Hello, Is it possible to have the Zoom app and cell phone ring simultaneously but when someone leaves a voicemail it shows up only in the Zoom app and not the cell phone voicemail? Or do I need to remove the cell phone number from settings and use only the app?

Buenos días; Utilizo zoom habitualmente para trabajar, he tenido durante tiempo un Ipad 11' y siempre que conectaba al compartir la pantalla a través de airplayhe cambiado mi Ipad 12', cunado lo conectado, lo veo en mi pantalla pero los invitados en la reunión ven siempre una pantalla en negro.... ¿alguien se ha encontrado con este problema? tenias alguna solución para esto?? Hi, I just need some help. I've tried to update my Zoom account and troubleshoot but I can't seem to have the option to blur my background on my Mac. I have the Macbook air 2017 running on macOS Big Sur 11.4. 1.8GH Dual Core Intel core 1.5, does it not fit the requirement for virtual backgrounds? I also blend in the existing background which leave me no choice but to turn it off. Please help. Thank you!

Hello everyone,is it possible to schedule a meeting and add/invite not individual people, but contact groups instead?I have already created three user groups and then created contact groups from them.When I open the Zoom client and check under Contacts, I can see the three groups listed.But how can I schedule (or start an instant) meeting and invite all members of a group without having to invite each person individually?

I set up a webinar as requested by my manager once the webinar started and the attendees the host then realised they should have requested a meeting.  Could I have then converted the webinar with the attendees already joined into a meeting. I know how to set up a webinar for a future date and change this into a meeting and vice versa but cant find anything on if this was possible with a webinar that had already started with joined attendees.    

I've purchased the webinars in preparation for upcoming sessions.  I've been doing some prerecording with the camera on and when I go to play the recording, it only shows a blue screen, it only recorded the audio.  I double checked the settings and it has everything turned to ON.   I did a test with someone and they had said that they could hear me in the webinar, but could only see the general screen of waiting for host to start the meeting?  Has anyone experienced this and have a solution? I contacted Zoom support via email, had correspondence at first, and now it's been 24+ hours since I've had any follow-up.  TIA for your help!

Hi ,Is there a way we can generate transcripts from a recorded zoom session where Transcript was not pre enabled  .

Every time i have to screen record in zoom, i have to from the small share screen menu, go through the 3 dot drop down menu and press "share sound" in order for me to record Youtube videos. Is there a way to set this to default so i don't have to do it every time? Thanks. 

After setting my Zoom phone standard auto. answer I decided to start forwarding my calls to my answering service.  My calls are not being forwarded.  When my number is called, my old standard answer is still immediately picking up.  Please help.

Hi All!  New to Zoom Phone.  We are moving from another cloud PBX provider to Zoom Phone and Zoom CC over the next few months.  We have right round 90 locations.  Our current provider has a nice feature where a Business Hours/Holiday schedule can be "shared" to multiple AAs (Auto Receptionists.)  Time zones are set at the AA level.  With this, we are able to have about a dozen Business Hours/Holiday schedules that are unique and can be assigned to AAs as needed.  Where this really shines is when it's time to update the Holiday dates.  As we roll to a new year, we need only update those dozen-ish schedules with the new year Holiday dates rather than having to go to each of our 90-ish AAs and update the Holiday dates there. Is there a way to replicate this Business Hours/Holiday scenario in Zoom Phone?  Something like a "shared" Business Hours schedule?  Thanks!

I can't use the zoom desktop app for win11, but I can log in using the zoom web version or zoom mobile version.Error code 1132.I filed a complaint but have not received a response.I purchased Workplace Pro.Please speed up the processI doubt Zoom Corp is forcing people to buy the Pro plan in this way.

Does anyone know if there's a way to reformat the recording? For example, I want an easier way for participants to show up vertically stacked so I can edit for mobile. Otherwise the screen is too large to edit in imovie. This is for a podcast where there are only 2 Zoom guests. 

 I record my zoom on a macbook. I want to record my meeting in a vertical video so that it is mobile upload friendly. if required.  I want to know how can I do that as the meeting is recorded in the landscape mode or what are the other options to record zoom meeting in a vertical mode. Please let me know. Thx

Hi everyone,I used to frequently add Unsplash images directly into my Zoom Whiteboards, but recently I noticed that the feature seems to be missing. I can no longer search for or insert images from Unsplash like I used to. Has this feature been removed or temporarily disabled?If so, does anyone know why, and whether it's planned to return in a future update? When I try to start zoom, a white box appears (presumably a broken version of the main menu) then the "Zoom unexpectedly quit" screen shows up.Zoom was working normally for me until this weekend.I have tried using CleanZoom to remove zoom completely and reinstall it to no avail.I'm using an Acer aspire A515-54 series laptop.My laptop is up to date on windows updates and driver updatesI don't have Powertoys installedI was messing around with OBS the week before though...Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with joining Zoom meetings on mobile app and would appreciate any help.I receive a Zoom meeting link from my server.On a desktop browser, the link opens fine.On mobile, when I open the link, it opens a webview and asks me to install Zoom, even though the Zoom app is already installed.The only way I can get the meeting to open properly is by joining from the webview — but I want the link to automatically open the Zoom app if it's already installed.For context, I'm building the mobile app using React Native.Is there any solution for this issue without using the Zoom SDK?Ideally, I just want to handle the meeting link so that it triggers the installed Zoom app directly.Thanks a lot for your help!

I enabled the Zoom call transcript and today I used it on two calls, but I cannot locate the transcript.  Where do I find them to copy and paste them into a system?

Hi,I installed the newest version of the Linux client yesterday and recognized that when sharing the screen I only see a black screen.Version: 6.2.0 (1855)I am definitely on XOrg and NOT on wayland.Downgrading to version 6.1.10 fixed it.I'm on lightdm and use Qtile as TWM.I can't check whether this happens on GNOME or Plasma, too.Many thanks in advance!

In order to protect people with disabilities, the European Union is about to start implementing the accessibility directive. One of the requirements is that products supporting two-way voice communication need to support RTT (real time text). Zoom is also an app that supports two-way voice communication, so of course it also needs to support the RTT function. I would like to ask whether Zoom has the RTT function. If it does, how should it be enabled? If it doesn't, is it expected that this function will be available in the future?

I’m experiencing an issue with the video feed on Zoom where the camera appears to automatically focus on me, leaving the background slightly out of focus, even though I don’t have the background blur enabled. My FaceTime HD camera works fine in other apps like Photo Booth, so I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue.I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Verified that "Touch Up My Appearance," "Adjust for Low Light," and "Portrait Lighting" are disabled.Toggled "HD" and "Original Ratio" in video settings.Checked the "Advanced" video settings for any relevant features.Updated my Zoom app to the latest version.Ensured no third-party apps are interfering with the camera.Despite these efforts, the issue persists. It seems Zoom may be automatically prioritizing focus on my face or applying some kind of framing or processing feature that I cannot disable.Could you please advise if there’s a way to stop this auto-focus behaviour or if this might be a software issue?
