I want to Join zoom meeting in react native. I used react-native-zoom-us library for this. It was working fine but now I want to user another zoom account and want to create meeting sdk app in that account. I have created general app with embedded meeting sdk but still this app is not published and it is under draft. when I am using this app sdk and secret key or client id and client secret I got error code 6601 that means app is not published yet. could you please confirm once app is released or I choose use this as unlisted app then after review this app key start working. In another account key which I was using earlier is still working and I am able to join meeting too but when I create meeting from new account then got error in joining meeting reason may be that I used another account sdk and secret key for jwt token while meeting is creating from another zoom account. Please guide me how can I handle this case. If there are some other way to create meeting sdk key then share the

Whiteboard refuses to open as shown on the picture. Restarting and reinstalling Zoom doesn't help.

Hi all, The Zoom documentation says the sharing settings for a recording should display this option: Share with all invitees: Send an email notification to all invitees with a link to the recording.However, that option is not present for the recording I'd like to share.  Any idea why not?  What am I missing? Thanks!

I have an attendee from Australia attending my New Zealand Zoom meeting via audio only, i.e. phoning in The numbers offered include 3 different 1800 Australian numbers - do they all work regardless of where in Australia they are calling from?  If they use a local number what do they get charged?

We have setup our zoom rooms to use teams. everything appears to be setup properly. however we get a meeting invite to an individual, but every time we try to join teams on the zoom room it does not allow us with an outside company. If i were to join internal meeting it works. I believe the outside company set rules not to allow anonymous. is there a way for our zoom rooms to not be seen as anonymous?

Got an email saying that we need to enabled NAA by the 27th of January. I am trying to enable the NAA in the Zoom web portal using the KB article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0078410). I follow all the steps but once I put in the office creds and approve the permissions it kicks me back to a Zoom site that says uh-oh page not found. This feature is still not enabled. 

I have been using zoom with my Apple TV for months without issues,  I use my iPad or IPhone as continuity camera. Last week I started having issues with microphone and is doing the same trough all devices. First it connects fine and after 30 seconds my mic gets disconnected and I start getting pop ups on right upper section of screen saying audio disconnected on continuity camera, the pop ups appear and disappear constantly and mic never comes back. I checked software updates on all devices, TV and in Apple TV device, everything up to date. I checked all settings and everything is right, I turned off and on continuity option on devices to reset it. Nothing seems to work. I need help as I haven’t been able to do my training classes trough zoom in a week and still paying my membership.

I can't seem to find a setting that would allow to always show the sharing key on the TVs. When we start a video feed the sharing code disappears and to bring it back up we need to press "share" on the control tablet (we don't have ultrasonic thing working unfortunately). Is there a way to always show a sharing key on room screens?

We want to start as a "webinar" for 1.5 hours then turn the “webinar" into a “meeting" for an after-chat for those who want to stay and discuss the webinar.  Can this be done during a webinar, or do we have to invite participants back in with a different link as a meeting?

Is this some sort of new bug? We've recently been getting frequent Update Required popups saying "Your app version needs to be higher to start this meeting. Please contact your IT team to update your app." I am the IT admin for my company so I have access to the Admin account to control our company's Zoom account. When I checked for updates on the Admin account the first time, there weren't any updates available. I restarted the PC and opened up Zoom Rooms, it worked again. Today we got the same popup error. When I checked the Admin account again there were still no updates available. I restarted Zoom Rooms (instead of the PC this time) and it started working fine again, there were no "Update Required" errors.  Is this some sort of new bug? Are there any fixes to this issue? We have our Zoom Room setup to update automatically to prevent our users from seeing any of this and causing any delays in their workday. Thanks in advance for any help. 

