Is there a way to change it so that when we screen share in a Teams meeting within a Zoom Room that we can have 1 screen show the active speaker and the other screen show the shared content as opposed to both screens showing the shared content?
Hi all I've earched the topics and couldn't find an anwser. I set up or phone system with DND Sync On so that users could press DND either on their phones of app. Great. But I've run into an issue where users who also have the mobile app cannot mute or DND just the app while in the office. Quitting the mobie app does NOT work, any incoming calls will launch the app.I've tried turing off DND Sync, but DND still sysnces between the mobile and desktop app. I've also seen the mute call queue function in the app - which is close to what I want but it is a faff to get to and you need to press Cancel to set your choice - not very intuitive. How do we DND or just Quit the mobile app so users can elect not to receive calls on their mobiles while at their desk.CheersPFM
Hi All, I purchased the Zoom Workplace Pro plan (1 user, annual billing), and it shows as active under my account. However, my meetings are still ending after 40 minutes. I am the account holder, but I’m not seeing a clear way to assign the license to myself under User Management. When I click “Edit,” I don’t see the option to change my user type to “Licensed.” I see no way to send an email to Zoom support about this issue on their site so that I can ask them to assist with confirming that my Pro license is properly assigned to my account and for help resolving the 40-minute meeting limit issue. Thoughts? Thank you, Marc
I looked for a recently recorded meeting and found only the file “recording.conf”.I tried to return it again using zTscoder or from the desktop app, but [please meke sure the following files are in the recording folders, then convert your recording by double- clicking the files] message. However, no files exist other than “recording.conf”.
When I give a presentation, I always use Show Presenter View, expecting that my audience will see the pictures I'm showing and a small camera shot of me. On my side, I will see those two things, but also my script and the next slide (which the audience is not supposed to see). Today, my audience did not see a camera shot of me and saw my script, which significantly reduced the size of the pictures I wanted them to see. I knew the audience did not see the camera shot of me, but was not aware of they were seeing my script (with reduced picture size) until the end. What did I do wrong? How do I keep from having that happen again?
Hi! We use the poly Savi 8220 office model and we implemented some Zoom switch changes specifically the sync to headset feature was disabled. But now we are getting reports that the Poly Dock is no longer ringing for users. We have tested it out and confirmed this is the case. It will ring for Teams calls but not for zoom. I can enable the option to have the ringer sound come from the laptop as a workaround. Just curious if this whole issue is related to the sync to headset. I will be testing this in my dev environment tomorrow as well. So if any of you have seen something similar please let me know! Thanks
When I set a contact to notify me when avalible, I get no notifications that my contact is avalible. Maybe it's that I'm not signed in so I get no notifications? Is there a place where zoom gives you your notifications? How will zoom notify me when someone is avalible? Do I have to be signed in? Can anyone answer these questions? I will really appreciate if you can answer my question. Thanks
I am trying to set up multiple Zoom Rooms with NDI cameras. Currently if I set this up, each room will have access to all of the cameras. What I need to be able to do is restrict each room to only see the cameras within that room. NDI has the perfect settings for this. I can set each camera to be part of a group, and using NDI tools I can set each computer to only see devices in that group, but zoom rooms does not reflect the settings within NDI tools. It seemingly searches for all availble NDI inputs with no way to filter the list. The only way I can get a camera to show up in Zoom Rooms is if I leave the group as public, which then leaves me back where I started where every room can see every camera. I know NDI inputs is still in beta, so maybe this will be implemented later, but is there a way for me to set the NDI group within Zoom Rooms? This would immediatley solve my problem. The only settings I can find in the web portal is to toggle NDI on or off entirely.
My accountant sent me a zoom link. I clicked a button that said something along the lines of 'record to cloud' - she accepted the recording and then a voice said recording in progress. The meeting has ended. I have absolutely no idea how to fetch this recording. It is super important too - since she was demonstrating how to use accounting tools. I really NEED this recording but it's just nowhere obvious. Where to I go to find the recording? EDIT: I happen to have a Zoom subscription. However, my CPA initiated the Zoom meeting. Again, I selected record Zoom meeting to could. In the moment and during the meeting I was not able to record to my computer for some reason - I'd initiate the 'record to computer' feature and it appeared to work at my end but the meeting organizer did not get the request UNTIL I selected record to cloud. Why is that something as simple as making a recording a super convoluted. I new I

Why is there no "Test microphone" option in Ubuntu 20.04. I've tried installing via snap or from the `.deb` file but there's still no option. There are even times where there' s no sound or the sound is inaudible. Is that option not included in Linux versions?

