When I either host or join a meeting from the Android app, the app is forcing a background. If I select 'None' for the background, then I get a solid (salmon colored) background. If I select an image, then the image works. Logging into the same meeting from the desktop app (using Linux), everything works as expected (no background if none is selected). I have searched the forums and have not found any relevant post to help.My account is "Member" of a "business" account. My coworkers are not experiencing the same issue. (the account admin is not forcing backgrounds). My own account settings (Meeting->Advanced) has Virtual Background turned off.

Does an admin have permission to make edits to a zoom webinar registration page ( if they are not the owner or creater of the webinar)

hey, i just dont have the button to convert the meeting to a webinar.whetn doing the opposite, i do have a button to convert a webinar to a meeting. why is that?

Hi,Is there any way of changing the field of view whilst on a call so that I can zoom in on myself/cut out the background.  I know how to change the background which is not what I want. I just need to shorten the field of view.

Hello, I am following up on Zoom support's request to post a feature request here.In the surveys that can be published in Zoom meetings (https://zoom.us/user/survey#/mgnt/list), it would be interesting to be able to share them with other members of the company.My goal is that one person can create a survey and that each manager can send this survey after their quarterly team meeting, the goal being to consolidate the results for all teams.

Hi! I am looking for a way to include fun pop ups on a regular Zoom Meeting. Not webinar. I wasn't sure if there was a way to do an add on or run an app through it.  EX: Confetti, name pop ups, stickers, etc. 

Whenever I'm giving a presentation and someone enters the lobby I get a notification message.  Is there a way to disable this so I don't have to keep seeing and closing this message while giving a presentation?   Thx!

I need to keep track of the amount of time that attendees are on a meeting.  This is easy when they sign on at the beginning of the meeting and off at the end of the meeting.   However, it becomes more complicated if someone gets logged off for one reason or another (eg poor internet service, computer crash) and I can have difficulty knowing the amount of time an individual attended the meeting.  Is there a way to identify users that can keep track of this?

After years of happily streaming into my Facebook Page and Facebook Group from Zoom, I can no longer see this as an option when I go to Live stream from a Zoom call.  I have re-set my Live streaming settings in Zoom, unticking and re-ticking Facebook, and have also cleared my browsers cookies and caches too. I've also tried using a different web browser but the same problem persists. I recently changed my Page's name and handle, so this could be a factor, but I still can't find any way to get Zoom to pick up my Page and Groups as an option for a Facebook stream. Has anyone else had this happen and found a solution? My job relies on this so any help would be much appreciated!

A participant was removed in error from meeting. On retrying they got a message saying unable to rejoin as previously removed by host. How can they be permissioned? On the latest version of the software

Hello, I have scheduled a large Zoom meeting for work that requires registration. If someone clicks to Join the meeting from the confirmation email, but is logged in from a different Zoom account OR not logged in at all, will they have an issue accessing the meeting? I used the Zoom web portal to schedule the meeting. In the In Meeting Settings, I am not requiring authentication (because I am manually approving registrants). Also, the "Show a 'Join from your browser'" link is enabled. Are there any other settings I should consider?Thank you!

When I try to login into Zoom I get an error window that says - Zoom.exe - Entry Point Not FoundThe procedure entry point ?GetSettingTransfer@zstref@@VA?AV?$shared_ptr@VISettingTransfer@zstref@@std@@@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Users\mikev\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\Zoom.exe. Does anyone know how to fix this?

HiI would like to know and be able to export in real time how many zoom meetings my team have completed with their clients. Is there a way of running a cumulative total for the day. Also is there a way of differenciating of when clients showed up and when they didn't? Thanks

If you are assigning random break outs more than once in a meeting, does zoom send the same people into the same room each time? 

Is it possible to insert photos on the board from a phone or tablet? I don't understand how can I do it from this devices. Please, smb help!

I noticed a really strange issue on my laptop (Dell XPS Windows 11) since the last update of zoom. The audio on my laptop (through speakers and headphones) only works when a zoom call is active. For example, when I try to watch a movie on my laptop's browser, there is no sound, however, if I open up a zoom meeting and "connect computer audio", the sound on my computer suddenly starts to work. Has anyone experienced this?

Hello!  I have a single-user Pro account. I host a 2-hour weekly meeting and would like to share the hosting duties. When I'm unable to host, I either need to quickly provide a code to someone or sign in and make them the host. This is challenging, esp. if I'm traveling. Any suggestions that won't cost $? TIA!

We are looking to hide email addresses of our staff when sending invitations for Zoom Meetings.  our clinicians do not want their email to show when they invite patients to join for telehealth.  Any thoughts or suggestions?  TY 

We use GHL as our backend. My boss sometimes gets caught up, and her meetings carry over, so they started this Zoom account for me. When I try to take her next scheduled meeting (if she is on one already), it gives me the option of joining the meeting, but it will kick her out of the meeting she is in. Why does it do that? Can you enter the meeting as an Admin (me) and take her other meetings without it booting her from the one shes in? It seems like my account is somehow connected to what she's doing. I figured she could control the meeting she's doing, then I would be able to take any overflow, but at this point right now, it just pops up telling me I'm in a meeting (which I'm not), and then if I hit  close meeting, it closes hers and puts me into the meeting. What are we doing wrong? is it a GHL problem?

Hello! I always use Zoom on my computer, never on smartphones. Recently, while I was teaching, I started sharing screen. Immediately, my student, who was using a smartphone (an iPhone, I think), couldn't see himself anymore. He then asked me how he could see his self-view again while I was sharing my screen. Since I never use Zoom on my smartphone, I didn't know how to answer. Later, I tried to simulate the same issue using my smartphone and I also couldn't see myself while the host was sharing screen. So I came here just to confirm with more experienced users if it's really impossible to have self-view on smartphones while the host is sharing his/her screen.  Thank you all for your help! 

I hosted a Zoom meeting and recorded to the cloud. A co-host recorded locally. I never got an email that my cloud recording was ready, and it never showed up in my Zoom recordings. Is it possible that the co-host's local recording somehow affected my cloud recording?

Hi,  I recorded two segments of a Zoom meeting today. I hit record. Hit stop, and then five minutes later hit record again.  In the Zoom cloud the second recording appears but the first recording does not.  Is there a way to retrieve the first recording?  Thanks!

Haven't found this in the support pages--can I transfer my zoom phone number to another service provider?  If yes, do I need to do anything on the zoom side or just initiate the transfer from the other service provider?  Thanks!

I'm not sure where I should post this. I downloaded the Zoom app but something must have happened during download and it won't work correctly. Now, when I try to launch the app, a little window shows up with the icon for system settings and a box that says "Done." I can't delete the app in order to reinstall it. I can't drag it to trash and I can't open it to uninstall. Any ideas? Thanks.
