Hello Zoom and Community, I have a big problem with Zoom which has stopped working for no reason. Yesterday i tried to attend a meeting and a white box appeared saying "Zoom Quit Unexpectedly"I tried to open the App interphase on the desktop and try to press the "Settings" engine button but it does not open it.I can change name, status but I cannot open Settings.How can i solve this?Thanks

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11....  The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the correct channel in the tenant....When I reboot the Vmware VDI or close down Zoom in the system tray and re-open Zoom it should automatically update the version, but I am receiving the message:The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....It's like the installer is no longer allowing a standard user to install the update, or the user has no rights to uninstall the current version...Anyone have any ideas?Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Everyone!Whenever I add an SLG target, the target is added to every Role Member. I then have to go into every member and remove that target. I'm reaching 50 targets and this is very time consuming. Is there a way that the default is zero members and I can add members manually? In most cases I only want 1 or 2 members assigned.Thank you!

Hi - I have multiple companies I manage, each are connected to Zoom. Currently those companies are all connected via Hubspot to the same Zoom account, where we run our webinars across all of our companies for. I noticed recently that Zoom is syncing and creating contacts whenever a contact signs up for a registration across all of my connected Hubspot Instances. I'd like this to not be the case. What is the best way to set up and connect a single zoom account to multiple external tools (Hubspot instances) to prevent this?

Greetings.  We have recorded about 3 webinars per week for the last several months.  I'd like to get a list of these recordings with the Name and Date of the Webinar along with the URL/Link to the recording with the Password. If this is possible, how do I produce/download it? Thank you !! Ted

ZOOM refuses to respond to contact. Keeps telling me to sign in. That's one way of avoiding customers. The other complaint is the fact that when I create a new meeting under time zones it has been changed from Greenland to America/Nuuk. This is highly offensive. Greenland is NOT a part of the US and we are not going to be a part of the US and if I didn't need zoom I would discontinue my account and boycott you. You have lost favour with me and I am not a happy customer. MAGA: Make America Go Away.

Hi, Anyone can advise why does the Zoom Slack app require im:history permission? This permission grants zoom to read my direct messages in Slack and I'm not sure what is the purpose behind requesting this access; since Zoom does not take any context of the messages in creating a meeting. Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to complete the branding domain configuration, but it keeps failing.Zoom domain configuration I followed the instructions in the zoom admin console, and my IT created the CNAMEand I can see that the CNAME is correct in dnschecker.org DNSchecker.org But it is still showing as failed.  Any idea why ?

Hello,I've got a worplace pro account. I've planned a meeting with inscriptions on zoom, and already 89 persons registered. It seems that the meeting will be blocked at 100 participants. Is it accurate ? If so, do you know if it is the registration that will stop at 100 or the connexion on the D day ? thanks for your help !

We had an important Zoom meeting that we need to revisit. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any local copy. However, I still know the meeting ID and other important information from the email. Can we use this to help restore the recording? Thanks !

Is there an option to integrate my zoom meeting id in MS Bookings, so customers booking an appointment via my calendar will directly receive the zoom-link for the meeting. Right know I have only found a way to generate a link to MS Teams. But I have experienced zoom being a more stable  connection compared to MS Teams. That's why I still pay for a zoom account although I could as well use Teams within my O365 licence.Does anyone have an idea or an experience to this challenge?

Hey, we run 4 zoom rooms on polycom TC8 with poly studio x50 and x30's. two local at main office and two remote.  Recently we added the "support interoperability  for zoom rooms" and turned on support for  MS Teams web client etc.  This works great for us, the meeting shows up and has the ability to join (as guest) which is great. Awesome feature.  EXCEPT one thing....It only shows a "Join" button on MS Teams meetings in 2 of the 4 rooms.  In the rooms where it works it shows the meeting name, the join button, and the host name. In the rooms where it doesn't work, it only shows the host name. No other info, and you have to manually enter your meeting ID and pass code.  This is extremely frustrating to our user base.  Anyone see anything like this? I opened a ticket with Zoom, #18163003 So far the responses have included request for us to get into PowerShell and make changes or updates. This cannot poss

A few updates ago, the Zoom app stopped showing my background when I had the Virtual backgrounds turned OFF! What I see is myself with a light blue gradient background. What am I missing? Is there a setting somewhere to set? The Zoom support bots were no help(endless loop of the same suggestions that don't work or don't apply). I appreciate any help anyone has to offer. 🙂

How do I get my profile photo to show instead of just my name

I know we are able to add a cohost. My question is, am I able to have more than one cohost and them have the same accesses that I have? Or am I only able to give one cohost access at a time? I have a Licensed account. 

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble connecting to Zoom from my MacBook Pro running macOS 15.1 (same issue occurred on macOS 14). I’m using Zoom version 6.2.6 on an Apple M1 chip. The app launches, I enter my username and password, see “connecting,” but then I get an error saying, “Can’t connect to Zoom. Check your network and try again.” Zoom used to work on this computer without any issues, but it stopped at some point. Unfortunately, I’m not sure exactly when, as this is my secondary workstation. I’ve tried updating to the latest version of the Zoom app, but the problem persists. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 1.Reinstalled Zoom multiple times.2.Deleted all Zoom-related files and folders I could find on the disk before reinstalling.3.Confirmed there are no problematic entries in my /etc/hosts file.4.Verified that Zoom works perfectly fine on my iPhone and Mac Mini M1 on the same network, so it doesn’t seem to be a network issue. Given all of this, is there anythi
