Zoom Version 6.4.6The participants list in Zoom disappears when I share screen. I have to click it twice to get it back up. It does this anytime I click the screen while sharing, which is irritating because I often share slideshows. I haven't done any troubleshooting steps yet for this issue. The big issue that I'm having is that I cannot hear Zoom on my Windows 11 Lenovo IdeaPad 82XF laptop. All other programs that use the speakers work. The over-the-ear headphones by Glynznak and the Samsung Galaxy Pro Buds 3 both have this issue. They work fine with mobile Zoom on Android. The Zoom on my laptop is updated to the most current version at the time of this writing.Troubleshooting steps I have taken:Updated ZoomUninstalled ZoomReinstalled ZoomUpdated Windows and DriversDeep Cleaned LaptopRestarted Computer (several times)Removed both sound devices from Bluetooth connectionsAdded both sound devices to Bluetooth connectionsUpdated Galaxy earbudsThank you in advance for any assistance provid

How do I turn off any sort of "Suppress Background noise"?I play an instrument over zoom. It has been working for years and now when I play a few bars my microphone mutes & the noise is suppressed. I want to turn this off if it is heard by the microphone I want it to go through.
For the last week I’ve been unable to login or launch a meeting on my PC laptop when on my home wifi. It works on other devices at home and my laptop will connect to Zoom if I go to a public wifi. I’ve rebooted everything, cleared the cache, uninstalled & reinstalled, checked Zoom is permissioned in windows defender, tried the Zoom app and the web version in both Chrome & Firefox.Any ideas? Is this a lingering issue from the outage last week?
So i cant get my phones to do ZTP even though they are getting ip addresses leases from my DHCP but option 66 is not working and my DHCP server is a Vm, any suggestions?
Is there a way to go live in both a FB group and on YouTube at the same time without a third party?
Hi everyone,I'm currently troubleshooting a recurring issue with Zoom Phone/Poly IP phones where SIP calls are either delayed or dropped intermittently.Details:Phones: Poly CCX 500 and Edge E300 modelsCall path: SIP calls via Zoom PhoneSome calls go straight to voicemail or drop without audioOther times, there's a delay before the callee hears ringingMy own test calls to the same numbers go through fineProblem seems intermittent and inconsistentWhat I've Tried:Enabled logging on the phones (set to Debug)Captured traffic using SPAN on switch portsCollected packet captures on both sides (caller & callee)Noticed TLS sessions but traffic is encrypted (can't inspect payload)Confirmed phones are updated and network is stableAsk: Has anyone run into this issue before? Any tips for:Decrypting or analyzing encrypted SIP/TLS traffic?Zoom Phone-specific call signaling insights?Additional logs or settings I should look into on Poly devices?Happy to provide more details if needed — I’m just try
One small but powerful improvement would be the ability to adjust the width of borders and lines (for shapes, connectors, and drawn lines).
Hey everyone. We just updated our zoom control room for our virtual events (new Mac mini m4's with Sequoia) and we were running a show today and normally we will use the Dual Monitor setup and Pin Participants to second screen. We noticed however, that as the show went on, a tool bar (just a normal window toolbar) would appear randomly on the fullscreen of that Second Pin. I realized not too long ago, that the issue seems to be that whenever someone turns their camera on/off, this bar is popping up on all of the new Mac Mini's at the same time. @ZoomZoom @zoom need some help here to figure out what's causing this because it kind of ruins the effect when we're showing these pins on to the rest of the audience and a random bar pops up
I have been using zoom for several years to host our Home Owners meetings. I am in the US and many of the home Owners are in the UK, India, and other overseas locations. Some Home Owners do not do well with apps and computers and prefer to dial in. This has never been an issue, I used to just give them a local number depending on their location. However recently when I search for local dial in numbers (ie not in the US) it tels me I need to update my subscription, only seeming to allow US numbers. I am on the workplace Pro plan. Has something changed or am I missing something? Many thanks.
Someone else with a paid Zoom account started a meeting, then made me host (I do not have a paid account). I began recording to the cloud (not to my own device because I do not have sufficient space), but the user who initially started the meeting left early. After I ended the meeting (long after the meeting starter had left), the popup for processing did not appear on my end. Does this mean the recording is gone forever?
I started a webinar practice session a few days before my webinar was scheduled to begin. During the practice session, I heard from a registrant that the registration page stated that the webinar had started, with a button that said "register and join" instead of only "register. The registrant was confused since it appeared that the webinar had started days early. Is there a way to disable the "webinar has started" notification and "register and join" button during a practice session to avoid confusion?
