How can certain people be restricted from joining a meeting without using a waiting room?

Previously, our hosts encountered disruptive individuals entering our public meetings and causing trouble.

We’d like to know how the host can configure Zoom to prevent such disruptive outsiders from joining our public meetings？

Is it possible to set it so that only specific account names are allowed to join our meetings?
