Whenever I browse Facebook, I am shown an ad for House of Zoom (https://www.facebook.com/houseofzoom). It appears to be selling Zoom accounts at a cheaper price. Is this legal? I'm not sure if I'm asking this at the right forum. If not, please let me know so I can move it to the proper location. Thank you.

I am struggling to download a recording to my IPad. In the tutorial it shows a download option next to the copy a shareable link option. In my Zoom account that option does not appear. I tried share - download at the top of the screen above all meeting clips but cannot find that it downloaded anywhere.

I've joined my first meeting since the security upgrade and when I click Reactions to raise the hand icon, all I get is "recognize hand motions", nothing else. How do I raise the hand icon, the thumbs up and down icons as I used to be able to?

For the last 4 months or so, when I use Zoom, it completely obliterates my internet connection, making the video freeze for several minutes at a time. Video meetings are essentially impossible, and since I work remotely as a consultant it has been an enormous headache. Within seconds of starting a meeting, I get a notification that my internet is unstable and the audio and video freeze to the point where I have to end the meeting. My typical internet speed is very, very fast: 600-700 mbps download and 300-400 mbps upload. When I use Zoom, the download speed falls to 2-8 mbps and the upload under 1.... I am not exaggerating. In other words, Zoom reduces my connection speed by literally 99%. Turning off the video makes no difference. My internet speed remains throttled even after I close the Zoom meeting. I have to restart my entire computer to get my normal speed back. I have tried removing and reinstalling the app completely and it did nothing to help. I have s

Hi all,We use Zoom at our local church to tie in those unwell to the program. We also allow them to comment by raising their virtually hand.The issue we have is that the Surface Pro on the rostrum which is used- once the screen has more then a screens worth of participants it starts to scroll down. So at the start of the meeting the Participant list is scrolled to the bottom of the list. When people raise their virtually hand its off the top of the screen. We want the Participant list to always stay at the top (showing Me ,then the host and co-host and then the virtual hands) so we can see the virtually hands.Is there anyway of doing this?The issue might be cause because we've set the screen scaling to 175% to try and make the names and virtual hands larger.Help.Thanks.  

I have been having this issue this from end dec 2024 till now. Tablet users eg ipad will not be able to see my shared screen if they enter the meeting AFTER i have started the meeting and SHARED my screen. they will only see a grey screen unless i stop share and Reshare my screen again. Not only is very distruptive to deliver of lesson/meeting, all the contents i have written earlier on the powerpoint is cleared.  But if i dont reshare, those that check in at diff times wont see a thing.  Laptop users do not have such issue.problem does not only restricted to participant account cos i tested out signing in meeting using host email but with tablet(ipad/non-pad) also couldnt see shared content host and participants have uninstalled and installed the updated client. wonder if anyone have similar issue and how to solve it. No such problem in the past at all. 

I have chromebook and a base account and need to know how to add blurry background on video meeting.  Is it possible on base account and chrome book and pelase stepo by step guide?I havre find settings and tried but failed.  Thanks

Hi all, Recently saw a change in my image on video--i have gone from being "regular-sized" to tiny in the video (background has remained unchanged, same hardware, etc.).  I'm using a Logitech C930 with a Lenovo ThinkPad.  I don't have the same issue with MS Teams--size there is unchanged.   I've tried using the Logitech Capture app to zoom in / out, and it appears fine.  its only when I open zoom that I get tiny.  Thanks! 

Hi,  can anyone tell me why Iriun webcam which I installed onto my computer and then followed the instructions to install it on my iphone 10XR too, it won't work. I can only see myself in the Iriun webcam v2.6.8. For some reason, I can get Iriun webcam to be used with Zoom so that what ever is on my iphone is on Zoom.  Am I doing something wrong? Would love any help.  (23-09-21)

Experimenting with dual screens.Zoom creates 2 separate windows of content; one seems to be Hollywood Squares of people, the other window seems to be talker (or screen share).That's fine, but zoom is picking the wrong screen for each.  Is there a way to change the proper choice? What my ideal is, the focus goes on the bigger screen (usually screen 2), Hollywood Squares stays on the laptop screen (1), and also opens the chat window automatically.  How much of this can I get?  Thanks, ==mwh

Hello,I have a laptop and a 27inch second monitor. I use my laptop to run zoom for webinars of around 15 participants.I use my second monitor to share slides but when I do it the gallery view overlaps the slides.I have tried to go to 'My Screen'  at top of my screen 1and play around and yes I can have it in side by side with me next to it, but the slides do not move. I end up going back to 'meeting' at the top of my screen and just have to move my gallery view off the screen if I need to see all of the slide content.Is there a way I can see the full gallery view of my participants and reduce the size of the slide area so that i can still all of the slides and have them still moving through the presentation?Hope you can help.  

I attend a course which has both real-time, in person attendees AND people attending remotely, by Zoom. The tutor can use the Share button to show illustrations to people attending in person, using the overhead screen in the lecture room, but those attending remotely,  by Zoom, cannot view those illustrations. At other times, Zoom attendees can view the media, but not those attending in person because the images don't show on the overhead screen. Can someone advise please?

I had virtual meetings a few weeks back and recorded the entire call. These videos were saved in the Zoom folder until last week, when I suddenly noticed some files going missing from my laptop. I checked today, and all the local recordings are no longer available. I do not know if these recordings are available on the cloud, as I use the free plan. How do I retrieve these video recordings since it was an online meeting?

What features do you find most useful for keeping team members engaged and collaborative during meetings? Are there any lesser-known tips or tricks you can share that might not be immediately obvious to all users?

When I am in Zoom meetings, I am told my mic sound is fading in and out to users in the meeting and this is happening when I record meetings.  I don't think it happens when the meeting is not being recorded but I am not 100% sure on that one.  Is this a known problem for this mic Rode NT1 5th Generation when in recorded meetings that I am recording?  In desktop Zoom app settings under Audio Advance Settings, I changed Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers to Off Windows Raw instead of Auto but this did not help.  Any one got any ideas how to get this microphone to work in Zoom meetings that I am recording to stop it from fading me in and out as I talk to others?

Is there a way to set an automated zoom usage report after each meeting occurrence? Use case: We have several reoccurring meeting each month that we need to track attendance for. Usually the program facilitator likes to use their own link so that they can be the host and ensure the setting are correct. Then the facilitator has to send the usage report to the coordinator for attendance tracking. It would be awesome to have this as an automated email. Another alternative that would be beneficial would be to allow access to reports by all co-hosts. I know I can schedule a meeting on behalf of another user? Why not see their reports too? 

Currently and in recent years up to a week ago have been able to log in to Zoom on my home PC. However yesterday could not log and error message was - Your app version needs to be 5.16.6 or higher to sign in -Can see my profile on the zoom website but unable to contact Technical Support. Do not know how to proceed.
