It has always worked for me, but now, when I click on the bar to be sent a code, it does not, so I cannot log in as I always have. I need this for work so I really need a solution soon. I work from home and holding my phone during sessions is not an option.

I teach an exercise class via music Sharing Music. Recently, we tried to hold the class in a gym with additional live folks. We needed an external speaker for the folks in the gym to hear. But, whether we plugged it in or used Bluetooth, the Zoomers could no  hear well. I think the music may not have been Shared when we plugged in the speaker. How can I use the music over Zoom and with a Mic? 

I pay for Zoom.  I host Zoom meetings.  I use the AI Companion on all my Zoom meetings.I also am a guest on other people's Zoom meetings.  I have the option to ask them to enable AI Companion but I have no access to the summary if they accept.  Why would Zoom leave out such a powerful and useful option?  I can understand not making it available to non paying Zoom participants but come on!

Is this possible to get a transcript from MP4 recording after the meeting has ended?

I have used a paid version, a different free version as well as being a participant on someone else’s Zoom call when the meeting ends at precisely 17 minutes. I wrote to Zoom support with no response from them. It possibly is a setting I need to change but don’t know where to look or begin. FYI, I am in Spain and using a VPN blocker so the IP address shouldn’t be an issue. Any direction would be appreciated.

Hello everyone,I'm having trouble setting up my phone number in the Zoom Phone system. When someone calls the number, they hear the message: "Please press 0 to speak to the operator." However, when "0" is pressed, the caller hears: "There’s nobody at that extension."I’ve tried configuring this in my Zoom account settings but haven’t been able to figure out where or how to fix this. I’m looking for help with the following:How to correctly set up the "Press 0 for operator" functionality so it routes to the correct person or extension.Where in the Zoom admin settings I can configure this behavior.Any specific settings I need to review or adjust to make this work as intended.I would appreciate detailed guidance or any steps I can follow to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.Thank you in advance for your help!

On one of the users iPhone , zoom for intune app doesn't have the PIP setting toggle option. He has the latest zoom version and in the phone general setting PIP is enable, also background refresh setting is enabled for the app. Tried uninstall and install the app, but nothing works. The PIP setting on zoom app meeting setting doesn't show up. Has anyone encountered the same scenario before and if so found any solution ?  Please help.  Thanks

I'm currently in the job search process and have encountered this problem three separate times now.1) The recruiter/hiring manager sends me a regular email saying they scheduled our meeting via Zoom.2) I do not receive an invitation via email from Zoom, nor does the meeting appear on my Zoom schedule on the desktop app/web app or Google Calendar. An invite email is not in my Spam/Junk folder.3) I email the recruiter/hiring manager asking them to resend the invitation or meeting link, but they assure me I was sent the invitation and they can see me as "accepted" on their end.4) I have to ask them to send the meeting details via email anyway, which makes me look entirely unprofessional. Is this a known issue? How can I ensure my email is whitelisted by Zoom? I did the "test email" function with the chat bot, which are delivered, but I don't get any other Zoom emails.

I am working on configuring the Salesforce and Zoom For Lightning App(App exchange package) and cant seem to get it to work. Dialing in works fine when i call the zoom number. However, when a user logs into Zoom and tries dialing out theyll get stuck at the "dialing screen" where the number pops up and it says "calling" but doesnt ring. Does anybody have any help/tips to reccomend trying?

Lots of people have discussed how to get audio files for each participant, and how to delete multiple meetings and even to set meetings to delete automatically after a certain time. Those aren't what I want, and I'm sure I'm not alone.1) Downloading - it like to be able to tick individual participant audio files so they get downloaded at the same time as speaker view, gallery view and the shared audio file. At the moment I have to download the bundle, then go to each participant audio file that I want and download them individually2) Deleting - for some reason the participant audio files are all huge (lots of silence recorded without compression) meaning a recent meeting had 1.5GB in video files but 3GB in participant audio files. Before I even want to download, I know I only want audio files for the main speaker and the facilitator. At the moment I have to go to each participant audio file individually, press the delete button, wait for it to delete, reopen the list of participant aud

Periodically, I am informed that my microphone is a little quiet.  I have unchecked "Automatically adjust microphone volume." (And this has been unchecked for the last year, and yet this issue has occurred multiple times during this period)  This is where I want my microphone level to beThis is where it is being to As you can see, it's really a minor change but it does happen I do have the Audio profile set to Medium  Is there anything outside of Zoom that might impact the level?  

Hi all,I can't remove a virtual background, although I've selected 'None'. I can freely select any other virtual background, but when selecting 'None' I'm back in the forest.I've logged out and in again, plus deleted and reinstalled Zoom.Anyone tried something similar and found a solution? I run a Mac (Big Sur 11.6) and give  Zoom talks using lots of photo images. Powerpoint runs ether slowly with lag between slide, or jumps slides. Is this a Zoom issue or Powerpoint?Thanks!

I lost recorded meetings due to a delayed payment as Zoom deleted them. Is there a way I can get them back? Please help. Wanjohi

I launched the app today to an unpleasant surprise - there seems to be no way to get my list of recurring meetings to show up other than from a tiny dropdown?  This is a terrible change for my use purposes - most of my meetings are "no fixed time" and I rely on being able to see and access that list easily throughout my work day as I meet with clients. The other thing I do at start is launch my personal meeting room for drop-in meetings, and that is also difficult to find and access. I do not want Zoom to manage my calendar, I do not want or need a calendar view, and now there is no option other than this useless view? I would like to have choice in what kind of display I have, because this is not it! Older questions about this kind of issue reference a "merge meetings and calendar tab" option in account settings, but this setting DOES NOT EXIST - I have searched the account settings using Zoom's search feature and it returns no results (see image 2 below).

When in a meeting I have a square with a camera and a slash through the camera. How do I fix this so my meeting can see me and I can see myself?  I have tried settings and chats to no avail. Tami

During joining a conference via a link, the program first writes 'Connecting...' then this small window disappears, and it doesn't join the conference at all. The same happens when creating a conference. Could you please advise what to do?

Hello everybody.On my desktop I use Zoom and Voice Recorder butthe microphone does not work.Now the scenario is this:- I do not use headphones or external microphones- the Realteck audio application is installed on my pc- the audio drivers are up to date and I have no updates from Windows Update- if I use applications like Skype, Webex or Google Meet my microphone works fine- only with Zoom does not work, as for the Voice Recorder- needless to say I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and that my pc is spotless- the related privacy settings are all activated- I have reset all imaginable and possible settings.In short, I have tried them all and have not got out of the problem.But the funniest and weirdest thing is this: if I launch Google Meet and start a meeting, the microphone starts working both in Voice Recorder and in Zoom.In short, everything works only if I also launch Google Meet and I have been in this condition since I used Google Meet.I guarantee that I am not drunk and that I h

Hi For some zoom meetings I have gotten an email like this  https://yyyyy.zoom.us/my/some.random.name?pwd=xxxxxxxxxxxxx  Where there is not conference number, but there is some words like someone's name with dot.When there is conference number, then there is number with 10 or 11 numbers in length. And this url is like that ".../j/" I need to open zoom links with zoom.exe directly, using command line. I have the correct syntax for that. Zoom.exe "–url=zoommtg://yyyyyyy.zoom.us/join?action=join&confno=number_here&pwd=some_password"  But it does not seem to work with URL-s where there is "/my/" instead of "/j". Can someone tell me how can I open those URL's also from command line  ? Thanks RegardsRaul Kaubi
