I filled out the brand requirements for the SMS campaign but did not receive confirmation from Zoom. The only email I got was one saying "You have activated the SMS...", but the brand does not appear in my Zoom profile to start creating the campaign.  Where can I check that out? Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks,

I updated my Zoom workplace to the Pro version, but when i plan a meeting which takes over 1 hour i get the information, that the meeting time is only 40 minutes. Now i am affraid that the meeting i planned ends after 40min even though i bought the pro version and i have the possibility to host meetings up to 30 hours.

I teach yoga and Pilates via Zoom. Most of the time there are 12 weekly classes in a session. In my Pilates classes, I do one thing on even meeting weeks, and something else on odd meeting weeks. In previous versions of Zoom it would show me that, for example, this is meeting 7 of 12. It would show me this before I actually started the meeting. This no longer appears on my screen. Is there a way of getting that back?

Hi all,I recently started, for certain meetings of which I am not the owner, getting Zoom notifications every few seconds during the entire block of time the meeting is scheduled - like 60-100 times during a 1/2 hour meeting. This occurs even while I am in the meeting itself, and after it has ended, if it ends early. It's incredibly disruptive. I know how to turn off all Zoom notifications in settings, but I use them and don't want to turn them off. This seems like a bug, and only started happening about 3 weeks ago. I have had the Outlook plugin for a long time and this isn't related to that. Likewise I've been attending this same recurring meeting for over a year and this only became an issue recently. Please help me fix.Thanks!

I currently have the Pro Plan which allows for up to 100 participants. It is renewed on the 22nd of each month. I have a large meeting coming up on December 2nd which will most likely exceed 100 participants so I would like to buy the Large Meeting Plan for one month. If I bought up now for the 1 month of the Large Meeting Plan does that cover December 2nd? There was some language about prorating this month and then being charged again on my regular renewal date so it sounds like I would be paying for Large Meeting Plan for two months instead of just the month of December when I need it. Also, I need to create the meeting and send out the Zoom link now. If I wait to purchase the Large Meeting Plan after the meeting is created in Zoom does that affect the meeting link or any aspect of the meeting? Or does it just automatically allow any meeting created before the plan upgrade to seamless transfer to the new upgrade options? Tha

I don't know if anyone else is seeing this problem. A while ago I set up a basic waiting room image which worked ok. I now want to change this to a short video.I set this up in Account Settings/ Meeting/ Waiting Room on my profile But on new & existing Zoom meetings I still have the old image Any ideas? David

I received an incoming text message from a known client but Zoom SMS is displaying the incorrect sender's name (showing the name of a different client). I checked that the phone number that the text came is setup as the correct contact name in Zoom/Salesforce/Outlook and did the same for the client name that Zoom is displaying as the sender and see no issues in the two contacts' setups. Anyone ever seen this before?

More than once, I am a participant in a zoom meeting and during the meeting my cell phone rings.  The video portion of zoom disappears to the generic zoom screen. I can hear the person speaking. I can see the little participants pinned   on the side but I can't get back to the main video. I tried "pinning" the speaker but the pin then disappears.  There  seems to be no way to get back to the main video.  Do I have to sign out and sign back in??  Each time my cell phone rings this happens

We have a couple of OAuth apps in the marketplace, one for zoom and one for zoomPhone api integration. Some of our customers are gov customers and we've been using api.zoomgov.com for apis.For authorizing those customers, we have used https://zoomgov.us/oauth/authorize?client_id=...&redirect... It seems that zoomgov.us no longer resolves to a valid network address anymore. We tried to change to zoomgov.com/oauth... but got an "Invalid client_id" message. Can you please confirm if zoomgov.us is valid or not and can you please point me to any documentation of this change? Thanks

The problem is when we go into the device list and add device we can’t find this model number in the dropdown. We have tried both the zoom phone appliance as well as zoom rooms device. 

Hi, I am creating a multi-session event and there will be eight different ticket types (Early bird/standard; standard/low income; and virtual/in-person). Is it possible to duplicate an existing ticket, including its customised registration questions, or do I have to fill out every field (including 9 custom registration questions) for all eight ticket types?Thanks

Please help! I just completed a 4 hour Webinar and only the audio was recorded on in my Cloud. I have checked my settings, nothing has changed from previous webinars where I was able to get audio & video. Would love to know 1. What went wrong? 2. Is there a way that I can get the video? 3. How do I prevent this from happening again?   

I have 4 reoccuring meetings for 1 hour but one will be 1.5 hours, is that ok? Will it work?

I was recording a meeting today (Cloud) and in the middle of the meeting I got a "Recording Stopped" audio message.  As soon as I heard that, I hit the record button again to restart the meeting.  However, when I go back into my recordings, I only have the last half of the session.  Everything that happened prior to the "Recording Stopped" message is missing.  I checked my local "Zoom Recordings" folder, thinking maybe it was recording locally at first.  Any insights or ideas are welcome!mike

Hi Everyone, we are experiencing and issue where we have Zoom Workplace for Intune configured with an app protection policy and it is unable to send emails via the mobile version of outlook.  I can schedule meetings and invite people and the meetings will appear in their Zoom app but they never get an email saying that the meeting was scheduled.  Also when I open a meeting and choose "Invite Attendees" there is no option to email it.  We have app protection policies for Outlook as well that doesn't allow company data outside of non managed apps but Zoom Workplace for Intune is a managed app.  I logged into zoom workplace for Intune and granted the requested permissions to read and write users app management data and sign in and read user's profiles for my organization.  I also added zoomus to the exemption in the app protection policy.  I also set Outlook as my default email provider and the issue persists.  Anywhere else I can look or things I can

Firstly, I record the zoom to the computer, but then I run out of space. Then I recorded to the cloud; does the recording in the cloud  start from the previous recoding to the computer? 

We I recorded a Webinar and it was recording. But when I checked the directory, only the chat was there. How can I retrieve the recorded Audio/Video?
