows the output signal going into orange and red all the time, and this corresponds with the digital distortion. I have USB 1-2 mapped to the Zoom return channel, with the USB trim (mixer setting) at its lowest, -18. As I'm using an audio interface, the speaker volume slider is locked. Is there a way to reduce the output of Zoom into my audio interface?  

I want to ask that once I set up sso, does it impact existing users or just an additional way to log in?  there is a configuration per user to use sso or not? can you force sso only?

Hello,I'm using Zoom Rooms to capture video calls from virtual guests via NDI for my video productions. I really like the feature, easy for clients and myself.To improve quality and stability, I'm considering moving this setup to the cloud.When I tried to install Zoom Rooms on Windows Server 2022 on EC2, the software didn't launch properly, although the regular Zoom Meeting client worked perfectly. Zoom Rooms worked on Mac OS in the cloud, but running Mac OS in the AWS cloud is quite expensive.Is there anything I can do, or if Zoom doesn't support Windows Server OS for Zoom Rooms, is it possible to add support in the future?Thank you so much.

I´ve been trying to enter a workshop on my desktop computer. Multimedia starts loading  but before I enter the waiting room, zoom closes and sends me back to the zoom enter screen.  When I try to enter the same workshop on my cellphone and in other computer there´s no problem, i can see the video in the waiting room and then enter the meeting. I only have that problem on one device. I don´t have that problem on any device with meeting without multimedia in the waiting room.Any idea of whats happening, any one with the same problem?  Or any solution?? 

What is the function of the Attendee field in a Meeting Setup?  As far as I can tell it does nothing.  

The owner of our High School Reunion Committee Zoom account has died. How can we find out if our Zoom account is active and if active, how do we change ownership of the account?

When my husband uses Zoom on his computer and have headphones connected Zoom do not use the headphones, the sound is not in the headphones but in the computers speakers. When he listen to something else like eg YouTube or Spotify or even have a Google Meet, then the headphones work as expected. When I try the same thing on my computer (with same headphones) it works. We have nearly the same computers (he have Acer Aspire A515 Ryzen, I have Acer Aspire A515 i7). I guess there must be some setting that cause this problem, by I can't find what. Any idea?

My "Original sound on" function is not working. This is serious for me, as I use Zoom to play music to friends, and my music is totally suppressed.

I cancelled my account and Zoom keeps billing me. I tried calling the number on the website, it's invalid.  HOW CAN I STOP THIS BILLING?

HI there - I set up meetings on behalf of my boss but occasionally if I open the meeting link before she does the host defaults to myself. Why does zoom do that and how can I stop it? This is particularly annoying when there is a waiting room enabled as I have to admit waiting attendees including my boss!

Hello!  New here.When in a meeting Zoom Room Display and Camera set to Auto Framing seems blurry on the screen while in a meeting and sharing content from laptop in the Zoom room.Any suggestions most appreciated.

When I edit the scheduled zoom meeting on iPhone or iPad native calendar, the meeting invite is getting amended with MS Team details.So, invitees will see two meeting details and gets confused to join. Few joins the Zoom meetings and few joins the MS Teams meeting.

I have an active plan till next month 16th. I do not want to renew the plan. If I submit cancellation now(in case i forget to cancel before the next billing date),  will my current plan be active till the billing cycle ends?

Zoom will only play audio through my monitors speakers, even though my computers default (and selected) output device is my headphones. I'm using windows 11.

is it possible to suspend the monthly subrsciption to big meeting ( 500 attendants). I have susbscribed to this each month but this month I have no need for for. the next renewal  and paiment will be on april 12. can I suspend it ?
