As the host, I am not showing as the main speaker on "speaker view." Other participants are showing up when they speak, but not me when I speak. It must be something in my settings because this happens on my backup laptop as well.

I've noticed with the most recent update that meeting invitations are no longer successfully copying. There is a "copy invitation" tab like before, but it fails to actually copy (I usually paste the copy into emails). I can manually copy the meeting link, but that doesn't contain the meeting date & time details. Very annoying. Does anyone who a fix? Thanks.

Hello,We have been using the Zoom webinar for our professional presentations for years. Today, it did not record the presentation despite having checked the box in Options to "Automatically record webinar on the local computer".Has anyone else experienced this? What can be done to stop it from happening again?Thank you!    

please help - Zoom in mobile device - Error while disconnecting the Installed 6.1.11.x and Joined a meeting. after the meeting the app is not closing the call. It is hanging even if I 'leave meeting'. The app is not closing, it restarts itself and trying to connect to meeting.. but not connecting.. just waiting.. I could not join any other meeting, background app is killing the battery. Need quick solution please.

As stated: I need an option to disable the window for Zoom Workplace, hide it to never popup.  Currently the Zoom Workplace window popups up each time I join a meeting. As a result, I need to alt+tab (cmd+tab on MacOS) through additonal window which I hardly ever use.  Zoom workplace has nice features but all or most of them are mirrored in Google Calendar plugin and status bar icon on MacOS, so at this point it just cluttering my workspace.  Since MacOS alt tab sucks badly and does not allow for switching through many windows of the same app I have to first hide the Zoom Workplace window to declutter the workspace so I can quickly switch between my Zoom Meeting and other apps.  I'm a pro user, which means I have several meetings per day, sometimes per HOURS and it drives me NUTS. A temp solution is to hide / minimize the window once in a while.

Hello,I am trying to integrate Zoom Webhooks with an external server using the n8n platform to validate a URL in the event subscription section of the Zoom App Marketplace, but I am continuously experiencing an error in the URL validation process. 1. Problem Description:-When entering the webhook URL into the event subscription form in Zoom App Marketplace, I receive the message: "Error in URL validation. Please try again later."-The URL I am using is: https://n8n-n8n.ap5gnp.easypanel.host/webhook/{WEBHOOK_ID}.-I have successfully tested this URL using Postman. The webhook responds with the correct token (plainToken and encryptedToken), but the Zoom platform still fails to validate the URL. 2. Steps Taken:-I have configured a workflow in n8n that handles Zoom URL validation.-I manually tested the webhook with Postman to ensure the webhook response is correct (I receive a 200 OK status code and the tokens in the expected format).-I reviewed the Zoom Marketplace documentation,

Twice now, when my interview time arrived, I received a message from Zoom saying, “Your host has joined the meeting, please join here.” However, every time I clicked on the link, I was redirected to the Zoom homepage with no meeting ID or joining link.This issue has caused me to miss two important interviews. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I hope this problem can be addressed soon. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yesterday evening I recorded a one-hour lecture and saved it in the cloud and this morning the recording is still being processed... why is it taking so long?Processing is usually completed quickly I would be happy to helpthanks

Nice to meet you.I would like to share music from my computer (including YouTube), but even though I check "Share Sound" in "Screen Sharing," the music is not being shared. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?Recently, perhaps due to the noise-canceling feature, the music I play on my end is completely blocked and cannot be heard by the other party.If anyone knows how to share music on Zoom, please let me know.

Hi,  For some reason, as of last week, when I schedule a zoom meeting it schedules it across multiple google calendars not just the one I want it scheduled to.  When I unclick the other calendars in zoom it unclicks them in my main calendar too.I just want my zoom entry in my calendar to be added to the one calendar, not all of them.Can someone let me know what happened and how do I fix it please Thanks

Somehow I edited my meeting invitation. I would like to get rid of what I edited.  When I click meetings/personal room/copy invitation and invitation with the zoom info and then a personalized message from me shows up. I want to DELETE that personalized message.  Any suggestions?

How long can I be a participant of a meeting if I am a free user of zoom workplace basic ?

Hello, I teach fitness classes via Zoom, however I have been unsuccessful in sharing both my music through Spotify and using my AirPods as a microphone.  It seems Zoom can only recognize one or the other but not both.  Has anyone had any success with this or have a creative workaround ?   Thank you! 

On my paid account, looking at settings there is no option for advanced sharing of IOS...But on a free account I do have those options???

Hi. I've been enjoying using Zoom Docs. As I think ahead to a more pervasive use, I'm missing the possibility to:  1. Organize the docs into folders (i.e., by client of project).  2. I want a way to collect a set of documents into groups that I can quickly access (like Dropbox Paper).  If any of these features are available, I have yet to find them.  Thanks!

My webinars' closed captioning vtt file consistently misses the first 5-6 minutes of the webinar. The transcript .vtt file manages to catch all of it. Any ideas? 

I want to turn on meeting summaries but the option says the item is locked by the admin.  I AM the admin. How do I get out of this Catch 22 please?
