I´ve been trying to enter a workshop on my desktop computer. Multimedia starts loading  but before I enter the waiting room, zoom closes and sends me back to the zoom enter screen.  When I try to enter the same workshop on my cellphone and in other computer there´s no problem, i can see the video in the waiting room and then enter the meeting. I only have that problem on one device. I don´t have that problem on any device with meeting without multimedia in the waiting room.Any idea of whats happening, any one with the same problem?  Or any solution?? 

What is the function of the Attendee field in a Meeting Setup?  As far as I can tell it does nothing.  

The owner of our High School Reunion Committee Zoom account has died. How can we find out if our Zoom account is active and if active, how do we change ownership of the account?

When my husband uses Zoom on his computer and have headphones connected Zoom do not use the headphones, the sound is not in the headphones but in the computers speakers. When he listen to something else like eg YouTube or Spotify or even have a Google Meet, then the headphones work as expected. When I try the same thing on my computer (with same headphones) it works. We have nearly the same computers (he have Acer Aspire A515 Ryzen, I have Acer Aspire A515 i7). I guess there must be some setting that cause this problem, by I can't find what. Any idea?

My "Original sound on" function is not working. This is serious for me, as I use Zoom to play music to friends, and my music is totally suppressed.

I cancelled my account and Zoom keeps billing me. I tried calling the number on the website, it's invalid.  HOW CAN I STOP THIS BILLING?

HI there - I set up meetings on behalf of my boss but occasionally if I open the meeting link before she does the host defaults to myself. Why does zoom do that and how can I stop it? This is particularly annoying when there is a waiting room enabled as I have to admit waiting attendees including my boss!

Hello!  New here.When in a meeting Zoom Room Display and Camera set to Auto Framing seems blurry on the screen while in a meeting and sharing content from laptop in the Zoom room.Any suggestions most appreciated.

When I edit the scheduled zoom meeting on iPhone or iPad native calendar, the meeting invite is getting amended with MS Team details.So, invitees will see two meeting details and gets confused to join. Few joins the Zoom meetings and few joins the MS Teams meeting.

I have an active plan till next month 16th. I do not want to renew the plan. If I submit cancellation now(in case i forget to cancel before the next billing date),  will my current plan be active till the billing cycle ends?

Zoom will only play audio through my monitors speakers, even though my computers default (and selected) output device is my headphones. I'm using windows 11.

is it possible to suspend the monthly subrsciption to big meeting ( 500 attendants). I have susbscribed to this each month but this month I have no need for for. the next renewal  and paiment will be on april 12. can I suspend it ? 

Details about troubleshooting steps you have already taken:  I recorded a Zoom session on my computer. At the end, it did not convert because another file was open (if I remember rightly). The zip-folder for the session has a file named "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom" but nothing happens when I double-click or when I try to open the file. How can I get this file to convert? There are audio and video files in the folder too, but they are of a subsequent recording (duplicates of the zip-file for today's recording).Any ideas?

Online resources instructing me how to enable captioning Zoom sessions point to:https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4409683389709-Enabling-manual-captionsbut  its Step #3 says to click a "Meeting" tab with a "In Meeting (Advanced)" option.  I have searched and found no such tab and option. Has Zoom possibly upgraded without the instruction being updated?

Do I need to stay online and do my laptop needs to say on while processing a recording? I just had a five-hour meeting. Thanks 

Prior to enabling Meeting Summary with AI Companion feature by default across the company, I enabled it on my account to test with.   I have hosted multiple meetings, I turn it on, it prompts all participates to let them know, and after the meeting I receive the e-mail summary....but no one else does.  In my personal AI Companion settings, I have the share summary with 'Only myself and meeting invitees in our organization' checked, and have also used the 'All meeting invitiees' option as well just to be sure.  We use SSO integration and everyone has their sign-in e-mail defined accordingly. Can't seem to find a way to get it to e-mail the other people.  It only appears to e-mail the summary to me (the host). 

Trying to understand if the auto-created user for a zoom room (e.g. rooms_a9dhnfkJTc2h-uSHa....) needs a Zoom One Business license in addition to it's zoom room license. We auto assign  ZOB licenses our users on sign in vs provisioning or controlling folks for Basic vs ZOB, so I suspect these ZR users may not need it and we're just throwing away $20/mo. Thanks

Hi, How can I retrieve a non-saved chat from a todays meeting?

Hi there,I couldn't use the whiteboard collaboration mode and my participants were always in the viewer mode so they couldn't write any thing on the board. There are only 2 whiteboards on my zoom and I remember as long as I don't use more than 3 whiteboards I can still use the collaboration for free.Please tell me how can I solve this problem

I own a Pro License. There are only 2 users on my account - myself as the license owner, and my wife as a basic user. Previously when I am not using Zoom, I was able to assign my license to my wife to host meetings extending more than 40 minutes. However, lately when I assign the license to her (and I become a basic user) she is only able to host meetings lasting only 40 minutes. Why is this so? I think it is unfair and uncompetitive for Zoom to expect me to purchase another license for my wife to use my Zoom account to organize a meeting, especially when we are not concurrently holding meetings on Zoom at the same time. We also never hold meetings involving up to 50 people at a time.  I look forward to your response

I have assigned scheduling rights to my assistant. However, I am inable to record meetings organized by my assistant on my behalf. suggest how to record the meetings.

Here is my straightforward requirement. Appreciate it if someone could give me a proper solution.I need a system to be able to get 100 meetings scheduled during the same hour where different people can connect via Zoom and I don't need to administer them other than providing the unique links in advance. The individuals joining those meetings will be mostly one-on-one teacher vs student.  I can't manage to have multiple accounts for this requirement. I am ready to pay based on the # of meetings or hours consumed whatever works or can switch plans but the above is what I need.Please suggest.

Is it possible to force an individual out of a breakout room?  If so, how?Is it possible to disable the ability for an individual to turn on their camera and audio, both in the main session and breakout room?  If so, how?Thanks!
