Hi, When we share the following page in Zoom chat, users cannot use the 'Country' dropdown menu to select the country. (Therefore they cannot complete the payment) https://gravitychallenges.com/register-kyle But when we email the same link, it works fine (the country dropdown works) and they can complete the payment. Hello. I am running a hybird style meeting and using my computer to take notes while hosting the meeting and sharing presentations. I am working of a Mac (OS 12.5) and running dual screens (not mirrored). A little background: the way I’d prefer to use my set up is to have the Zoom meeting (a view of participants) on one screen, while taking notes, managing Zoom chat and participants, and doing other work on my main screen. My issue is when I share a PPT with the group. My process for sharing: I open PowerPoint, begin a screen share, and share the presentation I want (from the app, not from the desktop). When it is shared, the presentation takes over BOTH of my screens, leaving me dead in the water. What change needs to be made in the Zoom settings that will stop the share screen from taking over my computer? Toggling between presenter view and main view has not fixed it. TIA for your help.

I have already checked my account settings to ensure that the "Remote Control" feature is enabled, reinstalled, and updated the Zoom application, but the problem persists.Interestingly, on one occasion, when my friend shared her screen and the "Remote Control" button appeared on her Zoom interface, she granted me control. After switching to my screen, the button appeared, and I could use the feature. However, it seems that this functionality only becomes available to me when the other person already has the "Remote Control" feature enabled. I cannot activate it directly myself.After ending the call, I tried another video call with the same friend, shared my screen again, and noticed that the "Remote Control" button was missing once more.Could you please investigate this issue and help resolve it? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
We have a user who answers calls for her own extension and a call queue. She has her desktop app and a Poly E550 phone. When she deletes the voicemail using the portal, it remains on the phone. We have deleted all of her messages using the portal, but the phone screen still shows 189 messages, and she can still listen to them.
I have a Pro Account:I run a staffing agency, and I use zoom to for my clients to interviews my candidates. However, if I book two different meetings at the same time, it won't allow it. Now, I am not in these meetings but am the host for both. Any solutions to be able to do this?
Hi, when I try to share a document during a Zoom meeting on my mac (Sequoia 15.1.1.) I do not see a preview. I do not even see the name of many of the documents or windows. Zoom has full disk access, so it is not that the problem. Any idea what is going on? Is it a bug by chance in the code of Zoom?
Not sure what changed, I think it was a recent update, but anyway, we used to be able to click PDF files in chat and they would just open up. Now a window pops up and says that Zoom can't preview a PDF file. Is there a way to get the old behavior back?

I am the owner of a company account with the highest price but didn't receive help within one day so asking here. We are about to start using team chat and I have ran some tests with it. However, for some reason and some settings my account is disabled from creating shared space both in the desktop app and on browser where as admins have this function. Obviously I can create a fake account, make me and admin and solve the problem with that but would be nice to get the feature back. Every setting seems to be OK and as I've used hours already to this starting to get really frustrated. Any ideas where is the problem?
Hi Team,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, experiencing an issue with Zoom on my MacBook and iPhone. Every time I click on a Zoom meeting link on my MacBook, an installer package for Zoom automatically downloads, even though I already have the Zoom app installed. This doesn't happen on my iPhone, and I don't see an option to cancel or refuse the download.It’s quite frustrating because if I join multiple meetings in a day, the installer packages pile up in my downloads folder. Hello, I have a problem when using my lavalier microphone (Dji Mic Mini) connected via USB-C to my Samsung Galaxy S21. My Audio microphone does not work in video conference (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom). But, it works when I use the voice recorder or video. Can you please provide me with a solution? I have tried what seems like a 100 different setups. What I want to be able to do is us my Guitar Audio App (Logic Pro X or Any guitar audio Plugin) and be able to play and have it go out to the others on the Zoom call - any time I try this - it is never captured in the recordings, or heard by thew others on the zoom. I am using a Shure M7 USB-C audio mic - and the guitar is plugged into a Scarlet 212 USB-C audio interface - the same interface where I have my speakers. The MIC and Speakers work FLAWLESS in any Zoom call - try and play anything through the plugin and you NEVER hear the 2nd audio (Guitar) Help! Please and Thank you!!
The question concerns the Zoom mobile app. During a conference, the organizer sent several documents to the chat for uploading. When clicking on a document, a green check mark appeared in the document status, which could look like "successfully uploaded". After the conference ended, it turned out that the documents were not uploaded to my mobile device. Hey everyone I've replaced phone and earphones. And recently got problem with earphones I can hear everyone at the meeting, they can hear me. But through phone. My earphones shows as connected it can play music or calls. But it doesn't work during meeting.I so connect same way as before, even tried past earphones, but nothing works.Tried to reinstall zoom few times. Same with earphones, but problem stays the same. Leave and join meeting obviously also.Could you guys please help what else could I do to make it work? I'm new to this and deeply confused, support chat seems not available for me.Many thanks in advance for your help.
The files in a cloud recording of a meeting are showing us that the results of the polls we conducted are not anonymous as we thought them to be. Is there a way to delete these files from the account to protect the privacy of those who participated, without deleting the entire meeting recording?
Hi everyone, I want to use my Canon EOS 800D as the camera for Zoom meetings. I've installed the webcam utility software and updated my camera's firmware, but my screen still displays "EOS Webcam Utility" with a wrong red cross over a wire. Does anyone know what this means? Having the waiting room is supposed to enable me as host to allow people into the meeting. But how can I know which of those waiting aren't malevolent? After all, some found details of my meetings on Facebook or X. Basically, it makes no difference if there is a waiting room or whether there isn't. Yesterday my meeting was bombed!

I sent a zoom invite to someone that I have zoomed with before and when he went to open the link , he received a message from zoom that said“ you are required to update the application" and they offered him a free month ? he has not been using an paid account of his own. why would he receive this now if he is logging onto my zoom invite I sent him ?
We are trying to set up a new user. The invitation to activate their account is being sent to their email but they are not receiving it. It is not going to spam folder. We have tried sending it several times to no avail.
the personal meeting room option is no longer visible within the Zoom Workplace desktop app. is this a deliberate change or is there a way of re-enabling that - Windows PC
Hello,I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. When I try to schedule a meeting on my home page, I get error codes, but when I sign in to Client via my profile, there seems to be no problem in scheduling a meeting. Has anyone else had this issue? Many thanks.
