Can you let me know if the links to listen to a recorded message ever change.

Is the administrator the only one with access to recorded messages, or can you

find them if you listerned to the meetings?

Hello Myshadow,

Both the administrator/Owner and the host of the meeting can access the cloud recordings. Follow the steps below to find and access your recorded Meeting or Webinar.

Find and access cloud recordings

If you recorded a meeting or webinar to the cloud, you can manage your cloud recordings in the Zoom web portal.
Note: Only hosts and co-hosts can start a cloud recording. If you want a participant to start a recording, you can make them a co-host or use computer recording. Recordings started by co-hosts will only appear in the host's list of recordings in the Zoom web portal.

As the account owner or admin, you can access your cloud recording in Recording Management in the Zoom web portal.
At the user level, you can access your cloud recording in the Recordings tab in the Zoom web portal.

Thanks. I really need to know if the links to a recorded message ever change. We received link, they did work, and now they don’t work. I would think those links would never change since these meetings are an official part of our community.
