Zoom SSL Connect error

For the last week I’ve been unable to login or launch a meeting on my PC laptop when on my home wifi. It works on other devices at home and my laptop will connect to Zoom if I go to a public wifi. I’ve rebooted everything, cleared the cache, uninstalled & reinstalled, checked Zoom is permissioned in windows defender, tried the Zoom app and the web version in both Chrome & Firefox.

Any ideas? Is this a lingering issue from the outage last week?

Try connecting your PC to your router using an ethernet cable.

Also check to be sure your firewalls (PC and router) are not blocking Zoom.

Thanks storyhub! Appreciate the response!

Zoom will work if I plug my PC into the router with an Ethernet cable, but not on my home wifi. Zoom is listed as an allowed app on Windows Defender. The firewall on my ATT fiber router isn’t on.

(tried clearing the DNS register and restarting everything, but that didn’t help either. Also tried setting my home WiFi as public but that didn’t make a difference.)
