I've been attending AA meetings via zoom since Covid started. I have a free account. Is there a way to get a list of all the ones I've joined?
has anyone else seen this?In two different zoom rooms with NEC displays, the displays have started failing to turn on and off for meetings. When I go into manual Room Controls at the iPad or virtually in a browser, it looks like this: If I click on Retry, the devices all work fine for a minute, and I can turn the displays on and off. Within a few minutes, the connection errors return. Retry always fixes the problem for a few minutes. The NEC projectors are not affected.In both rooms, the displays, projector, and Zoom PC are on their own dedicated room AV switch. No display firmware has been changed. This room has been working well for 3 years, and the room profile has been unchanged for almost two years.I've opened a ticket, but as usual, it's hard to get past the "have you tried power cycling" stage.
We've had a recurring issue over the past year of using zoom where call audio is lost when we make calls or receive calls from the zoom app on our cell phones with another zoom team member on a PC. The call is not dropped however we can't hear anything for long periods of time. Audio does come back after a long period and then it will continue to happen. This happens every time and we cannot complete the call without using our personal cell phone to complete a call instead. This issue does not occur when we use zoom from PC to PC or when using the zoom app via cell to call an external phone number. Wondering if anyone else experiences this issue and how this may be resolved.
Hello, I'm trying to open the Zoom Room Whiteboard (New) for a Zoom Room Touch and I'm getting the error: "Couldn't Load Whiteboard - connections error code 100000401". See attached picture as well.The classic whiteboard is opening and working fine. Any help or tips on how to addressed this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
HELP. I keep getting the message "You will have to leave this meeting to join the new meeting". It doesn't matter what I do - uninstall, reinstall, switch off computer - left overnight, every variation I can think of I still get this message as if I am in a meeting which I'm not and that I need to join a new one. Two questions:- Does anyone have a solution who is familiar with this problem ? - The Zoom help bot doesn't have the answer, is there a way to contact a Zoom support human being ? Thanks

Ola, meu aplicativo zoom workplace 64 bits não abre mais no windows 10. Já desinstalei e instalei algumas vezes e nada. Alguém já teve esse problema e pode me dar uma solução ou uma sugestão do que fazer por favor?Eu usei o zoom web pelo navegador Microsoft edge e funcionou normalmente.
Hello,I use the marketing software gorilla/leadconnector.In gorilla I try to link my ZOOM account.Then I get the message that my email address is already linked.I have removed the link several times and linked it again.I then get an email from ZOOM that the integration was successful. In Egorilla it says that the link already exists, but I still can't see my ZOOM link.Can someone help me? Kind regards,Nina
After about one minute of flawless video in my Zoom box, my video becomes choppy. After stopping my video for about ten seconds, and then starting it again, I will again have about one minute of great video before the problem returns. Only my own Zoom box is affected. This problem started about two weeks ago. Before that, I have never had a video issue while using Zoom for years. Details that may help any "helpers": I have rebooted all Internet-related devices. I am no farther from my WIFI router. No new devices have been added to my system. There has been no change in my laptop's hardware or software nor how any settings are configured. I have reinstalled Zoom.
When I type in the chat box during a meeting, the words look like this, and I can't seem to clear the formatting. How can this be fixed? Hihowareyou?
My Zoom is no longer working - may be related to my Macbook Air having done an upgrade. Have not been able to do any Zoom sessions today, due to microphone and camera not working. For some reason, my iphone seems to be coming up with messages which it has previously not done. I can see and hear the client, they initially couldn't hear or see me, latest attempt said they could hear me, but not see me.
Our nonprofit is hosting a webinar on Monday and multiple people on our team cannot figure out how to assign someone to type manual captions. We are a nonprofit for individuals with disabilities so this is vital. We've followed the steps under "How to start manual captioning" but Host controls in step 3 is not there. The "In Meeting (Advanced)" settings have both manual and automated captioning enabled.. we also tried turning automated captioning off, but Host controls AND Enable manual captioner are nowhere to be found during webinars OR meetings.
Hello! Can you tell me if it's possible to export of a list of the registrations for a meeting prior to the meeting start date? We've asked a specific question in the registration page that we need access to and the only way I'm seeing to look up the answers is to click each attendees name which I won't be able to do for every registration. Help!
