We host webinars frequently, I wanted to know if there is a way to insert the unique link in an add to calendar button, confirmation email or even SMS message through integrations with Hubspot or Zapier.We need to send out reminders, but the only link we can share is the generic one, which leads to the registration form from Zoom. 

While I really like Zoom and the fact that it creates recordings as well as a file with the chat log, it's missing a critical feature. By default, there should also be a log file identifying who exactly attended, when they joined and when they left. It would be so amazing to know who joined each call, when, and for how long. I would think that this information could be captured easily enough and simply sent in a CSV or TXT file similar to the chat log.  (Apologies if this is the wrong location for a feature enhancement request.)

I keep receiving an error code 1132 on my pc but I can log in fine on my cell phone.  I have tried to put in appeals and it has been over 3 weeks since I haven't been able to log in on my PC. I have tried uninstalling, hardwiring, checking my firewall, etc. and none of it has changed anything. It took Leo 2 weeks to answer me and I really need this fixed for work. Leo said after two weeks of waiting for a reply that it isn't under his department to help me and to basically contact someone else. I think it is a technical support issue since I can log in under other devices just not my PC. The only reason I use zoom is for employee meetings so I am not sure why I would be receiving the error code 1132.  Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it?

Hello! 1. It is possible for the presenter's voice to be heard simultaneously in all the breakout rooms? 2. if a participant needs help - is there a button to call the organiser/host for help?3. is it possible to record each breakout rooms?4. Can participants in all breakout rooms see the presenter's screen/slides at the same time?5. if there are 120 participants, how much will it cost? 

Hello, We recently started to use Zoom Phone and some of my users are using it on their mobile devices as well as me.The biggest problem is that if I'm on a regular call and someone is calling me on Zoom Phone, It doesn't put him on hold, it just calls in the background with the ringtone of Zoom Phone App as well!! I can't even shut it, I just have to mute my phone or reject the phone call which is so frustrating.. This is something so simple to implement, can you guys forward that to the devs? Thanks..

Dear all, we have created a meeting with registration and so far super good.  since we have high management participation we were asked to instead create a calendar invitation in Outlook with the direct link to enter the room.  how do you do this? I tried as host opening the room and copy & paste the link, but still whoever receives needs to register. then i tried registering with a test email and send that link and it works but whoever connects will need to rename themselves and if i send the link to 5+ people they will initally have the same username.  is there a way of doing this?  thanks a lot, Cecilia

When I send a Zoom invite it is not asking the invitees for an RSVP, also the meeting does not appear on the invitees calendar. How do I set this up? I am currently copying the meeting info and pasting and sending via email. 

 We are providing a lot of courses online. We have 20 zoom accounts (20 zoom licences).  But  we have some time 100 teachers in  for example May month .  It is not reasonable to purchase 100 licences , because some teachers are only for 1 day  or 2 hours  and this will be our only and last colaboration.How teacher can join a meeting an admit people without having the admin start the meeting or be present at all? I don`t want to give to   teachers zoom account login details , but  I am not able  as administrator  make them as host manually  - making them a  host in during each meeting.These teachers are   outside of the organization but has access to the zoom link to join the meeting. I want that teacher   click the zoom link, start the meeting and admit students without me as the admin starting the meeting or being involved or present. I hate when my direct messages get lost in everyone messages. Is there a way to ONLY see direct messages or to have directs in a separate chatbox?

My webcam is not working during Zoom meetings.  It stopped working after the last Zoom software update. (It worked before then). The correct webcam is selected in the settings. The webcam light is on, but no image is projected.  I have rebooted my computer and have also uninstalled and then reinstalled the software.  Neither fixed the problem. I have a Dell computer, using Windows 11, OS Build 22621.2428Not sure what else to do. I am attending meetings on almost a daily basis and it is really frustrating.

Screen sharing used to work just fine for me until recently, but now I've started seeing this error on Mac OS 12.4. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app already, as well as restarting my computer. I've also triple checked that Zoom has all necessary permissions in Security & Privacy.

I am trying to add a video to my wait room and am not able to as yet. I have the most up-to-date version although when I go to my icon on the top right it does not take me to help and show me the version as I was led to believe.  Gene

Hi I need to show a recording of a session I am doing with just 1 participant for course work. My participant is looking at information I have shared with them via link in our chat but on my screen I can still see us both on gallery view. On my recording however I can only see me.How can I record what my screen looks like?Or at least my participant (not their screen but them as an individual).

My organization recently became an authorized partner with Zoom, and I was informed by our distributor that I’d receive an agreement document I would sign and return on behalf of my organization. However, I didn’t receive an email informing me of the approval of the partner request nor an attached agreement document. Kindly advise on steps to resolve this issue.

Is there a way that we can see if any panelists emails bounced back? I send out emails for webinars to our panelists and need to know if any bounce back to us. 

I could not type in the code to join a meeting on my phone.  Once I was able to join I was not able to type in the chat on my phone.

Is there a Zoom Support number for Canada?In March our organization paid for a PRO Account and today, when I call support with our Account and Host Key the message I got is that our account cannot be found. This is also a follow-up to a pervious message I posted which I thought the solution offered might have helped but the situation is going from bad to worse as I still cannot sign-in from a second computer and now I find out Zoom does not recognize our paid account. To resolved this I tried to change that sign-in email address because when we initially opened the account, we overlooked to change the sign-in email (which I do not have access to). However, the message that comes up when I try to change the 'sign-in email' is "Email xxxxx has already been used". I'm not getting anywhere. I can't get phone help because Zoom assumes our account number does not exist.I need a solution.

I previously posted about how to have someone host a zoom meeting when I am away without having to open the meeting myself. I do not want to buy another licensed user because the number of times it would be used is minimal. Ray helpfully told me the way to do that is by giving that person the host key; he also posted a link to a page that explains how to use the host key. Unfortunately, that page is more confusing to me than ever, using acronyms I don't understand and functions I'm unfamiliar with. So here are my questions. 1. Does the host have to have a free account to do this? An email and password registered with Zoom?2. What does the substitute host see when they click the zoom link? Where - literally - do they put the host key number? I'm trying to figure this out on my home computer clicking the zoom link from my husband's laptop. It's not at all clear what the sub host will do. I've turned the waiting room off. It appears I need an email and password to go any further. It

I’m trying to figure out why suddenly last week, out of the blue and randomly colorful balloons and one time confetti filled my screen. This has been very off-putting because it’s happening in the middle of my business meetings with clients. I have checked all settings and haven’t changed any that could seem relevant. I need to disable this function but don’t see how to especially since I don’t understand what’s causing it. Any advice?

I have a user in my organization who reported that their PMI passcode is changing on its own. This can not happen for the user because she shares her PMI link with an encoded passcode on a 3rd party app to have clients meet with her but lately, the clients have been having trouble since the passcode changes and she has to update the link shared on the 3rd party app. She has tried to manually set the passcode to 000000 but after a couple of weeks, it changes to a random passcode.
