zoom meetings
I am new to AI companion and like the zoom summary for meetings. M.y question is ; Do I have to request permissions by group members to 'record' meeting in order to request zoom summary from AI?

The basic answer is No. If you do not enable Cloud recording, Zoom makes a temporary recording to facilitate the summary process, and that temporary recording is deleted as soon as the summary is generated.
If you do enable Cloud recording, there are settings which control whether participants are asked for permission — but their only option, if they object, is to leave the meeting.