Until recently I was able to use my Zoom app to schedule a zoom link to be used for recurring sessions without specifying dates or times. I do not like the change that now requires me to log in using the web portal to attain the same results. I am running Zoom version 5.14.11 (17221) on a PC with Win10. Is there a way to return to the previous format for scheduling such recurring sessions. Thank you.
I was recently asked during a meeting to record it. I hit record and after Zoom downloaded it to Local. I didn't want that, I actually wanted it to be available on the Cloud. Is there a way for me to upload the files that Zoom gave me and place it in the Zoom cloud so I can send a Zoom link to the attendees? I have a paid account btw, if that helps. Thanks!!

I previously used Google Signin to link to my account - but because i travel around and use different people's devices, some times i need to just signin using my email and password. I cannot seem to reset my password as ZOOM keeps forcing me to link my Google Account - which i'm not comfortable with, as i use it on so many devices. How do i stop that? I tried unlinking my user, under user management but it doesn't seem to work
When I am using zoom I find the mouse pointer stutters. In other words, it lags the update. When I stop screen sharing it continues. I have an Alienware PC with an nVIDIA 3080 RTX running windows 11 with the latest drivers and the latest versions of the zoom client.
Hey guys I accident dragged my zoom recording to my desktop of my computer and trashed the video to free up some space on my desktop. I came to edit my interview i did over zoom and found that the video was deleted because I dragged it out of the recordings folder. I have a basic account and I’m wondering if I upgrade to pro will I be able to retrieve or re download my recordings from previous meetings??? I’ve tried retrieving the videos from my trash can and still awaiting some help from Apple and I really need these interviews! Can someone please help me to get these videos againThank you
I recorded a long meeting. It shows up under local recordings but then when I open it, it says 'no such file exists'. Anyone know how to retrieve this? I'm sure I've done it many times in the past without any trouble. Thank you
Our team is running into an issue with agent schedule adherence. When we run the report it does not give us the opportunity to "fix" the historic information. We use this in scenarios such as a call runs long and the agent doesn't go on break at the right time. We wouldn't want to count this against the agent. The only solution we have found is to manually update their schedule for the prior day by using the Schedule adherence report. The problem with this on top of being time consuming, is the report tells us the agent is out of adherence and for how long, but not at what time the exception started. Does anyone have any advice on measuring this?
I have a new computer which is more powerful than my older one. My older one shows all virtual background options and I can use them, but the new one doesn't. It is an i5 with 32 gig Ram. Why can I see virtual background options on the older computer but not the new one pse? I have virtual background switched on in the settings.My Zoom is paid for by the company I work for and I just have use of it and don't see anywhere that I can update Zoom under my account picture in the right corner, just my picture, name, email address (says Licensed) add account and sign out.Thanks in advance.
I've been having a devil of a time getting Zoom meeting to work without crackling audio. I believe this is only sound out and not the microphone as I haven't had a complaint as of now.I've read a number of posts and there is something about reducing the buffer but after Googling how to do this I'm stumped.Hardware/SoftwareWindows 11; HP laptop; Bluetooth headset; Zoom 5.16.2 (22807)Sound and microphone are OK on all other applications. There is no crackling.Bluetooth headset audio and microphone OK on other applications.If I use the laptop speakers there is no crackle on Zoom. Test various audio and video applications and no problem on sound or input. Steps to reproduceConnect bluetooth headphone. Listen to music and test. No crackle.Open or join a meeting in Zoom and there is a crackle.Attempted Solutions so farTurn off all audio enhancement on Windows 11. When you go in a breakout room, it's hard to see what room you belong to. A message is only briefly shown, if you miss it, you miss it. People may not be friendly enough with the tool to go and figure out what room they belong to. When in a breakout room, there could be people sharing a screen, or a Zoom app running. All of these take real estate in the top bar, and the breakout room number disappears. I would prefer for the breakout room to always be shown. This is useful for context, and simplifies the user experience. For example, it could be important to know the room number when the host has assigned exercises to individual rooms, and sends people randomly there. People right now get confused because they can't see their room's number.
I have a recording in cloud and when i change the settings to not show the transcript and chat and then share the link and email to myself to test it still shows both. Help
