Hello All, We have staff that miss being able to call in to access their voicemail box and change their greeting while they are not in the office. It looks like Zoom has a similar capability here, but it wasn't enabled by default: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068936 Has anyone enabled this in their environment? If so, are there any security implications to consider? How about positives and negatives after enabling? Any feedback is appreciated! Tony
Hi, I have a single zoom line for my business. Through the auto receptionist, I set up conditional call forwarding so the call routes to my assistant's cell phone after 10 seconds. I would like to set it up so that, if my assistant doesn't answer, the call ends with the caller in my zoom voicemail (not the cell phone voicemail). Is this possible? Or is there another way to set this up?
Hello, I have my Zoom VOIP set to automatically record all of my calls, but when I view them in Zoom.us there are none in the Recordings tab under Phone. Plus, when I'm on calls it says that it's being automatically reocorded, but it is not saving anywhere. Has anyone ever had this issue before?
Can I use a powerpoint presentation as a teleprompter but that other particpants dont see the slides? How?
I have a user that had email issue a couple days ago resulting in bounce backs when sending to her email. She used to receive automatic transcripts emails after each zoom call. We have got her email issues fixed but she is still not receiving those. Im assuming its because they were trying to automatically send but couldn't because of bounce backs and that resulted in that email being flagged which then cause the issue of not receiving them. Could anybody assist with this or provide any info or let me know if this is something I will have to contact zoom support for? Thanks

Hello everyone, I am synching my Google Calendar with Zoom. For the events that I manually add to my private Google Calendar, everything works fine and clients cannot book via the Zoom booking software if there's an event set in my Google Calendar. But I do also have a work Google Calendar and here, Zoom does not understands that I am busy there too. I think the issue comes from the fact that in my Google Calendar, there's the private and the work calendar (it's both the same Google account) because if I manually copy events form the work to the private calendar in Google, they show up in Zoom as well. The issue is I cannot manually copy every incoming event. Is there any solution to this?Thank you!
Hello all,I use Zoom for recurring meetings and require participants to register once for the first session. I then use the same meeting ID and passcode for all future sessions. However, once registration is enabled, the invitation link always directs participants back to the registration page—even for subsequent sessions. This has caused confusion for some of my attendees who struggle to reconnect each time.I know that I can start the meeting and copy the meeting link to share it manually. My question is: if I start the meeting, copy the link, and then close the meeting and restart it later at the scheduled time, will that original link still work for participants? Or does Zoom generate a new unique link each time I open the meeting?Thank you for your help!
Hi community. I use zoom for work meetings, and the nature of my job means it is very important I have a screen behind me and the only thing that can be seen is myself (no edges of the screen or background of the room I'm in). It is not appropriate for me to use "zoom backgrounds" or "blurring", I must use a real physical screen behind me. I have a logitech stream cam and have adjusted my image in LogiTune app to improve lighting and contrast as zoom and Teams seem to have very different settings. I have also zoomed the camera in slightly to ensure the edges of the screen I use can't be seen. When I open zoom my image looks perfect, however for other users in the meeting, my image looks zoomed out and they can see the edges of the screen and/or parts of my room. Why is this and how do I fix it? Why is zoom showing me my displayed image is different to what people are ACTUALLY seeing?
I have created a Zoom Doc during my Maths Class and have copied and pasted some images into it. However I am not able to use a pen tab to annotate on it : for example drawing graphs, writing equations or expressions. Is this feature not available in Zoom Docs?
Although we enabled passcode protection for the recording, external users can access it directly through the link without being prompted for the passcode. This creates a security concern as anyone with the link can view the content.
How do I change my Zoom email address, and also how can I get closed captioning for the hearing impaired in my meetings?I am frustrated by the lack of human agents in Zoom.
I use a MAC. Zoom kept saying an update was necessary when signing on. I would allow the update...but it kept coming back with an error code. I looked up the error code and followed the instructions as to how to get the update on my MAC. I no longer get the error code. However, since updating (it may or not be connected) I keep getting dropped. This is not good in the midst of a counseling situation. I just had a coaching session (50 minutes) and was dropped 6 times. I get the little circle and re-connected in about a minute. I do not have other programs on (it was suggested I close them all) and my internet is strong. Because I'm a not-for profit, I got my account through tech soup and when I call for tech support they tell me I'm not eligible. On line suggestions include going to my picture and seeing if I have all available downloads...but that is not possible on my tech soup version that I can find...there is not drop down menu below my picture...HELP! please!
I have 3 licenses and want to add one more. I have fully paid for the year using the TechSoup discount. When I add a fourth user will this discount be applied? I also want to make sure I won't get charged for all four, just the additional one. When I add the licensee it looks like I am going to be billed for four people. Any thoughts?
We are a non-profit seeking to purchase a DTEN screen for our conference room. This would necessitate a Zoom Room license. Is anyone aware are there discounts for Zoom Room licenses? I am aware of the Zoom One discount through TechSoup, but I just wanted to check on Zoom Rooms before moving forward.
We are a small Not For Profit using Zoom to run webinars for community. We only run around 4 meetings for under 100 people and 4-6 Webinars for 100-200 people a year. Wondering if there is Not For Profit pricing available for an organisation such as ours that runs a small number of events. Zoom is a great accessible platform for our use.
As a teacher, it would be really helpful if it listed in the chat who specifically left the meeting. Often, I hear the notification, but I have too many students to know who left without downloading a report at the end of the session. It would be helpful if I could see "[participant name] left the meeting" in real-time.
Hi, We are a nonprofit organization running webinars and meetings. Currently, we have two licensed Zoom accounts, but this requires the account holders to spend significant time starting and attending meetings that don't directly involve them. Given our limited number of meetings and webinars, additional licenses are not justifiable. When we create users with basic accounts, they seem to function independently, similar to if they were set up separately. Is there a way to set up master/sub accounts to allow basic plan users to start meetings on behalf of the licensed accounts? Would recordings still function properly in this setup? Can we still exceed 40 minutes? And use our increased meeting capacity? We currently do not have the option for master/sub configuration. The advice suggests contacting our account executive for more information. How can I identify who our account executive is?
Hello, I got married in Italy and set up a zoom meeting to have my friends and family watch. I set a scheduled meeting to automatically record. I don't have a recording anywhere. Please help me get the only video I have of my wedding ceremony.
I want to change the sound my computer makes when I turn the mic on and off while in a Zoom meeting. It changed recently. Is there a way to do that (on a PC, Windows 11).
When I set up a meeting and create that meetings password, I then copy and paste the notification and put it in our Google Calendar. However, recently we have been noticing that the password is changing before the meeting with NO ONE making a password edit. How can you help me fix this issue as it has happened over a dozen times?
Created a single session webinar, Live, with enabled Livestreaming. I have created a polling question for my live webinar in event. Once I launch that polling question in zoom workplace, I cannot create another. Just states "You cannot edit a poll when it has been launched" which is confusing to me. How can I create an additional polling question?
Zoom meetings open by default in a certain monitor. At some point I had this set to my 2nd monitor to open automatically. But I accidentally moved the window pre-startup to a different monitor and now it opens on my primary monitor. How can we change zoom meetings to open by default to a specific monitor? After I move zoom to a certain window it forgets the preference and just opens it in the primary/default place it wants to. This applies to the zoom scheduling window, meeting window, and even the dual monitor window. I tried scouring the help but it seems like nobody asked this exact thing before. Very surprising since most people (1) have multiple monitors and (2) have different preferences for zoom meetings to load in by.