We are using Zoom with the CRC license + Enhanced API connector. Our conference rooms have Lifesize Icon 600 devices that have been added to Zoom as managed devices and configured as SIP/H.323 phones in Zoom. That all works fine. I have all the Office 365 calendar integrations setup on the Zoom side, and the calendars are associated with the provisioned conference room devices. I can also see the appointments showing up in the Zoom Portal GUI, when I click on "Calendar Events". The issue is that these events are not making it down to the physical Lifesize phone. When I activate the "Calendar" button on the Lifesize HD Phone, I expect to see today's events for that calendar. It is just blank. Has anyone run into something similar and have a solution? Thanks! Rich

When Scheduling a meeting on zoom from outlook plugin it creates a meeting but when sending the invites the users are not getting the calendar invite but getting the .ics file 

I recently upgraded to Version: 6.2.3 (2056) Zoom Workplace (enterprise) and it is incredibly unstable under Ubuntu Linux 24.04 LTS, to the point where the application freezes within about 5 minutes of usage. Tell me how to troubleshoot or what diagnostics are needed, I'm technical. Zoom v Version: 6.2.3 (2056) is unusable on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Linux.

I belong to several meetings where we get Bombers and I thought it would be very helpful if a feature was added to the waiting room where you can "Pin" the person as they enter the room.    

After receiving an event invitation via email and clicking the link to download the .ics file for Outlook, a separate calendar titled "untitled" is automatically created. Could Zoom modify this behavior? This issue can be resolved globally by simply updating the code on Zoom’s end. By changing the line METHOD:PUBLISH to METHOD:REQUEST in the .ics file, this would fix the problem for many users.

Hi there, until the other day I was able to make a Zoom meeting booking, click okay and then it would automatically launch an email in Outlook for me to complete which included the access details of the booking. This worked perfectly. Now it seems to only book the meeting and doesn't launch the email. I don't know why. Please help. I would rather write the email in Outlook with all the text facilities than write it in the little box in the Zoom booking dialog box. Also, it means I have a record in Outlook that the booking has gone out. Many thanks!

Ive been using Zoom for the last two months and have not been able to work out how to get my regular zoom attendees emails into zoom ? I have to open up an email copy and paste the email address into zoom? How do you get a list of contacts straight off my computer into zoom? Is there a way to sync so I don't have to go looking for emails? Every time I set up a meeting with one of my staff there's gotta be away. I've asked this question before, but still haven't got a solution to it I still use Google meet and I don't have to spend any time thinking about this. I just type the first letters are their name and it comes their email but here I go in zoom round and round. Not sure why I'm missing this Point. I'm on a Mac. Sonoma 14.5.  I had a problem getting zoom to sync with my Matt calendar but I paid my WebHosting company to set that up for me. Something to do with Office exchange getting contacts into zoom I have failed to resolve if anybody has any suggestions. I welcome it thank

When I go to my recordings, I see all of them but instead of my invite title, it says "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced) ". This is related to the add-on to Google Workspace between Zoom and Google, I have it installed and running and it is administered by my IT team. Is there any trick or recommendation you can provide? 

Good Day. I need to be able to send invites where the other invitees cannot see each others email adresses. I cant do this as a meeting invite as Outlook has no BCC function on meeting invites. I can only BCC people on a email but I want the meeting invite to go to their calendar

We have an enterprise plan and also work with azure management. Will Nested App Authentication (NAA) affect it?

Are you able to auto forward emails from Zoom mail? My job won't allow us to sync Microsoft 365 with Zoom so I would like to auto forward my emails from my zmail to my outlook to ensure I don't miss anything. I didn't see this option anywhere and wasn't sure if it was something I am missing.  Thank you,Nieatta

Hi, I'm experiencing an audio issue when using Zoom or similar platforms like Google Meet and Skype. Whenever I connect my headphones, the sound becomes distorted, over-amplified, or extremely low. What's odd is that this only happens when I open these apps; the audio works perfectly fine when listening to music or watching videos on other platforms.I've already tried checking the audio settings in Zoom and on my operating system, updated my audio drivers, and even reinstalled Zoom, but the issue persists. Has anyone faced a similar problem or knows how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any suggestions!
