Zoomで音声共有や、動画共有をしたとき、毎回ではないのですが、音割れのトラブルがあります。Zoomを起動せずに動画や音声を流したときにそのようなトラブルはないのですが、Zoomで音声共有や動画共有をすると、mp3やwmvの音声や動画の音声が途切れ途切れになることがあり、とても困っています。動画自体はスムーズに流れているのですが、音声のみが途切れ途切れになります。対処法を教えていただけますとありがたいです。Zoomはアップデート済みで最新版です。

When watching a recording provided by my uni via a link, I am not given to option to enable captions, however the lecturer who uploaded the recording tells me that the CC button is visible for her when she clicks the same link from the same page as I would access.  All captioning settings look to be active - is there something missing that needs to be enabled? Thanks

I'm trying to change the meeting invitation email language to French. When I asked to be sent a sample email it works, but when I generate a new meeting it reverts automatically to English. Anyone else has this issue or have an idea how to solve it? Thanks

When I schedule a meeting via my Zoom desktop app, an email is automatically created in my outlook and I send it off. Previously, the email had a nice Zoom logo and layout, but since October the email has only had boring text and a link to the meeting. How do I get the Zoom logo and layout back in the email?I'm not interested in customising the email with my own logo.

I am using Zoom for teaching and recording the lectures. Some of the lectures include alot of numerical calculations, for which I am using a whiteboard. Previously, I was using Miro white board, and it worked excellent.Now; I wanted to use Zoom whiteboard. Although the whiteboard writing in not lagging with the audio for other participants, this is not the case for the recording.So, there is a 5-6 seconds lag between audio/video recording and whiteboard writing. I have tried different solutions (turning off camera, AI assistance, host only using the whiteboard,...), but nothing is working.This is extremely disappointing as we are paying for the Zoom, and its whiteboard seems not to function properly, even for basic functions, while free whiteboards such as those from Miro are working flawlessly.Can something be done regarding this issue? Thank you! 

The sound of the interpretation audio becomes quieter and louder.We tested this problem by changing the PC, changing the microphone, changing various settings.However, this is a problem for the Zoom platform.The interpretation audio didn't sound smooth.But the original sound audio also sounds smooth.Please solve this part as soon as possible.Thank you.

We are looking to use the Redact Personal Data feature in Zoom, but it doesn't seem this works for CVV and expiration date. Has anyone else had this issue and have you found anything that works?

I'm getting a JSON configuration error once the JSON file is loaded. The Zoom software accepts the file with no errors but after 30 seconds the error message pops up " JSON Configuration error".   This file is to add 3 buttons onto the Zoom Panel interface. We need to send serial strings via IP to a Lightware device. This Lightware device sends the commands out of its com port to a TV mount com port to control a TV mount. Just this week, a green rectangle is now on my top tool bar and every time I join a zoom, the green rectangle has a pop-up that says my Reactions are turned off. I have to "x out" the pop-up box multiple times to make it go away. How do I turn this off completely?

Why is there no functionality for creating Breakout Rooms on an Android tablet (Samsung S8 Ultra)? It's ludicrous – I can do just about everything else on my tablet, but I have to lug a laptop around just to enable Breakout Rooms.

Is there a reason that ZOOM does not have the feature to manage and create breakout rooms on a tablet? Tablets are so advanced these days that it would make sense to add this feature. I find it very annoying that I cannot manage breakout rooms, or even view the participants of the rooms when I am in a video conference on my tablet, and I have to switch to my desktop to perform these tasks.

