In Zoom Pro, it would be super helpful to be able to select and send a chat message to more than one participant at a time, without messaging the entire group.

Hey, we would like to bulk update our phones to have the company number as the outgoing caller ID in line key one but have noticed the csv import/export does not have this feature for all users. This only seems to exist on a per user basis. Anyone managed to achieve this?

Super frustrating problem: When I am scheduling a Zoom meeting, I am adding the email addresses of my attendees in the Attendees box. But then, when I create Zoom opens up Outlook, and requires me to invite the invitees again. It then sends the invite from my the calender tied to the Exchange 365 account I have.  But that is my work account. My Zoom account has nothing to do with my work email account. And I don't want invites coming from my work account. The calendar integration I have selected is a Google Account, not a Microsoft account. (see it here). Yet every time, no matter what I do, it sends invites by opening outlook and demanding I again enter the addresses.  I suspect this might be due to a recent update (see it here). But I can't find any place to change what's described there. Help? I'm working on a Mac. You can see a screen recording of the problem here. 

Hello! We are using Zoom Rooms with Neat devices in our offices and we are missing one option in our setup.We want to unhide non-video participants of meetings by default - is it somehow possible? We know that in the meeting we can do it manually, but we did not find a way how to set up for every planned meeting. Thank you for all answers,D.

I cannot get the Chat and Breakout Room options to show on the Zoom taskbar when I am running a meeting. I am on an Asus C202SA Chromebook. I don't see anything in Settings that looks like it would be a problem. The Zoom version is 1.10.2.2559 (0314).

Hello,Why can't I see a message sent by someone in a group of 7 people, but other people can see it? In a workgroup, the messages from April 4 have disappeared, but the ones from before and after are there. I am the only one who cannot see this message posted in a text group of 7 people. How is this possible? I restarted everything, tried reconnecting, but nothing. I’m planning to conduct a pre-recorded webinar with a Live QnA session at the end, I had a few questions if someone could clarify:1. As a host, do I have the liberty to start the pre-recorded webinar at my will? I want to ensure that I start the webinar only when I have an 'X' number of people in. Is that possible?2. Is it possible to upload a PDF to zoom whiteboard to open each page on a different board? I want to be able to upload each page to a different board, work on it with a student and then convert back to a PDF for a page a board.

When I use the whiteboard to train japanese hiragana characters, I can't paint slow. When I stay on the left mouse button for too long, my painted character is transformed into a shape, e.g. a square or a circle. I already disabled all shapes and I am under the impression that the normal pencil shouldn't do autoforms, as there is a separate tool "intelligent drawing". How/where do I disable this behaviour or is there a better tool to draw letters?

I want to pliot webinars using zoom but form is in pardot. I followed step by step instructions here - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068276#creating-registration-forms Issue:My registrations are not syncing with zoom and i am not receiving confirmation emailif i use <script> document.forms[0].submit() </script>I am getting an internal server error - 500 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_305c2aa0157d6c1a3. If I remove the code, registration submission is successful but is not syncing back with zoom and and confirmation email from zoom is not getting triggered  Can someone help? 

I know this topic has been shared and a solution has been supplied but the post are from years ago. The solutions I've seen are from a Mac point of view.I am running on a PC (Windows 10 Pro, 22H2) using the latest version of Zoom, 6.0.11. Everything has been working fine until this morning. I tried to screen share and Zoom looked fine then it immediately went in to "Screen sharing is paused." Is there a recent solution to this problem? I have screen shared 100's if not 1000's of times and this has me baffled. And yes, I have tried the Resume button, but it does nothing.

Dear Community,I hope that you can clarify one big doubt I have in terms of using the Zoom Whiteboard (and not an external) for my digital trainings.Is it actually possible to have the participants in different breakout rooms editing different pages of a whiteboard?If I do a group exercise, I sent the different groups each into a different breakout room to work on a task. Each group  might have a different task to answer or I don't want the groups to see each others answers, so I would need the possibility that each breakout room can see and edit their group corresponding whiteboard page.I hope I explained myself well and really appreciate an answer to know whether I can use the Zoom Whiteboard for my trainings or if I need to work with a different whiteboard to grant this possibility. For various reasons! I am still using Mac OS 10.14.6.I had a workshop yesterday using zoom 5.12.9 and built a whiteboard – see the image with text below.After I realised I needed to upgrade Zoom. Did that today to 5.13.7Now this is how my whiteboard looks - see the image with no text below.Also I can no longer input text to a whiteboard.Any suggestions?

When I use the writing tool on the whiteboard the letters have borders so it's very difficul to read. This thing happens on one of our zoom accounts. I tried to change the format, but I can't find the option for this, I can change to bold, italics or the size, but that's all. What;s interesting is that when I'm typing the letters mook normal, after I've done and click on the whiteboard they get this weird shape with orders and shadows. Any advice will be appreciated.

On my laptop, when using the text feature of the Zoom whiteboard, the cursor is colorless, so I can't see it. How do I change the color of the cursor?

Ok so I want to add a background to my Whiteboard that is 'set' and we can sticky note, text box over it without accidently deleting it?  Any help really appreciated otherwise I'm back to Jamboards for functionality???  I regularly like to use slides as background to collaborate over in workshops?  E.g. like a map of the UK and people can sticky note where they are but need the map to stay set?  Many Thanks Juliet

When son's tutor shares whiteboard in meeting. My son will write an answer but when post it only half the word comes up. E.g. He writes and you can see the word 'meeting' but when you send it to other person to see it only shows 'meeti' etc. This is on a Samsung tablet. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have a whiteboard that I have copied an image into. I'm trying to prep for a meeting by marking the image up with shapes and text boxes. When I left the whiteboard and came back to it only the first 3 or 4 shapes that I put on the whiteboard came back. Hello. I tutor math, so I frequently need to put an image of the problem up and then use the writing tools to show steps etc. However, the eraser tool will usually erase the image first. Undo does work, but it always puts the image back as the top layer. Other whiteboard apps have images and post it notes not erasable with the eraser tool and require the selector tool and a delete button. Something like that would be better.   Secondarily, I would like to be able to paste images in during the live whiteboard. Currently I have to have the whiteboard open twice. Thanks!
