The process of using Zoom.us to update a personal voice mail greeting feels unnecessarily cumbersome.  Once logged in to the site the user has to remember if they are supposed to update Greeting & Menu: Connect to operator or leave voicemail  or are they supposed to update Leave voicemail instruction? Once in the correct section it's 7 additional clicks to get to the point they can re-record their greeting.  I'll ignore the fact that I can't prevent users from using the Zoom text to speech feature or at least eliminate the terribly unprofessional voice options. It's too much for some users.  To that end I've considered having them use *86 to simply record over their previous greeting.  Doing so mimics traditional phone systems.  Without having to remember *86 or use the Zoom.us process, how can a user gain access to their mailbox setup?  I can't create a contact since *86 is an invalid phone number format.   Any sugge

I pay for zoom for my business and run it with a medical health program and I pay for both. I also need to be able to start a zoom account for 12 step meetings that I'm involved with. The group needs to be able to both control and pay for the meeting to abide by our 7th tradition of being self supporting and also we do not have leaders but trusted servants and those positions rotate. If any one person goes out and drinks or stops going to the meeting we lose our entire meeting. I see that some AA organizations by area have provided this but we don't have anythnig that I can find in Los Angeles. Can you please advise on how to do this? We need to be able to have access to change passwords and meeting links as needed. How can we set up this account to fix that?

I have set up a zoom meeting on my computer but will be away from my desk. I would like to do the zoom meeting on my iphone but I do not see this meeting on my iphone.  I tried setting a different meeting up on my iphone and I do not see this meeting on my computer app. Please advice how I can make them sync.

When I have remote control of a computer running Win 11 in a Zoom meeting I can click on the Windows 11 start icon to open the start menu but when I click on any of the icons or controls in the start menu nothing happens. How can I get the mouse to work in the start menu? Thanks.

I was the host of a meeting.  I was kicked out before it started.  I re-entered.  I started the record button.   I guess i wasnt host anymore and had to agree to the recording.  Now today  I can not find the recording anywhere.  On my zoom app or my computer.  I really need to find this recording

I understand that I'm supposed to click Share, then click the box for "share sound." To share a video, I will then click the tab for Advanced, and then Video File button, then Share button. But in a webinar today, after the host gave me the permission to share, I was able to click Share, but the "share sound" button could not be clicked. It was not checked. It was not grayed out. It was empty, but could not be clicked. I was able to continue to Advanced/Video File/ Share, but of course the participants could not hear my sound. On the same machine, with the same device settings, I later started a webinar with just myself as the host, and I was able to Share and then "share sound." Is there a setting for the meeting itself that needs to be changed?

hi, Im tring to login to zoom with my google account (sso) on my samsung s9 tablet but i cant "lunch zoom" when i hit the button nothing happened. btw - i tried to login via iphone and everything working but i need it on my tablet (same for facebook account - cant login)

Hi,Sigh. Last night we had a large webinar. And my helper who was co-host didn't realize that I as host was sharing my screen because she only saw me in speaker view. She had inadvertently mouses over a tab - that never used to be there. See screen shot. Both tabs are cirlced, one red, one yellow. I swear these tabs never used to be there. And I cannot figure out what purpose they serve.  If I as host set "follow host view" and I accidentally click on a tab, will the attendee view change? Why? Why? Why? Thanks for any insight on this!

I facilitated a training session today.  We had a producer running the presentation deck and I had my script up for myself.  Each time the next slide would appear, my script would disappear, as if Zoom was prioritizing my view for me.  How do I solve this problem?  I need the script to remain at the top of my window at all times.

I know I can hide participants in webinar mode for privacy but can I still allow for chat? I am conducting a virtual focus group and participants have the option to enter a real or fake name, use their camera or not. Will the settings work?

Hello, I am unable to join a zoom meeting. The app keeps crashing everytime I try to join a meeting. I am able to join a waiting room but everytime the meeting will launch, my zoom app crashes. I have tried uninstalling-re installing-uninstalling- several times but the same problem occurs. I have also tried Zoom cleaner but it didnt work. How do I solve this? Thank you!

When configuring the setting for"Designate groups or users to display as potential visitor hosts on the kiosks of this location"I notice that users listed in the textbox do not populate at a Kiosk when ad-hock visitors fill in their host. Do hosts always need a visitor management license for them to be selected as a host for a visitor?Reference Image

Hello, is the following issue a bug? Or is it a feature?When we tried the "Request permission to unmute participants" with a "Zoom Rooms" participant, the "Request to unmute" pop-up was displayed every time even if the Zoom Rooms participant agreed, and the host was unable to mute/unmute the participant.

HiThis problem is somewhat intermittent but is more often a problem than not. When using Zoom phone on the desktop app, I can neither hear nor be heard. The desktop app works fine for meetings and using the 'test microphone' and 'test speaker' options works successfully. I have deleted and reinstalled Zoom. (And rebooted multiple times).  Using Windows 11. The Zoom app on my cell phone works fine. Thanks for your helpMitch

I just bought a new Mac and migrated all of the data to it from my old computer. Zoom will now not let me share my screen on the new computer. It says I have to turn on permissions in Privacy & Security in my Mac's System Prefs but it doesn't tell me what permissions nor where in Privacy & Security to set those prefs. What permissions do I need to set? 

Somehow the chat function is not visible for my participants in my 'meeting'. I enabled it in all my settings. It's still not visible. What can I do??
