I'm trying to set up SMS as a sole user of my account. I keep getting this message: {"description":"Mobile Phone Number not supported. Must be a Mobile Phone Number that can receive SMS messages.","code":551,"fields":["mobilePhone"]}" I have followed the prompts given in this post: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Phone-System/SMS-Setup-for-Skype-to-Zoom-VoiP-number/m-p/231136/highlight/true#M12785 I have enabled SMS under Account Management. However, when I go to enable it under Phone System Management I get a message telling me that this service is for plan users only. But I am plan user and I'm signed it! How can I fix this so that I can finally get my Brand Name accepted and move forward?? 

I am running Monterey OS on mac. I have enabled downloads. The zoom desktop client downloads fine and it also says it is installed ok but when I go to open it from inside my application folder it has a cross through it and says this app is not supported.  I have updated everything, run virus scans, etc...I have downloaded and tried to install 10 times.  And still no luck. Thoughts?Carla

I want to stop getting the spam emails from Zoom. <***********>Is there a setting in my account that I can set to not get emails from Zoom?I got an email stating the I registered for a webinar and a link to cancel registration.This is annoying as it was a lie, I never registered and this is SPAM.This is a continuing problem!

I use OBS as a stream software.. but when i tried to play some of the videos for my presentation or graphics it wont show on zoom 

My zoom didnt convert on my desktop-saved to my computer. I ahve requested zoom to send me original..I have pro plan--no live sales calls.  Is this best way!!! so important to get the file 

A client is  having a recurring issue with an Outlook invite sent once per month.It is an Outlook calendar invite with a Zoom meeting and it is sent to about 100 people.This month and a few months ago one of the people invited to the meeting 'cancelled' it and it cancelled the invite for everyone. I'm not sure how this is possible since client is the organizer, any help with this would be great!

I have a licensed version, but it makes me mad, because my students can't click on the shareable screen when I give them the remote control. I have already checked all the settings, the remote control is turned on. I have a button and follow all the instructions, students take the remote control but can't click. Please, help me to find the solution. Maybe somebody faced the same issue and could solve it. thanks

Hello,I attended a meeting and the host has shared a recording link with me, yet I cannot seem to access it.  I receive this error: 'Recording can’t be viewed.'Access to this recording is restricted due to the web setting.  The host has shared More Settings with me, and there seems to be no issues. Any suggestions?

When creating a Zoom Clip, can you include a 2nd presenter? 

I have a question regarding the use of Zoom Clips for providing feedback on music production projects.I’d like to use Clips to give clients feedback while playing back their stereo audio (e.g., from my DAW) in full quality. At the same time, I want to record my voice using a microphone connected to channel 1 of my audio interface, which has two inputs.The issue: when recording in Zoom Clips, my voice is only audible on the left channel, since only input 1 is being used. This creates an unbalanced listening experience for my clients.Is there a way to share computer audio in stereo while recording the microphone in mono—so that my voice is centered and audible on both channels?I’d appreciate any guidance on how to best achieve this within Zoom Clips, or if there’s a recommended workaround.Thank you in advance for your support!Best regards,Adrian

Hello, I'm having trouble locating the setting that allows you to record yourself and your background is your desktop called green screen I believe.   I thought it was when you start the video clip, there would then be a setting to allow the greenscreen.  Thanks 

Hey!  I am having an issue launching Zoom Clips. I just recently started using my iMac (had a Macbook Pro that got destroyed prior) and every time I click "start recording" on the Zoom Clips, the entire computer shuts down, restarts and I'm back to square one. This has now happened four times in a row. I thought maybe it was a Zoom issue until I started a meeting and it worked just fine! No crashing.  I am attaching my specs, and also, want to add I do have a condenser USB microphone attached, in the computer. I see some issues in the past did include issues with the microphone was attached.   

I am trying to convert a Zoom recording, but it keeps at 99%, and there is an "Xcode_error" file (see below). I think the camera was touched during the meeting, and maybe that caused the problem at some point. Is there a way to fix it and convert the movie? I did try the following recommendations that were online, but none of them worked:1. Tried to move the "double_click_to_convert_01/2" files to another folder that was converted and emptied from another video, but it could not move the file2. Since upgrading my screen to Dell U4025QW 5K ultrawide monitor (5120x2160 resolution, 21:9 aspect ratio), I experience unwanted cropping in certain viewing modes (e.g., "Immersive Circle"), even though the camera’s feed displays correctly in other applications. My camera is still the same Sony ZV-E1 using Cam link 4K. I have selected maintain original ration option in the settings yet no changes... Any support will be welcome! Thanks,

Does anyone have recommendations for a note-taking app for breakout rooms within a Zoom meeting? I am meeting host and moderator but I can't be in all the breakout rooms to take notes. Is there a tool or extension that can be used within Zoom to do this?   Thanks!

Can you let me know if the links to listen to a recorded message ever change.Is the administrator the only one with access to recorded messages, or can you find them if you listerned to the meetings? Thanks

We are running a Zoom Room using NDI camera inputs. This does let the room control the cameras through the normal interface, but the cameras move too fast. To use the controls effectively you have to sort of tap each direction in as small an increment as you can manage. I can limit the movement speed of the camera itself, but that doesn't translate to the room controls. If I use the web interface of the camera the controls are affected by the speed settings, but zoom seems to override or ignore them. I cannot find any settings to change in the zoom room or NDI tools to try and get the camera to slow down. I'm hoping I missed something or that maybe a configuration file I am unaware of can be altered. The room is running the most up to date versions of zoom software (as of the date of this posting) and the camera is an Aver TR313V2.

Since the last year I have this kind of error, I've only used my app for work meetings, I've appeal many times, but I still can't use the Zoom app of my desktop and now I can't use zoom from Google Chrome anymore, this is being so exhausting, I don't know what to do, because I'm not being able to use my account anymore, I've created another email and I have the same problem, I can't use it. I have a persistent issue on one of my arch linux installs where zoom starts, the window seems to paint once, and then it immediately closes; there isn't a lot of log output anywhere. The odd thing is I basically have this exact same linux install on 2 other machines where zoom works fine. My .zoom/logs/zoom_stdout_stderr.log is attached. ZoomLauncher started.
