I have a Mac Mini that does NOT have a microphone. I cannot choose a "microphone" when Zoom asks me to select the speaker and microphone for the particular zoom session. The zoom video opens without any problem but I do not get the audio of this particular zoom session or any zoom session. I cannot find any option on the zoom settings to eliminate a microphone if there is not a microphone available on the computer.

Hi! Hoping someone can help. I work for a small business and made a pro account. When I send a meeting link, I want it to read -"Business Company" is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. Topic: "Business Company's" Personal Meeting Room But when I join through that same account, I want it to have my name as the display name, not the business account. Is there a way to have these be different? Or do I just have to manually change my display name in the zoom each time?  Thanks!

I am having an issue with Zoom’s way of grabbing recurrent meeting links and making it something other than what I intended it to be.  The background: I have a habit of creating a few recurrent Zoom meeting ID that has a “Meet Anytime” attribute that I use for multiple meetings that have the same theme. For example, consider a case of someone working in academia: when I am consulting clients of a particular service, I have one Zoom link that I use all the time for that particular purpose. When I am teaching a workshop, I have one other Zoom link dedicated to all the workshops I teach. Then when I am mentoring students for project “X”, it will be another Zoom link. So, in my example above, there will be three Zoom meeting IDs that I want to maintain.  The problem happens because I linked my Zoom calendar with my primary calendar, which happens to be Microsoft Office 365. The application closes the meeting when I access the audio. The audio configuration tab is not working; also closes. Any suggestions?

I need a good solution for chronic latecomers to my ZOOM online classes. I want to manage attendance by closing the meeting at a certain time. I've tried using the Waiting Room, but my students don't always have robust Internet connection and have had trouble entering. I'm not familiar with the Lock Meeting function. Any suggestions? 

We are running a webinar where participants did not have to register, they are free to log in via the URL we are sharing with them. We disabled the registration setting and any other prompt request we could find in the settings but when we do some tests and try to log in we are still seeing the "Enter Meeting Info" prompt asking for a name and an email. Is it possible to remove this in any way?

I am using Zoom Workspace and unlike Cisco Webex, two online sessions cannot be joined simultaneously. Can anyone confirm this?

Having gone through the Zoom Community postings and not finding an appropriate solution to the problems my system is having, I offer the following: I have a Windows 11 HP PC, Version 24H2, 64 bit operating system, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER A/V card. When using a Logitech BCC950 for Zoom conferences, the audio for the microphone quickly cuts out and a flickering develops in the video display.  The Zoom App Versions is 6.3.0.0.  All other drivers, as best I can assess, are up to date and there are no other system operation problems.  The Logitech conference cam is a plug & play item that works well in a Windows 10 environment. I’ve gone through many of the checklist possibilities of potential solutions on the Zoom Community postings too.  Are there driver updates or other solutions available for the Windows 11 system environment to resolve these issues? Thank you -

On a PC that only runs Zoom, a message saying "The system is operating at low performance" is displayed, and you cannot hold a meeting with Zoom. Is there any solution?

Tell me how to make a recording in the session rooms?1. if the organizer moves into the session room to allow recording, but the participant and co-organizer do not have a recording button.2. If you assign an organizer in the main hall, then there is still no record button when you go to the session hall.Maybe you need to specify something in the settings so that you can record a session room for a participant or co-organizer?

Dear Zoom Community,  I am looking to use Zoom Webinars to run a small virtual multi-day "conference". I would like attendees to be able to change the language that the captions appear into the language of their choice. I know this is not something Zoom provides, but would love suggestions for third-party addons that may fit our needs.  Essentially, I need what the Presenter in the webinar is saying to be automatically captioned live into multiple languages. Any time i  enter a meeting my speakers go to max volume.  I can pull open my sound mixer and without fail the volume always goes to 100%.  I have reinstalled my sound card driver and its still happening.  Any thoughts?

How can I get the zoom meeting registration emails that are sent to me as the host of the meeting to include all of the information I request on the registration form? I have Questions & Comments as optional and I'd like to see that information in the emails that send to me whenever someone registers. How can I do this?

I am researching, planning and preparing online English lessons to deliver on Zoom to a group of young and adults blind students. I would like to know what capabilities Zoom might have for the blind participants. I would like to know if there are any apps or tools that I can consider and use. I would also like to know how I can use the existing Zoom tools creatively to help the blind participants. It is also great to see if Zoom has any plans to create any tools to facilitate and help the blind users.  I installed Zoom For Lightning package in Salesforce.After create an event with start time = 2025/01/28 12:00 and Schedule a Zoom Meeting is checked, zoom meeting url is issued.When i try to change start time to 2025/02/09, "Cannot change the start date before today" error appeared.Today is 2025/01/28, so why did that error occur? 

Hi there, We have Zoom Pro and can only have 100 per meeting. We have a seminar scheduled and we asked for people to register. We are now at 101. What if everyone ends up attending the meeting, will the last person to join the meeting be unable to attend? What will happen on their end? What are my options before the meeting to make sure we can accommodate everyone who ends up registering for the meeting? Thanks for the help.
