In gallery mode when someone speaks it it outlined in green.  Sometimes we see pink or purple outlines, do you know what it means ? thank you

I'm trying to record course videos by myself while screen sharing a PPT. It doesn't allow me to record using the side by side feature (me on one side, my shared screen (PPT) on the other). I've tried all the options and still just end up with my video as speaker in the top right corner. 

For the past week, I can not enter meetings - and I don't get an error message.  I just end up in a loop where after I click the link (or even enter the ID number/password), I get to the launch page and nothing happens - except for the pop-up "open zoom meeting."  I click on that and I'm back on launch page. I know the links/ids are good because can join meetings on my phone, but not on my desktop.  I updated Zoom about a month ago, and no problems until a week ago.

Hello, I am wondering if I am missing something. Is there a way to make it so that replies to team chat message remain expanded and don't collapse? Ive gone through settings everywhere

Since upgrading to Windows 11 (regular end-user track--nothing Insider), I've found a Zoom session (using the Zoom client) often eventually produces a "Low system resources may affect your audio quality. Try closing some applications to improve performance" Windows "overlay" error warning/message (attached). I'm using a decently powerful PC (obviously powerful enough for MSFT to say it's fine for Win11), 32G RAM, TB4 to 5K monitor, gigabit internet, 100mbps wifi, so I don't really think there's anything about my system which should so easily be actually overstressed. If I ignore the warning, my audio will start to stutter. If I close an application, the problem's better for a few minutes, then returns. It only happens "well into" a Zoom (at least a half-hour in). The Zoom session need not be anything special; today's was only five participants. The "Edit Next Session" is a useful feature. However, the problem is that it resets the breakout rooms settings instead of using the same settings already in use for current breakout rooms.The Options are reset for no reason - not even to my default options. E.g. the timer is reset to 60 seconds, even if my default is set to 10 seconds.This is confusing and unnecessary.  

With the addition of Zoom AI Companion button to ipad ZR interface, the Participants button has been shifted over to the 2nd page (behind . . . More button) - that's a fairly important button/indicator to have visible on the main page. Can that please be moved back to the first page? Maybe it can be swapped with the Security or AI Companion buttons. Those aren't really used much and I think could go on the 2nd page instead of Participants.

Setup a Zoom room with rally plus system and tap for my employer for our meetings. Signed into tap with admin info. We don’t know how to schedule meeting for the tap. Tried google calendar but does not give me option to select room. Should I setup tap with another user? Is there setting I need to change? Can everyone in company schedule a meeting in that room? Please help

How can we spotlight and/or pin presenters while being the person who is sharing the presentation.  

I see this question was asked but the response was for in meeting polls. I want to offer attendees multiple meeting time/date choices and have them select the one(s) which work for them.  I am testing Zoom scheduler against another scheduling app.  

Hi,I'm sharing my screen in chrome, I share google slides in the browser. Full screen.I'm "inserting" myself properly, and I can see it works during the presentation, but on the recording, I appear with a white background in a small window, just as if I didn't insert myself onto the slides. MacOs zoom client, latest Zoom update.  What's wrong?Zoom client bug?  Thanks! 

I recorded a meeting that I hosted (MacBook Air M2, 2023). All of us heard it say, "recording in progress" and "recording stopped." I ended the meeting and it started to convert. I touching NOTHING and walked away for a moment. When I came back, there is no recording anywhere to be found. Please help!

Whenever I see myself on the camera in zoom meeting I suddenly disappear every time I make any kind of move, like move my head or hands I completely disappear from screen and then reappear.  If I sit completely still and don't move an inch it's fine.  I need to be able to move and not disappear when I'm having a client session. 

Added question to Zoom Meetings, but it's a Zoom Phone question. It is unclear how to download calling reports for my team. ie who they have called, how long they were on the call etc. I have admin access. Would be grateful if somebody could give me a step-by-step on how to do this.

I would like my users to be able to determine the length of our meeting. Some will only want to meet for 15 minutes; most will want to meet for 30 or 45 minutes; a few will want to meet for 60 minutes. Can I set up Zoom Scheduler to allow users to select meeting length AND ensure the user understands that they MUST CHOOSE the meeting length when they schedule the meeting?

First time porting in Zoom. My clients invoice comes from Ring Central.  Once I put the numbers in, it obviously splits them up between the underlying carriers (3 that are not ring central). It is asking me for the acct info for each carrier.  Do I put the ring central info in all 3 spots?

Zoom is installed in the computer context, and the logged-in users work without administrative permissions. What can we change to make Zoom update automatically?

Hello, I just activate the AI companion and Summary, was surprised that it gave me summary of past meetings while that feature wasn't activated even though I have choose manually activation for the summary.  Is that normal ? thanks

I had a meeting scheduled in a couple of weeks but it is now full. Is it possible to still display on the scheduler so people know there was a meeting but it is full up?

Zoom keeps sending me push notifications on my screen for calendar for every single reminder and event when I took a lot of time to make sure I have not notifications popping up. Its very distracting when I am working. I'm looking for a way to switch it off and I can't find the setting anywhere.....I tried the settings in zoom then on the browser and there is nowhere to switch them off. every 5 minutes I have a different event and I only need my phone to tell me what's next, not my desk top as well. very irritating, please help!

"I'm having the same issue exactly as described. Android Zoom app refuses to send audio to any bluetooth speaker that doesn't have a microphone. It would be much better if I could listen to presentations, large group meetings, etc. via an external speaker which can achieve much higher volume than my phone device can." I am using ipad7 and android phone. And my speaker is Britz bluetooth speaker.How may I solve this problem?   

Just got a notice that Zoom license terms are changing, now i have this error. I can't seem to add new users to my account. "Some users will be unassigned Zoom Meetings Basic soon because you have exceeded the limit of Zoom Meetings Basic users. You can contact sales to learn about your options.Number of Zoom Meetings Basic users exceeded: 1033Days left: 30" How do i fix this? Some of my new users are not able to schedule meetings. We provision accounts via SAML.

Hi all - within Campaign Management we are setting up a series of chat flows. We have customised our engagement windows and added welcome screens, however, the pre-determined 'fields' available for us to display on the welcome screen are somewhat limited/restricted to 8 fields. My question is two fold - is it possible to add custom fields, and if so, how would I then enable them to display within this section for us to be able to collect this information from our customers at the welcome screen? I've dabbled with variables with limited success thus far.

Hello,I'm using Zoom Sessions and I'd like to import my speakers into a session via a CSV file.I've been doing this for a long time on Zoom Webinar, but here, I can't import my CSV file (which conforms to the downloadable template and is not UTF-8 encoded, as I've seen that this can cause problems). The file contains 5 or 6 names and e-mail addresses and is 320 bytes long... but I get the message “this file exceeds the maximum size limit”.I'm using Firefox, all my browser extensions are disconnected for the Zoom site and events.zoom.usI don't understand. Have you ever had this problem, and what's the best way to solve it?

I cannot find my meeting recording on my IMAC. Help
