It is important to know that my Zoom Account Settings has "Enable Custom Questions" checked. ProblemFrom a Chrome browser, I have created a webinar and I needed to add a custom question to the registration page. I went to Registration Settings > edit > Custom Questions tab > create a new question > type (single answer, dropdown),  I enter my question and it has 11 responses > then I select save all.  After selecting save all, the custom question is not appearing in the custom questions tab. After saving the first time, I went to the registration link, registered for the webinar, and the custom question was also not there. I went back to the Registration Settings a second time and went through the same process, entered all the information, and save all. The custom question is not saving, despite entering it twice and saving, and despite my Zoom Account settings having "Enable Custom Questions" checked.

Le seul moyen que j'ai trouvé, c'est de partager mon écran.Lorsque j'étais sous windows, le partage d'écran permettait d'aller dans un menu "avancé" et de ne partager que le son de l'ordinateur.Avez vous une solution ?Merci d'avance

When using Immersive view and a "custom background", has anyone had trouble removing their own image as a host? My use-case is to set up the zoom meeting and be the controller for Immersive View for a panel discussion. The problem is when I add my own custom image for Immersive, I have no way to get rid of my Video.  My name doesn't even show up in the list of names when you manually add people in the meeting who you want to be on-screen. My video just automatically pops into the immersive view when I launch. I cannot even "x-out" my video once Immersive view is started with the custom image. When I use the zoom default images, I can keep my image from showing up or x it out once immersive is started. Is this a glitch in Immersive View?

Hi all, I've disabled AI Companion at the org level but it looks like all users are still getting them by default, how do I disable this entirely for all users and AI features? Thank you

I'm running MacOS Monterey. Several times in the last few weeks, I've noticed the orange dot indicating the microphone is being used by an app, and I click on the Control Center and see that Zoom is accessing the microphone. I'm not in a meeting and simply have the Zoom app open. Why would Zoom be accessing the microphone when I'm not in a meeting?

At one point, I set a background to purple, and now I can't get rid of it even when I hit no background. What do I do?

Both yesterday and today I've had system crashes while on a zoom meeting as a participant. My screen froze, time didn't change, I could still see and move my mouse but clicks had no effect nor did keyboard. I had to restart. I checked for updates but I'm up to date. Something up with zoom?

I can't turn my camera on

I have my google calendar bidirectionally synced to my account, however the scheduler is still offering times during calendar events. For example, I have an event scheduled on my google calendar for Friday 2-4pm...Zoom Scheduler is offering 2pm as an available time to book a call with me. Please help 🙂

I see new features like Edit Chat messages , Translate are available in new group channels in Zoom workplace desktop client going forward however old group channels that already exists don't have these features. We are using a BlackWeb presentation remote, which works with powerpoint apps and desktop versions when zoom is not open. But whenever we start or join a meeting, it no longer works. The only button which does work is the escape button. We've tried wiping zoom off the computer and reinstalling the newest version, but that hasn't worked for us. 

As the host of a meeting, I have a need to track the time that an individual has their camera switched on.  In the participants pane, it shows when a participant is muted, when they have their camera on, when they are screen sharing, etc. However, it is displayed as an icon.  I need a report of how long the person had their camera on (or off) for the entire session.  The reason for this comes down to compliance.  Being on-camera is mandatory for the meetings I host.  Tracking in the main session is not too difficult.  However, when the participants go to breakout rooms, it is much more difficult to track.  A field added to the Active Hosts > Participants report would do the trick.  Or, if there are any plugins that can track on-camera time for each participant, that would be grand.

Hello, our users use Lenovo laptops, and many of then have problems with the microphone, in the sense that other participants do not hear them or hear a very disturbed voice.PC's are updated to las Windows 11 version and the micro with other platforms, like Teams, work.We tried all common solutions, update driver, remove other software possibly interfering with micro but nothing changed.Did anyone had same problem?Thanks.GinoDS

HiI want to adjust my audio settings so I can use a bell in my meetings.  I go to my profile picture as instructed but the drop down menu only gives me plan and pricing and sign out.  No settings tabs... so I cannot adjust the setting.  If I go to settings on the left hand menu, I cannot find audio adjustment tabs to use.  Can anyone help?  Why is my profile drop down menu not giving me the full menu?Thanks!Pippa

When the new upgrades got loaded I choose to have a "portrait" type of filter added to my camera view.  It's like the blurred background but not as intense.  I'd like to turn that off but I don't know where to do it.  Any suggestions?

Since 2 days, my zoom apps gets completely frozen as soon as I activate the webcam in a video conf. Without it it works fine, but as soon as I turn it on, first il will freeze the app ( but I can still see other participants webcam moving ), then the mic and the speakers will crash ( no mic and no sound from other participants ). I'll get an error pop up saying something might be wrong with my speaker settings. But at this point the Zoom is completely frozen and I can't do anything.MacOS Sequoia is up to date ( Mac Mini M4 Pro )Zoom is up to date ( Version :6.4.3 (52139) )

Can anyone help me understand how this works or is anyone using it? Are all the prerequisites required? It talks about certain phones you need to have I'm just all sorts of confused. It shows having zoom phone application clients so can we page to these devices? I tried visiting with support but all they do is send me the links to the articles I've already read, but they don't really explain what the end result is. I was with a company in the past where for paging all we did was buy the ip horn and give it a license and assign it a common area, you can then call that extension and get a page in essence. Do you still go through this same process and the cloud thing is just a way of grouping them all together? 

Has zoom started letting small businesses that are sole proprietor setup sms ? 

I'm late to the party on this and just figured out that I can't send texts anymore. I never realized this was a requirement of mine. How do I create a brand when I am a sole proprietor without an EIN.  This is not required for tax purposes for my business, so I don't plan to get an EIN. I tried to use my SSN - probably a dumb move - but that was rejected. Now what do I do? Anyone? Anyone? I keep emailing support with no response. Really upset right now.  Also - how long does the approval process take??? Weeks???  I read that somewhere.
