Our company uses Zoom to provide one-on-one tutoring to students.  We create the zoom account and when a verification code is required, it comes to our central email address.Normally we see requests if a student is at a different location or using a different device to log on with, but for the past week, we have seen an influx of verification code requests with no change in location or device.Has there been a change within Zoom that is requiring a new code for each log in on certain devices?Thank you

My colleague organize the zoom meeting has left the organization. We used her zoom to call in and make recording. I was promoted as host during the session. After meeting ended, i wasn't able to retrieve the recording. Can anyone help?

Hello it seems I may be in the minority of people who prefers to allow for the same time slot to be booked with multiple appointments. When you create a Booking Page in the "Availability" category, there is an option that says "Ignore Calendar Availability" which allows for events not booked through Zoom Scheduler to still show the time slot on the Booking Page as availability. I am looking for a feature or option that will allow me to still have that time slot open even if I book a meeting through Zoom Scheduler. 

Hi all, I am working through the features of Call-Back in the Menu-based Interrupt. I am wondering how does it integrate with the agents in a queue? What come first? Does Call back place an agent in the queue in a reserved state while it calls back a client? When the client presses one to accept the call back, do they can transferred to the reserved agent? If the client doesn't press one, does the agent get reset back to the ready state for normal calls? What actually happens?

Can you tell me what internet upload and download speed is required for the contact center? 

The zoom self help was not able to assist me.   I recorded a zoom meeting with 30 people in Gallery view.   The recording recorded in SPEAKER view.  How is this possible.  I was very upset as I wanted to see the meeting as I saw it in GALLERY View.  Please HELP  

For Zoom Phone system, how do you turn off the call queue automatically when the user is out of office? Let's say we are using a call queue Monday - FRI with 9AM ~ 5PM. If a user is taking a day off on Friday, I see that we can set or automatically set "Out of Office" status in the Zoom Workplace app. But this does not stop them from receiving the call queue. According to this documentation here, it looks like we can turn on "Allow queue members to set their Business Hours," which will "allow" a member who is off on Friday to be not be in the queue. This is not the case. After testing, even with "Allow queue members..." enabled

last night, We have a meeting and I recorded via cloud. after a while, there's a message that cloud is full? is there any thing i can do to recover? 

Hey all,I’m working on a prototype app where HeyGen will talk to people to collect some data.Here’s the problem:• I’m the host of a Zoom meeting, but I’m scheduling it for another user (a guest)• I send the meeting link to HeyGen so the bot can join using this same account that booked the meeting• When the HeyGen avatar enters the meeting, Zoom shows a pop-up that the host needs to approve• But the host (me) is not in the meeting, so no one approves the pop-up• Because of this, HeyGen can’t hear the guestI’ve tried setting up the meeting in different ways, but I can’t find a solution.Is there any Zoom setting that can fix this?

Zoom on Linux (Ubuntu)Version 6.1.0.198 So, the new version (see above) finally brought the new look that was announced earlier with version 6.0.0 (4563). Yes, it looks more modern. 👍 ButIt removes window decorations like the title bar and the borders. As someone who uses the title bar to see whether a window is "sticky" in a multi-desktop setup (sticky means, it moves around with me while I change desktop), this makes the Zoom app less efficient. In just one day, I had already so many occasions on which I left behind a Zoom window (keep in mind that the stickiness changes whenever someone stops sharing a screen) that I got very disappointed with the change. I looked around in the settings to find something that would bring the window decorations back, but wasn't successful. Does anyone have any pointers how to get window decorations back? hello...My local area of NA has a zoom account, as it was important to continue meetings (albeit virtual) during covid.  I am the zoom coordinator (if you will) for said area; and one of the meetings I scheduled for one of our groups is not appearing under the  MEETINGS column...in both the desktop & web zoom client.The common solution found on the internet doesn't work (as there are no calendars synced w/ this zoom client/account).  If someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.  Without being able to see ALL scheduled meetings, I am flying blind in scheduling additional meetings; & in providing help to our area members when they have questions about meeting overlaps, etc. thanx, mark4man

One of the departments that I support is moving off of the zoom phone system to the one that I administer for our company. Is there a way for me to forward the 4 the auto receptionist to an external DID? I need to do this prior to porting the number out so they have no interruption. Thank you.

Hello Zoom team, I recently purchased my first Zoom Phone license and set it as the main company number. After that, I bought two additional licenses. Although I received a confirmation email stating that my order was processed and that I could get started with my new numbers, I am unable to see the numbers in my account.Additionally, I have not been charged for these two numbers, despite seeing the invoice on the Zoom website. However, I have not received the corresponding invoice via email.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your prompt support.

Hello, I have been using Zoom for training sessions every week for the past five years. During breaks, I currently move each participant to the waiting room manually, which is very time-consuming. Could a feature be added in Zoom to allow all meeting participants except hosts be moved into the waiting room in one button, similar to the "admit all" function from the waiting room into the meeting?

Hello there! For some reason whenever I tried to turn on my camera or add a virtual background, Zoom suddenly crashes or goes on not responding since yesterday. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. This usually happens whenever I get Windows update. This is getting really frustrating since apparently, my subscription doesn't include Live Agent support.
