We are US based call-center and want to implement callback option for callers when they are waiting in the Queue. We notice that ZCC uses 11-digits 1xxxyyyzzzz when accepting caller's phone number for the purposes of callback. Is there a way to use only the 10-digits (excluding 1)? Since it could be confusing when callers want the callback on a different number.
The option for Host Tools (formerly called Security) does not appear in the Floating Meeting Controls when sharing screen during a meeting. Is there any way to add it there?I need to turn on/off the Waiting Room on the fly and can't find an easy way to do this. Please can someone help?
Hi, I am a Zoom admin for my org and i'm looking for some guidance/best practices around managing account level apps. We've seen more app requests from users that only allows a Zoom admin to install the app and a lot of them needs the installer to have access to the 3rd party app host to finish the configuration. We don't want to give users zoom admin rights or custom admin roles to be able to install those apps, it's not secure and the solution is not scalable as the request volume increases but at the same time, we as admins don't want to be the ones to install them because we don't have access to the 3rd party system to configure and establish the connection. What's the recommended way of managing these apps? Thanks!

The timer app does not work on both of my Macs. I don’t think this is a coincidence. For some reason the timer app is now not compatible with Mac users. I hope that Zoom will be able to solve this issue soon.

During the live sessions we have Resources, but once the live session ends, I do not see any Resources. We reference them in the sessions and it will be odd to not have access to them in the recordings. How do we give them access to the Resources?
I'm trying to upload a video for the waiting room and keep getting this message: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. The server or network has not failed, the format is mp4, the size is under 30mb. Last time I got it to finally load but then it did not play in the waiting room when the webinar went live. I'm working in Safari in case that's relevant. I also tried in Chrome with the same results.
We use SSO login at work, and it has worked just fine both at work and at home. However, the last few months it has happened that I'm not able to log in on my home desktop, sometimes it work but sometimes it doesn't. What happens is that I launch Zoom, it tells me that I need to log in and I click SSO, and I'm shown the "Join Meeting" dialog instead of my organizations login page. If I log in to zoom in a browser, using SSO, and start a meeting I'm offered to launch the Zoom app, if I click OK then the zoom app is launched and it at least looks like I'm logged in. But when I close the meeting, I'm back to the "sign in" dialog - so it seems like I'm not logged in after all. This has happened a few times, the first time I was able to fix it some way ... but I don't remember exactly how. The second time, I contacted my organizations zoom support which had never heard about this problem before and couldn't help me. Somehow I was able to log in after having "logged out all d

Just downloaded latest zoom and the TEST MIC button filters out my acoustic guitar though my voice through the same mic is clear and good. The audio chain (mic, interface) is fine. I enabled original audio and high fidelity option. I set echo cancellation to low. I updated and restarted my Mac. I restarted zoom. I’ve googled a million answers but my settings mentioned above are correct. When I play guitar during TEST MIC, I see the zoom squashing the level bar. Zoom is clearly squashing my acoustic guitar. My guitar is in tune. 🙂 Any other ideas? Thanks!
I am testing Scheduler against Calendly. I am more familiar with Calendly but just bought a one month subscription to test Scheduler. Can Zoom add the company or individual creating the meeting to the title of the meeting? I searched and it appears Scheduler could not do this in the past but things change.

I had a meeting with 1 other member of my company earlier. The AI transcript sent me this after the meeting... (I've changed some of the names, but there was nothing playing in the background for either of us and the transcript is wild).It basically implies that I talked about being recruited into the United Blood Nation & then recruiting other people intot he gang.this was sent as a summary to our business emailKeith and Employee discussed various invoices, subscriptions, and software tools used by their team, including Business1, Business2, Business3, Business4, Business5, business6, and business7. They also discussed the history and structure of the United Blood Nation (UBN), a New York-based organization formed from various New York founded gangs. Additionally, Keith shared his personal experience of being recruited into the UBN and his role in recruiting members in the streets.
Since the last update (not sure when, likely in April?), some participants see a popup message on their Zoom in the top left corner during a live meeting that says "Confirm your speaking langauge" "It sounds like you migh have switched to a different langauge. Please update it so we can provide better-quality transcription". (See attached). Something seems to correctly be picking up when they switch from English to another language. It does not seem to happen all the time, or to every person who speaks another language. We are running a learning activity where transcription, recording, etc. is not permitted, and no one has any of this turned on. This message is causing concern to participants. Is there a setting or some other way to prevent this message from appearing?
Hello, I have to enable interpreter services from time to time for a class. I see that there are only NINE languages options to choose from. This week I needed to choose Arabic and Punjabi. Is there a way to add these languages to the drop down feature?

I have a client who has a large amount recording in their app. The updated to the latest version and all of the recordings need to be converted for some reason? They are currently in .mp4 format and play when you click them manually but not thru the app. There is an option to convert and states it can not find the files double_click_to_convert_01.zoom 02 etc Whats the point of this? Will they still play natively? How do I convert the files? Thank you.
I am trying to figure out how to allow an executive admin to trim their bosses Zoom meeting recordings before it is shared out with others. Have tried setting as alternate host. Even created a role based group and added both her and the boss into that group and allowed recording management privileges. She still cannot see the scissors on the recordings especially past meetings. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to allow her to see and edit recordings of her boss.
I have tried restarting my camera, switching cameras, selecting reset to all settings, and also generating other virtual backgrounds. In addition I have restarted Zoom and my computer many times. I cannot get this virtual background to go away. I must be missing something simple and easy. Our organization currently has Zoom integrated in our Salesforce org and we currently have millions of Zoom Event records. We would like to start archiving or deleting some of these records, however everytime we do, it emails all the recipients on the event. Has anyone found a way to delete/archive these records? Based on my prior research, we can do dataloader but defining the criteria for that isn't the easiest or most efficent way to delete.
I'm trying to create a document from a meeting however the "advanced templates" are greyed out and I'm getting the following error:"Advanced templates can’t be chosen because the meeting transcript isn’t available" I do however have access to the transcript and meeting summary. I do have Docs content generation and revision with AI Companion enabled on my account. What am I doing wrong?
