Question

How do you turn off this prompt to turn on reactions at the upper part of the screen?

See attached. It happens at the start of every meeting when I turn on my video until I click on it to go away.

Take a look at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0073336 to see if this answers your issue.