My microphone keeps automatically adjusting despite that option being turned off.  Each time I am in a meeting, I am able to go to the auto settings and watch it lower the mic input volume and people are unable to hear me.  This only started recently and despite the latest updates it keeps occuring.  Ive attemted with the internal mic, a USB mic, and a camera mic with the same issue.  How do I get 

Ever since the latest automatic update (November 7th, 22) Zoom freezes whenever I try to do a screen share, and there is a notice that zoom unexpectedly closed

I am surprised no one is talking about this because I see it everywhere. Several YouTube channels that use Zoom are having it. Zoom seems to be applying a sort of vignette effect around my face, darkening everything except my face. But when I raise my hands it sees my hands and brightens those as well. It causes these "blobs" of brightness throughout the image, and it's constantly moving. If I shift in my seat, half of my shirt will turn bright, while the other half will stay dark, and it will flutter and move constantly. It's especially infuriating because I go to great lengths to use professional cameras and lighting to get it right. I've tried every setting I can find, and see no way to turn this off. (It's not the "low light" setting) Has anyone found a fix for this? Is no one else bothered by it? It seems so unprofessional and janky. It's like a bad green-screen effect. Zoom, please give us the ability to turn this off!!

When I try to publish a meeting I get an error Business Information Not CompletedI have tried trouble shooting and cannot find where I might be missing something. I have been using onZoom for the last three years and never had a problem until today.

Hello!  I am new to Zoom Scheduler.  I have my Google calendar linked into the zoom scheduler.  I am trying to schedule 30 minute appointments from 1-7-25 to 1-16-25.  I can get the appointment slots to show up for 1-7 through 1-9 but it shows no availability for the second week 1-13 to 1-16.    Does anyone have any ideas?!

As a host I would like to share the screen to show the presentation during a webinar. It has videos included but for some reason I cannot tick the box to share computer audio while sharing the screen. How can I do so?

We are new with Zoom Phone.  I need to create a role that will allow creation/deactivation/deletion of Zoom accounts and assigning those new accounts Zoom Phone licenses (only).  Basically, this role will allow management of accounts that have phone licenses.

I've tried a number of times to create a brief Zoom Clip. I also tried different settings.  Clips between 15-30 seconds. All appear unloadable.  The software says 'the video cannot be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. '  I know it's in Beta testing.  Is this commonly occurring or is there a solution?

I use Zoom for singing lessons and when I sing, the audio goes in and out.  What should I do?

Has anyone else encountered audio issues with Zoom on T-Mobile? Several users (iOS & Android) can't hear or be heard during calls over their data connection. We've submitted a ticket with Zoom and confirmed basic troubleshooting, but Zoom claims it's a T-Mobile issue. The call quality dashboard for Zoom shows no receiving stats for T-Mobile users, so it does seem like maybe a port issue on T-Mobile's end. Looking to see if any others are experiencing this. 

Prior to this week, using the scroll wheel on my mouse or dragging up/down on trackpad would scroll around the canvass about Y axis, and holding Shift + scroll wheel would scroll along the X axis. Exactly as you'd expect on something like a browswer window. Now using the scroll wheel increases and decreases the magnfication. There is no combination of modifier keys that will let you scroll on the Y axis. This is extremely not useful! Moving about the canvass used to be effortless, but now I have to swticth to the hand tool to drag myself about the canvass or manually drag the scroll bar on the side of the window. I don't understand why they would change such a critical feature. Is there any user control over this? I'm on Version: 6.1.0 (35886) using a Mac and I uninstalled and reinstalled if that matters.

Several coworkers have noticed that the quality of AI-generated meeting summaries has degraded, leading them to disable the feature.  Summaries with wild hallucinations that include names of participants that didn’t attend or were never discussed and subject summaries that were completely incorrect.  Confidence in the feature has significantly eroded compared to a few months ago.  

So - I have a group of friends - we like to get online to do some games and have Zoom running (so it looks/feels more like in-person).I have a Pro account.Next week, I won't be able to be at the meetup; but I'd still like them to be able to use my meeting. I'm gleaning that because I'm an individual account, I cannot assign anyone as alternative host. I can set the meeting to start without being manually started and to allow people to join without a waiting room. And, for the most part, that will enable the meeting to go on .... but, if by chance, someone gets in that shouldn't be there (unlikely, but it's happened before) - does *no one* have the ability to boot the interloper? Is there no workaround to this? You cannot take someone slated to attend the meeting and grant them hosting power before the meeting begins?
