Hi, zoom support so i was trying to put my other person for a meeting and it i noticed i didn't enable co host but when i looked into the zoom Meeting basic it doesn't show co host what is going on
Is there a limit to the number of people who can be made a co-host in a meeting?
It seems like it would be beneficial for me to be able to search my meetings by title. This would help when I make a mistake and give it a incorrect date or lose it to a recurring meeting setting versus a regularly scheduled event.
We have a recurring webinar, but the host is leaving the company. We need to re-assign the host to a new person. We want to keep the link and ID the same. How can we change the host and retain the rest?
Upon successful registration to a webinar or meeting, Zoom sends a Registration confirmation email to the user with the required details. Can this email be sent as a calendar event that the user can either accept or reject upon receipt? Currently, to add that event to the calendar, the user has to open the email and then manually add it to their calendar. Do we have any customization change from email to calendar event in Zoom, which will enable them to drop on the user’s calendar directly?
Previously, our hosts encountered disruptive individuals entering our public meetings and causing trouble.We’d like to know how the host can configure Zoom to prevent such disruptive outsiders from joining our public meetings?Is it possible to set it so that only specific account names are allowed to join our meetings?
I do not see a possibility to create breakout rooms within Zoom Webinars (Events pay-per-attendee, multi-day event), but do have them in a meeting. Is it not possible at all? or is there a workaround?
Hi All,We are using zoom links to join guests and we are continuously using same link from last so many days. But today same link stated asking for password. when checked found passcode has been changed to 1234. we have 4 different IDs and all IDs passcode changed to 1234. Can someone please help how this can done. Is it done by somebody manually or something is done by zoom only. Please help. Thanks and regards

Hello,Does anyone else have a problem with not always being able to annotate a client's shared screen? I use an XP Pen graphics table and of course, when I screen share one of my documents, I can annotate with my graphics table all I want. But, when a customer shares their document, there is no guarantee the "annotate screen" option appears in which case I can't annotate their screen which is embarassing at times. I always hold my breath each time a customer has to screen share that I'm actually going to see "annotate screen" on my end on the top. I have submitted several Zoom tickets on this and this has still not been resolved. I was told to supply the zoom code for any sessions I encounter this, which I have several times, but still no resolution.

Hello, In meetings when a person speaks, Zoom automatically shows this person speaking; it shifts to the content of her camera. However, when I talk Zoom keeps showing the person that spoke before me. I am not talking about screen sharing, I have no problem there. My camera is turned on. Please help. Thank you,Ioana

Hi, I've been using Zoom for a while for teaching and often write things on the whiteboard with my stylus and tablet. I have a Wacom tablet and stylus. Until recently, everything has gone fine. However, for some reason, now when I write things using the stylus and tablet some of the strokes are recorded and some are not. Sometimes strokes will trigger a ripple around the cursor but the stroke won't be recorded. In other apps, I don't have this problem, only with Zoom. And as I said, this only became a problem recently. It has become so annoying that I have to screen share and use a whiteboard somewhere else. I did a search on Google but couldn't find how to fix it. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.

I want to start a meeting summary but not allow my participants to ask AI Companion questions. It looks like both features automatically start. I have to go into the settings after the meeting starts to turn off the meeting questions feature. Is there a way to choose only the summary prior to the meeting?
Hello. If anyone can help me, i had a issue with a table in Zoom Docs. I created a table with some columns, but one of these were not seen by my job partner. At the next day, this column just had disappeared. If I try to create the same column again, the alert is displayed: "Enter a unique column name". I did something wrong?
My company is starting to use data tables within Zoom Docs to project manage and assign out tasks. We have been using the "General Project Tracker" template. That template comes with 4 groups. You can edit the names of the groups. But for the life of me, I can not figure out how to create more groups. There is a project that has 5 key sections that I would love to put within one data table inside of a Zoom doc ... but I can't figure out how to create another grouping. Is it possible to create another group within a Data Table??
Hi there, I am getting notifications that my zoom pro account, which includes 6 accounts in total, has exceeded the allowed limit.Usually they email refer to about 0.3-0.5 GB additional storage space. I do delete the videos frequently and within a day after I receive the notification. My question is do I get charged for this?If so, how can I control not to exceed the storage limit when the notification is sent after my storage is full? Thank you,Vicky
Zoom informed me in advance that I was going to reach the limit of cloud space for my recordings. I have deleted most of them and emtied the trash bin as well. But it wouldn't help and now Zoom tells me there is no space in my cloud for more recordings. What can I do about it?

I renewed the Zoom subscription for one year on 31 August 2024. However, when I log in, a message pops up saying one or more invoices in my account are pending payment. Why am I receiving this message?
I teach classes and record them, and sometimes, I need to embed a short video in the lessons and play it without ending the sharing or recording. I don't seem to be able to do that easily unless I can have the whole video embedded in PowerPoint. Any ideas or YouTube that show this would be wonderful. I have the latest Zoom for my Mac and the OS is updated, as well as the PowerPoint software
So zoom switch invite email format in my account and for it now only list deleted and updated dates in my meeting invitation to my clients. The meeting invite use to only include the actual dates and times for my meetings for the month for each client, never the behind the scene changes. This new format looks so unprofessional, is extremely confusing and time consuming because now I have to go into the email of each of my clients and remove all the deletes and updated changes and then type in the actual dates of the meetings. It is even worst now that I can't add extra sessions to my recurring schedule, so there are a lot of deleted sessions showing up just to get the meetings for the month scheduled. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to go back to the old formatting when sending out their email meeting invites? So far I haven't received any response from submitting a ticket for help.
