Hi, I am using zoom for a long time now with the same laptop, and same airpods. lately, when I use my airpods for zoom meetings in my non-mac laptop the volume is so loud and I can't lower it down even when my computer and zoom volume is 0. It doesn't happens on any other app neither if I use my airpods for zoom meetings on my iphone. what can I do about it?

Hey, Just wondering, if we make any changes to our published apps, especially user-managed OAuth apps, do we need to unpublish them first? We updated the OAuth redirect URL in our app, and since then, we've been getting an "Invalid redirect - 4,700" error, even though we're using the correct URL. Any help on this would be really appreciated. Thanks.

HeyHaving an issue when joining breakout rooms - both when manually tryinging to join myself or when the host invites me. It causes the app to essentially freeze, going to a black screen, with a loading icon. I then get stuck between the breakout and main room, and can't access either and have to leave the meeting - but I think also have to force close zoom to get it to actually exit the meeting.  I also know this is happening to a few others.  I am on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, one UI version 6.1, Android version 14. Zoom version 6.1.7.23563 (updated on August 6th) Any help and advice would be appreciated 

Whenever I join a Zoom meeting, only my initials are displayed and not the profile pic I created in my account. I have tried everything but can't seem to put my finer on why it is not displaying. It used to but ever since I updated a new profile pic, it will not display. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,  I just re-installed zoom on my laptop (mac) and my camera is focusing and moving on my face instead of having a fixed recording. Can you please help find where i can cancel this setting and get back to a fixed camera? In other word I don't want the camera to follow my movements while i move. Thanks a lot, Andréa

I am a very small business just starting out.  I use zoom to forward business call to my personal phone.   When my personal phone rings I would like to determine if it is a personal call or a business call being forwarded by zoom.   Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank yiou

I do not have the 'view' tab on my screen during meetings, I am unable to choose gallery or speaker because the 'view' button is not there. Can anyone help?

yes so every time I boot Zoom on macOS Ventura 13.0.1 i get this modal notification saying:Unable to install updates Error code:10004“Retry” & “Close” buttonsRetry never works. Can use existing install version which is Version: 5.11.6 (9890)haven't been able to restart mac and see if that helps yet.known issue?

So far, I haven't found such a problem with support, so I'm turning here. The problem occurred on the Galaxy Tap S10 FE device. I need to enter a camera broadcast, a screen broadcast to show a presentation, and record the entire session at the same time. But if you start the screen broadcast and go to the presentation (by minimizing the zoom), the zoom automatically turns off the camera video. Only the split-screen mode helps, but it doesn't look as good.

Hi. Our outbound Caller ID shows "Private Line" instead of our company name. I looked up the steps to change it and the company name appears to be in the system correctly so not sure how to address this issue. Our clients won't accept our calls because they think it is a spam call, so this is a significant issue for us. Any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you!

Dear All,I just updated Windows 11 Pro on my ASUS Vivobook Pro to the latest updadte and found that the speaker stop working, no sound coming out, just a very short period then stop no sound. But when I tested the microphone on Audio Setting, it work normally and the speaker also produce sound from my microphone. Only Test Speaker does not  work, so can not hear anything from other members on the meeting.Temporary Solution:I downgraded Realtek High Definition Audio driver from the latest version, from version 6.0.9357.1 (24/05/2022) to  6.0.9231.1 (31/08/2021)  and the speaker produce the sound again.I am not sure it is the new latest Zoom update that needs to be patched or my ASUS Vivobook Pro that needs to be patched. Zoom Technical Team please help to investigate this  issue so we can use the latest audio driver from Realtek.  Thanks and hope this helps.

Hello everyone, Do you know if there is a way to link the AI summary to Zaiper?Right now the best solution is to add the email summary to it, it's not clean but we can at least add the body of text, for notes and the next steps. Do any other options come to mind? Maybe with the webhook? Would that require beta App extensions or APIs?

Hello Community, When I sign into my Zoom Account I am directed to a QR code to register for an authentication app of your choice.I don't have an authentication app on my iMac, so I then click 'go back' and then click 'skip', which allows me into my account. According to my Zoom Account Profile under 'Sign In' the 'Two Factor Authentication" is set to 'On'. My question to the Zoom Community is why when my Two Factor Authentication is set to On, do I not receive an SMS to my mobile phone with a code and why can I open my account without the necessity a Two Factor Authentication code. Regards,TonyVision!    

I've had this problem for a while now. I attend regular meetings and my job is to occasionally share short videoes. Maybe 1 out 4 times there is no sound and someone else has to step in and share the video.  For the meeting today I did a sound check before the meeting and there was no sound when sharing the video. I restarted my computer and didn't have anything open and then sound was fine. 20 minutes later it didn't work. I didn't touch anything else and did used the exact same video and settings. I run the latest version of zoom on Windows 10. And yes, I have checked the box for "share sound" and "optimize for video". Is there anything I can do? I feel like a complete idiot when people message me that I have to check the box to share sound. I have this problem about once a week. 

Zoom has permissions to allow read & write of google contacts but cannot edit them???  How can zoom create a google contact but not have the capability to edit said contacts via the apps? Makes no sense to have users flip back and forth for contact management. 

I would like to have the functionality to remove "Zoom Phone Entities" list from view. We do not use it and it is cluttering up the screen.  Additionally, For system wide contacts settings, Please make each item for this option toggleable. "List all Zoom Phone Entities (Call Queue, Shared Line Group, Auto Receptionist) under ‘All Contacts’" We want more control over what our users see. They get confused/overwhelmed when they see 10 contact list and half of them are empty or used for call routing purposes but we cannot turn them off. 

Zoom on Android tablets has disabled the option to share only a single screen; instead, I am required to share the entire screen. Please, help me

During sessions, the assigned Co-Host has been unable to share music (using Itunes or any other app), without sharing their screen (selecting the Itunes window, etc). This occurs both when the Host is screen sharing and when they are not. We followed all steps through Advanced sharing options, etc. The latest post from 2022 says this was not an option, but looking for an update. The Co-Host only has a Basic account, if that matters.Thanks!

I really hope someone can help me. I need to show that I tried to enter a meeting but that I sat in the waiting room the whole time. Is there any way to see this in my own zoom records? Can the host see it in theirs? I don't think this is a meeting ID with invited participants, just a general shared link. It is critical that I have some sort of documentation. Can anyone suggest anything, please?

Hello,When I use Zoom for any meeting (joining others or making my own), my video is EXTREMELY delayed - by at least 3-4 seconds. People seem to be hearing my audio OK. This is on my PC, but there is also a delay when using it on my phone.Things I have tried:- uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of Zoom (6.1.6)- taking off all the "touch up" filters and settings, and turning of blur background- using different devices (but I really just need it to work smoothly on my PC)- unplugging my webcam (the webcam works fine and other things like google meet and facebook messenger have great video quality and my voice and image are aligned! it's just when using Zoom) I did not always have this problem - a few years ago I was taking online classes through Zoom and it was all properly aligned! This is the same computer as then.Please help! I need to use Zoom for work now!!

In the Outlook Mobile App on Android devices, the onetap mobile link does not work correctly. It does not parse the full link including the passcode of the meeting so when a user clicks on it, it is still prompting them to enter the passcode. Is this a known issue with the Outlook Mobile app on Android? The onetap link works fine with Outlook app on iOS.