When my participants use the annotation away, it stays on every slide and I cannot erase it. I have to stop sharing and start sharing all over again to get the arrows to disappear.
I created a recurring meeting over a year ago. It no longer appears in my Meetings list, but it is still active, as I and other members of our group use it every week. I would like to edit the configuration of that meeting, but I do not see any mechanism for doing so during the meeting (when I am host), and I do not see any mechanism for accessing the meeting from the webapp homepage. Creating a new meeting and ensuring the new meeting id and passcode get to all the members, especially those who have not attended in a while, would likely be very disruptive. Is there any way to access the meeting? A similar question was asked by @AASaharaClub but not effectively answered in this post: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/My-list-of-meetings-does-not-include-one-recurring-meeting/m-p/201824
Is there any workaround to get the notifications of team or direct DMs in both the devices that I'm logged in to (in my case, laptop and mobile)? Currently I'm getting only the most recent logged-in device. But if there's any workaround to have it on multiple devices, then I can always stay connected with the messages that I get.
We are testing the use of Evaluations and Calibrations and I think I broadly understand how these features behave. What I'm missing is the process/actions possible post one or more Calibrations of an Evaluation. If there is a material difference between an Evaluation and a Calibration(s) how is this highlighted? What actions could this trigger or is this just reported and actions need to be taken offline (e.g. discuss differences with Evaluator to ensure more consistent assessment going forwards / Replacement of original Evaluation with a new one)? Am I missing features that perhaps:Provide feedback to the original EvaluatorAutomatically adjust the original Evaluation Scoreetc.Any advice/tips on the practical use of Calibrations would be appreciated. Thanks!
We are a national homeless healthcare organization and have 50+ staff members -- and about 25+ each host large public-facing meetings and webinars on occasion. We want to limit the number of all-access "admin" roles on our team because it gives that admin access to EVERYTHING in Zoom including each person's work meeting history which feels like an inappropriate and unnecessary violation of privacy for the entire staff team. We are constantly frustrated that co-hosts are not able to access and edit more meeting settings and registration reports in Zoom and there appears to be no way to configure or customize this. We want co-hosts to be able to access registration and attendance reports - otherwise they have to constantly check with a Zoom admin to see who has registered for their event. We want co-hosts to be able to manage registrants, so we can distribute the adminstrative burden of running these meetings and marketing them properly when registration is below expectation. W

I've checked everything in this article ( https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066704) and meet all the requirements for wired sharing of iPad, but I see no option for sharing my iPad when I click Share in a meeting (in Screens, Documents, or Advanced). Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone know a solution?
Hi Team,I have embedded in a zoom registration in my webpage, but after submission it shows error like "refuse to connect"

I was in a Zoom meeting with just my manager this morning — no one else was supposed to be there. While I was talking, I suddenly started hearing a woman and a child chatting in the call. But here's the weird part: they weren’t part of the call.My manager kept speaking, but it sounded like he was on mute — not because he was muted, but because his voice was being completely drowned out by the voices of the woman and the kid.I tried saying hello to them, but they didn’t respond. It was like they couldn’t hear me at all — and I couldn’t talk over them either. It honestly felt like two totally separate Zoom calls had merged together. I was confused and creeped out.Eventually, I left the meeting and rejoined — and just like that, everything went back to normal. The woman and child were gone, and it was just me and my manager again. After doing a little research, I found out this might have been caused by a Zoom glitch — like overlapping audio streams, a phantom feed from another meeting, or s
After a zoom meeting, can I hide or blur the pictures of the participants, so if I like to share a replay, other people can see me, as the spaker, but not the people who participated at the meeting? Thanks for your help 🙂Best, Anne
Ever since I upgraded my Laptop to Windows 11, every time I sign on to a Zoom meeting, my sound is very garbled and I have to sign out of zoom and sign in again. Every single time.
Hi all! I've connected Zoom with Google Calendar. I have a handful of calendars, multiple of which may have Zoom events. However only my primary calendar events will show in the right-panel/agenda view on Zoom desktop. I can't upload images to show what I'm talking about so I'll do my best to describe it. From the Calendar tab in Zoom, I can see there are multiple calendars from Google sync-ing over. I have multiple events with Zoom links today spanning multiple of those Google calendars. However only the events on my primary calendar show in the right-panel that lists out the events (It's like an agenda view for today. It has a beach umbrella icon if there's nothing.) My primary calendar is my work calendar, so I see work Zoom events. But my secondary calendar is personal, which may still have Zoom links. Those aren't showing up in that agenda panel. My question is - is there a setting with Zoom or something I can do differently with how I manage those events on my non-prima
