Zoom did not record the webinar

Hello,

We have been using the Zoom webinar for our professional presentations for years. Today, it did not record the presentation despite having checked the box in Options to "Automatically record webinar on the local computer".
Has anyone else experienced this? What can be done to stop it from happening again?
