I have a new iPadAir6, iPadOS version 18.3.2. When music is played during a Zoom meeting its starts out loud and clear for 3-4  seconds, then the volume goes way down and the quality is poor. The sound fluctuates for the duration of the music. Voice seems just fine. I have several iPads and iPhones, this does not happen on any of the other devices, only on the iPadAir6. I have learned that others who have the same version, iPadAir6 have the same problem. It seems there is a problem running the Zoom client on iPadAir6. Is Zoom support aware of this issue? Has anyone at Zoom looked into it?

I am on a Macbook Air I bought two weeks ago. Since seamless porting over my data to the new computer, Zoom won't let me share my screen. When I click the Share button, the tab picker pops up as normal but I can't see any of my tabs in the tab icons. I see generic icons as in the attachment. If I click on one of these generic icons, I get the alert (in another attached pic) that says I have to go to Privacy and Settings. But it doesn't tell me what I am supposed to do when I get there.  In Privacy and Settings:– Zoom is ON in Accessibility– Zoom is ON in Camera– Zoom is ON in Microphone– I can't add Zoom to Screen & System Audio recording because it is the only app in my Applications folder that doesn't show up in the Applications Folder Open Dialogue Box (see 3rd attachment)

I cannot find the way to do so. 🤔 🤔If I print the web page, not all responses chow, neither does the bar chart.Help please!Thanks.

Hello,We have a call center with federal requirements to provide anonymous support for our hotline callers.  Is there a way to remove the caller ID or prevent it from showing when it goes to a call queue or attendant?  Our hotline counselors and volunteers should not be able to see the caller ID from the original caller. Any ideas on how this could work? In our previous system we forwarded the call to another number that redirected to our call queue.  However with Zoom, we are still seeing the original caller's Caller ID. Is there any way to make a custom call route that may help us do this? Thank you! 

I am taking a class that requires us to meet via zoom meeting and do some role playing situations. One of the group hosted the meeting and sent email links to the rest of us to join the meeting. We all have zoom through our university and the links were sent to our university email. I am not very well versed on zoom and assumed that because the host had information going to the cloud and transcript activated that I did not need to do that. All seemed to go well. After the meeting ended the host sent us links to our portions of the video that we could submit for our assignment. Because I did not have transcripts activated during my portion, I did not see the text until I opened the email. The names of the other members were accurate, but my name seemed to be a random name. My user profile on my university account does have my name correctly listed, but this didn't match. Did this happen because I did not do cloud recording on my end, the video itself was fine? We have an email queue we use in Call Center.  We have a vendor that wants to start sending us encrypted emails.  Is there a possibility to incorporate a S/MIME certificate into Zoom?

Hello, When I enable live transcription during a Zoom meeting, I want to ensure that participants are not forced to see the subtitles.1. Is it technically possible to prevent participants from seeing subtitles even if live transcription is enabled?2. If it is not possible, is there a way to hide my language settings so that participants do not know which language I have selected for the subtitles? I would appreciate any advice or possible workarounds.Thank you!

In a manually-transcribed meeting where I'm not the Host, my viewed transcript omits everything before I've clicked on "View full transcript". How can I get the full transcript? I'm using Zoom 6.3.11 on a Windows 11 laptop.The same omission happens when I return from a breakout room and forget to turn "View full transcript" back on.

I register my webinars on the cloud and I don't have any pronblems with the audio transcriptions.I have a fiend who would like to make audio transcriptions from this webinars that last 90 minutes which he downloads on his hard disk. But he doesn't find the audio transcriptions file?I don't know how to help him so far. I wonder if there is a duration limit on the transcription or if the problem comes from the fact that he registers his files on the hard disk? I thought he might shut down his PC before the transcription was made but he says it is not the case.Any idea or feedback welcome.Thanks in advance

For the past 4-6 weeks I have been experiencing intermittent unstable Internet connections with every Zoom meeting on paid and unpaid accounts. Over the course of an hour, video and audio freeze with an unstable connection notice 1-2 times, more over a 3-4 hour meeting. Once it completely booted me out of the meeting I was facilitating. This has caused tremendous problems during recording. I am in a home office running Mac OS 12.6 on an M1 Mac Mini and Zoom 5.15.7. My Internet speed is a gigabit on Ethernet and tests out at excellent speeds when Zoom freezes and I get the unstable connection notice. Still, I've taken to putting my email client and web browser offline when running Zoom, but it has not curtailed the problem. Internet use in the rest of the home on gigabit speeds is minimal to moderate, with no one else reporting Internet loss or degraded speeds/service, and the rest of my Internet services continue to work. We have a Voicemailbox for compliance, and we can't capture any data that could be tied to an employee.  Is there a way to have a VM box not capture the who called #..  or anyway to mask it only for the one number? Thanks!

The invite does not have an unsubscribe link and I have been getting spammed with them for months now. The sender is Zoom and if I block it I will not be able to receive emails for other zooms that I actually register for. I recently deleted Fathom, I had downloaded it without knowing what I was doing so I uninstalled it. And now I can't open a zoom meeting. I get the above message and don't know how to clear it.Can anyone help please?I use BraveThanks

Hi,  I used the photo app in a session today (I've used it many times before). I took two photos and downloaded them both. Neither is in my downloads (where they ALWAYS have been), and neither is in my Zoom folder. Is there anywhere else I could look for them? Is there really no way to have those automatically housed in our accounts? That seems like a huge oversight.Please tell me that there is a way to recuperate or find these pics. 

In the call queue, Call Distribution there are a few options.  Simultaneous, Sequential, Rotating, and Group Rotation.  In particular, we want to test out the group rotation so that one set of specified members gets the call initially, but another specified group would take it if the first group was busy.  When selecting the option, it only asks how large the groups should be.  Is there a way to specify who is in what group?  We only need to have 2 groups, but split into teams of specific members.

I am tired of this. I was using zoom for 2 years, and everything was perfect. But now every single time I try to create a meeting, no one, including me, can connect to the meeting's audio. When you join the meeting, message pops up that says, "The meeting does not support dial in or call me to join. You cannot connect to the audio." I saw similar problems for other users, but still have not found any working solution. 

Sometimes I need to copy some text of the document I am sharing and paste it in a word file. In the past I used a tool in google(copy and note), recently when I am sharing the screen in zoom, everything and I activate that tool, everything freeze and I have to switch off the pc. Is there any other way to copy a text or an image while sharing the screen?

We have scheduled a Zoom webinar and would like to make a minor change to the name of it, but when trying to do so it warns us that participants are already registered. Will changing the name of a webinar affect existing registrations?

I'm having a problem with the language settings for Zoom meetings embedded within my LearnWorlds courses. I'm using the Zoom integration to host live sessions for my students. Everything works smoothly, except for the language displayed in the Zoom application during the meeting. Even though my Zoom account and meeting settings are set to Polish, my students are seeing the Zoom interface in English. This is causing confusion.

I recorded a zoom and near the end of the meeting it said that I didn't have enough disk space. When I was done, I got a message saying I needed to double click files to convert once I cleared some space. I made space, but these files are not doing anything when I click them. On the Zoom app I went to local recordings and clicked "convert", but I've had a spinning wheel for about 30 minutes. I realize this could take some time, but does this spinning wheel mean it's working or is nothing happening at all? If someone could give me some input it would be great. Thanks!
