I added a color to my virtual background somehow. I cant find that option to disable it anymore and the default None/ Blurred retains the  pink color accidentally selected. How can I return it to default None Background- BTW- I do have it set to None already and its staying pink. Cant get a live person to help. Any one else had this and corrected it? Please email me *********** if able.

When I share my screen - the screen I am sharing appears as a super tiny screen, 3 inches by 3 inches.  I cannot make it bigger.  I have tried every setting in settings.  Nothing changes.  My shared screen appears as this little tiny screen attached to the top of the screen in the middle or the bottom.  

Hi - just started with Zoom today. When I set a meeting, it shows TWO meetings at the same time in my calendar.What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

I just bought a new Lenovo Monitor and a new Center Cam V2 which is plugged in but not connecting with the monitor What am I doing wrong?  

Every time I open Zoom after shutting down my PC, I have to update the software. Its the same every time. It takes me back to 5 something and updates me to 6 something. I have logged onto the automatic update section of device management / Zoom web portal but both auto settings are switched off already. I also tried to make zoom an exception on my anti-virus but no joy. Its been happening for months, possibly a year and means I have to wait for a re-load every time I want to use the app. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance 🙂 ( I have windows 360/5 ? not tech savvy I am afraid!)

Hello all, Appreciate the help. Have combed through articles on here and some YT videos. I've even added reoccuring hosts already except now the field isn't editable.  I NEED to add a couple of more co-hosts who will regularly attend the meetings (without everytime assigning them co-host status.) Co- HOST is already enabled in meetings (basic) settings.  I can also see 2 co-hosts in the Meeting/Personal rm/ALT. field.    WHat am I doing wrong? 

Nothing I've found so far about this question works for me. I can't find a setting on the MacOS client which lets you adjust noise suppression. Selecting "Original Sound for Musicians" or "Live Performance Audio" does nothing. There is no setting to adjust noise suppression to "Low" which was suggested in some posts. Some said the problem is with Windows 11. I'm not using that! The documentation says AI is used to suppress noise. I want this off permanently! Even for voice meetings. Why is this so much to ask for?

I've attended numerous webinars and zoom meetings over a few years and today a webinar I was attending was spoiled by a little pop-up bubble appearing each time a new chat message was received. I had to click the little x to kill it each time.My usual practice is to employ Alt-H to open the chat, position it at the left side of the screen and then make it disappear using the Esc key. Alt-H brings it back whenever I need it.  But today,  a continuous stream of new messages each triggered a pop-up bubble from the chat control at the bottom of the screen. Is this a new feature?More importantly, how can I stop that? I haven't found anything in the application settings.

Our users have brought to our attention the inconsistency between the Zoom Phone Mobile App and Zoom Phone Windows client. In the mobile app when answering a call you swipe right to left (left to right to reject) and when you answer a call in the windows client you swap left to right to answer (right to left to reject).  This has caused some users who use both devices regularly to mistakenly reject calls and vice verse. Consistency one way or the other for both apps may be an improvement.

The size of the presenter video is perfect while recording a PowerPoint video.  However, the size of the presenter video is very small in the actual recorded video!  What am I doing wrong?????  Please help me................  BTW, I'm using two monitors when recording.

All our Yearlink T43U phones have today just suddenly started displaying a warning message, indicating that the "User default pwd is in use". All these phones were provisioned 3 months with a non-default password. I've tested the default admin password on these phones and it doesn't work, as it should. Tested the non-default admin password, and that works. Not sure what set these warning messages off. They all have the latest firmware version: 108.86.3.1

Trying to connect a HP/Poly TC10 to an HP Mini PC G9 with Zooms Rooms and Windows 11 IOT as a Controller. Fails as a Controller when selecting "Controller"  or through "Standalone" setup. It is successful as a "Display" going thru the Standalone process. Each were obviously preceded by a Factory Reset. In the very 1st attempt straight from the box the TC10 persisted in the "waiting to connect" state, even though the PC were on the same Ethernet network. The HP PC is a G9 but a guy from HP/Poly support said the PC had to be a G9+ to support a Direct Connection to the G9+ POE port "purple" (which the G9 does not have). From the PC ZoomAdmin the TC10 is recognized as a device and reads the MAC address. 

I have connected my google calendar with zoom. Now I always get notifications from zoom about events and tasks that are not zoom-meetings. This is really annoying because I'm using a productivity tool that manages tasks dynamically. I constantly receive unnecessary and unwanted notifications from zoom about my tasks.How can I disable this or limit it so that I am only informed about zoom meetings?Thanks. 

Hi,I first bought Zoom One Pro, but later I needed more participants' capacity so I also bought Large Meeting. Under my 'Current Plans': Zoom One Pro and Large MeetingsSo I have two questions:1. Is Large meeting an add-on or a license itself? Can I cancel Zoom One Pro and keep using Large Meeting or not?2. While scheduling a meeting for tomorrow, do I have to select the license type in order to have more than 100 participants? Or my all meeting will automatically be upgraded to 500 participants?

On a mac hosting a meeting , each time a participant enter or exit the meeting a grey bar appear and disappear on the top of the second screen when a participant was pin on second screen. (Fullscreen)Somebody else got this issue? 

I want to use polls for hybrid teaching setting, where part of the participants are logged into Zoom from remote locations and part is sitting in a room with the lecturer (without being logged into ZOOM).When I start the poll the remote-participants can answer via ZOOM.The others can answer using the QR-Code and smartphone to answer (they are not logged in with ZOOM).Is this last group somehow counted towards my max. meeting-participants (since they are not logged in) or not?Could I have a meeting maximum of 100, have 100 people answering in ZOOM and additionally 50 people sitting in the room with the meeting host, using their devices to answer via QR-Code?

When we start meeting as a host then we get to see all the options like summary, recording etc.When we record the meeting, then post meeting completed we receive event called "recording.transcript_completed", as we have subscribed to it.Now when we do not record the meeting, then post meeting completed we do not receive webhook event “recording.transcript_completed”, at the same time if I login into zoom web portal using same credentials, we could see transcript generated.So is the behaviour correct that we will receive event "recording.transcript_completed" if and only if when the meeting has been recorded?  

Please can anyone tell me if there is a way to turn off/change the audio for desktop meeting reminders?The notification is so so loud, I don't have any issues with any of the other sound settings for various apps. I want to keep the popups that appear on the desktop, just remove the sound notification, or change it to something softer at least.

When I enter a meeting Zoom automatically uses my Google account (with private email and picture, which I do not want to use) instead of using the one I have logged in with (my work email and picture, which I would like to use).Any solution to this, please?

Can I lock the settings of existing Break Out Rooms that I have created? Recently I had 30 minute Break Out sessions in progress. While setting up the next set of Break Out Rooms, I accidentally started editing the participants in the sessions that were underway. Fortunately only minor disruptions took place until a Co-Host notified me. Is there a way to lock the sessions underway while defining the next set of rooms?

My Zoom recordings in Meetings have suddenly started leaving out the webcam and so, when I present a slidedeck, I am left with a recording that shows a slideshow with a disembodied voice over the top of it. It never used to do this and I have not changed any settings.I use a Macbook Air with Mac Sequioa 15.5 (24F74) and I'm wondering if it's a Mac thing. Anyone experienced something similar and fixed it?

I wanted to share my website screen in a Zoom meeting with my students for teaching purposes but the screen was stuck and my students were unable to take my class yesterday.
