Is it not possible at the moment to link or better set bi-directional links between data tables, p.e. tasks to project and so on?

With a single client my mic and audio doesn't work when I join their meeting even though I tested both and they worked just before entering the meeting.  All the clients could hear each other but I could not hear nor be heard.  Since the mic and speaker using a Jabra plugged in headset tested correctly, I am at a stand still and we then have to switch to MSTeams.  It is highly unprofessional for me to not be able to figure this out but I'm stumped. When I switch to MS Teams the headset works just fine. 

When I release the standby, the survey does not show up. I have tried many times and the result is the same. Is this a bug?

Hello,I am running a support group for people with a certain problem. You can think of it like an AA group meeting. Can I use Zoom to hold a meeting for free with many people at the same time? Thank you.

I get this message when I lunch zoom link. "Your app version needs to be higher to join this meeting. Please contact your IT team to update your app"

When, a few months ago, I used to record a 1 participant meeting of just me practising speaking into my camera, I used to have the image of me small on the screen, and the video came out with me full size. Now when I do the same thing, I get a video that is mostly black with a tiny video image of me in the middle.  If I make my video image larger, then the size of me in the resulting image is also the same amount larger. How can I go back to having the video being the camera image fullsize, even if my previous window is small? I've played around with various video settings but can't seem to find anything that works. Zoom version 6.2.6 (41824).MacBook Pro running Version 14.5 (23F79). Can I get the old behaviour again, or is uninstalling and from somewhere installing an older version the way to go?   Many thanks in advance.

When we're setting up meetings in Google Calendar that need to use Zoom, the invite generates two different links for some reason (two different IDs by the looks of it). This is super confusing and some people join one link, only to wait around for others who join via the other one. What is the point of this functionality? I would like to set up a meeting with just a single link so there is no confusion at all. This happens whether you use the Gcal zoom add on or not. I can't seem to find a workaround at all. Under custom registration questions, is there a way for you to import answer choices when you select a "single choice" or "multiple choice" question? My organization asks people what "chapter" of our organization they are from and we want to have a drop down with all of the options but we have over 200 and that's a lot to type out. Many other platforms have this feature.

Hi I am setting up my first meeting for Sunday on the basic plan. But my attendees have not gotten a email with the meeting invite and I don't understand why not?

Add a Zoom Meeting in Outlook with Add-In is no longer working with Outlook Desktop.  When we try to add the meeting, the progress circle spins but never works.  Zoom Client Version VDI_5.15.4.  It is working with Web version of Outlook.

Today I received an email from Zoom saying that someone had joined my meeting, a problem with this is the date that it states is:-TimeOct 29, 2025 06:00 PM London Note that this is a date set in the future, am I at risk of a causality loop here? How do I use this info and stay sane?

EDIT: See below for solution!! Hello, Recently for no apparent reason my microphone stopped working in zoom.  The laptop is 3 months old, it is an HP Envy. The microphone available to zoom is called "Array (Intel Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphone)". It worked a few weeks ago but not now.  Zoom sees the microphone but nobody can hear me.  It is unmuted.  The microphone works in windows. When I go to test the microphone in zoom, I can click the test button but when I speak the meter doesn't move.  I went on HP website downloaded and installed the latest drivers but no help.Thanks

I have "Always show video preview dialog when joining" checked,  I have "Stop my video when joining" unchecked.  However, the preview does not appear.  What do I do?  I really want the preview on.

When I schedule a meeting via Zoom desktop, it appears twice in my calendar. Why?

For my organization, we hold monthly meetings/trainings for the community. We will set up the meeting on our Zoom which requires registration. Someone can purchase our training through our agency's website and once purchased they receive the registration Zoom link via pre-set-up email. We recently had a person purchase our training for 10 co-workers and the person received the registration link. That person distributed the link to their co-workers and each co-worker registered (with their individual contact information) separately. However, once the meeting started, instead of showing each person's name, it showed the person who originally received the link 10 times. I'm trying to figure out what the issue was. Was it an issue on my end or a Zoom issue? Does anyone have any thoughts? 

Hi, I've scoured the internet looking for documentation about keyboard shortcuts to switch between the original audio channel and the interpreted language audio as a simultaneous interpreter. It seems that such a shortcut exists, but hardly anyone specifies what it is, and the few who do don't always agree. I should clarify at this point that I'm focused in particular on Zoom for Windows. Ctrl+Shift+C seems the most popular answer but I can't find it documented anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find documentation around the behavior of this shortcut? I am not myself an interpreter so I can't just open Zoom and use trial and error until I discover something. My goal is to create a small keyboard as a gift for my mother to simplify her life as a Zoom interpreter, but such a keyboard only seems possible if there are well-documented shortcuts I can use to interact with her Zoom window. Thank you for any insight you can provide!

We have a recurring meeting with another company that they only use Teams. We have all our meeting rooms setup as Zoom Rooms. We have setup Teams to run through Zoom, however the other company does not allow anonymous/guest logins. Whenever we go to join it allows us and then quickly disconnects us.  My belief is this happens due to the room not being named. Is there a way to have our teams room meeting named? or be seen as not anonymous?

I was teaching a private lesson via zoom and its not the first time a meeting disconnects, but it was the first time I was asked to  wait for 9 minutes to initiate a new one, which put a pause on the lesson. it then happened again afte about another 40 minutes and asked for 9 minutes again at which point my student ended the lesson.I was led to believe that 1x1 meetings are not time limited, so why does this happen? And why am I asked to wait? I do not teach nearly enough to merit a 15$ monthly fee, especially since my native currency is worth about 1/3 of a USD. I resent being pressed to pay for a service I don't need neary often enough to make it worth the pay.

Greetings!I need some help. I know there's a zoom / salesforce integration, but I haven't been able to determine if it can do what I need. Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction. I want to give customers my zoom scheduler booking page to have them schedule meetings. What I would like however, is to have that customer's contact info flow to salesforce as a lead. Is that possible?

Dear Community, My location is Germany and I would like to invite someone from India to a Zoom meeting for a job interview. Unfortunately, I cannot find India in the list of countries/regions with global dial-in numbers.   Hello,   I am experiencing an issue with accessing my recordings and transcriptions in Zoom. When I navigate to the Recordings & Transcriptions section from the left menu, the page never loads, making it impossible for me to manage or delete my recordings.   I have already tried: • Clearing my browser cache and cookies • Using different browsers and devices • Restarting my internet connection   Despite these attempts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this so I can access my recordings?   Thank you for your help.