I added panelists to a webinar and sent them their panelists links from within Zoom. One of the panelists received her link via a Microsoft Teams notification instead of via email. Is there a setting that I may have accidentally enabled to make this happen when I was setting up the webinar? Or is this a setting on the panelist's end?
Hi I am desperately looking for alternatives to Skype to call from outside the USA into toll free numbers located in the USA - does Zoom have this feature? If yes, does Zoom regular account allow calls into toll free numbers? Or does only a Zoom business account allow these calls? Is it possible to call toll free numbers in other countries from outside those countries? What are the costs to call from outside the USA into toll free numbers located in the USA? If it is possible to make these calls, where are the instructions to do so? (I do not see anything on the Zoom website). Thanks.
I have a AI SUmmary that when I try to access it, it is greyed out and a green circle with a cross line shows up which does not allow me to click on link to get it. Can someone assist me on why this is happen
hi, can anyone advise if I can call a 1-800 toll free number on zoom? I have Zoom workplace installed on my Mac but I can't see anywhere on the menu bar to place a call. I didn't need to call till now, but with skype being phased out, I would need to find an alternative to do so. Currently traveling in Europe and need to find a way to call different 1-800 numbers in North America. Thanks for suggestions/advice!

Hi,I need to record course sharing my screen (Google Tab with document) and myself as speaker.I’m using Zoom app on my Ipad.Unfortunately, recording show myself twice with the floating speaker screen + the top corner speaker screen. I tried to just swipe the floating screen but it comes to desactivate the camera and then, there is speaker video at all at the end. I’m quite confused about HOW to set the speaker video properly.. and keep only the top right corner.I also try to « hide » the top corner one with the floating one.. but the top corner one looks set to be on the top… I attached screenshots here to illustrate my issue. Maybe someone could help me 🙂Would be great cause I’m totally lost..! Thank you.
Hello! We have our queue set to auto answer. Recently we have noticed calls being transferred from that queue to our overflow queue, and in the event details it appears the call is accepted and then our agent 'hangs up' shortly after acceptance. Luckily it goes to our overflow queue so we don't lose the call, but is this my agent doing that intentionally or is there a setting they could be triggering? Agent claims to not be doing it themselves. Is there a place we can track these 'hang ups' to see if its more than one agent doing it?
We're integrating the Zoom Virtual Agent chat client into our web app by following the documentation here: https://developers.zoom.us/docs/virtual-agent/web/chat/The chat client is attached to a button as suggested in the docs. It works correctly when the page is refreshed directly (hard reload), and the chat button appears as expected. However, when navigating to the page via client-side routing (using Next.js), the chat client does not appear. We’ve confirmed that the SDK is enabled and available in the global window context, but it seems like the initialization does not re-trigger on client-side navigation. We’d appreciate guidance on how to properly reinitialize or ensure the chat client loads correctly in single-page app (SPA) scenarios, especially when navigating between routes without a full page reload.
Sharing a Single app in zoom android app isn't working. a red alert below it "Zoom has disabled t...."It's really disappointing as it's really important for better user experience and privacy.
I help with a regular zoom meeting. I also update Zoom every week. I use Windows 11 with a desktop computer. My task at meetings is to post links in chat, which I usually do without any problems. There is however one link I am unable to post, although the facilitator of the group has done so without problems. I've also copied and pasted the link into a fresh document, just to see if the problem was with the formatting on my document of links - but it was fine. Time and time again in chat, the heading for the link posts fine, but the actual link won't post at all. The second line remains blank.
Please, please, please allow stereo recording of meetings. PLEASE! I'm sure Zoom is aware that at least tens, if not hundreds of thousands of musicians use Zoom; stereo sound for music is crucial. This is 2022 ... we can send robots to Mars, why can't we record Zoom meetings in stereo? Thanks.
I wrote a guide to using ZOOM Docs using Docs. The whole document is set on commentary but no editing for viewers. I inserted a whiteboard, which I set to editing. This works fine. People cannot edit the document, but they can edit the whiteboard, as intended. I did the same with the forms-view of the table, wanting people to be able to fill out a form with predefined questions in my document. I have this published and set to "everyone with link can answer" but people CAN'T ANSWER. I'm talking about this view: If I set the document to edit (which is not an option, just for testing's sake), people still can't answer the questions, they can only edit them. What do I have to do, to get people to be able to answer the questions? Edit: I got it. Forms need a separate Link to share with users, they are apparently not intended to be integrated in usable form in a document. I improvised by embedding the correct link in my document. I leave this here in case others are confu
