I wonder why my Apple devices don’t remember my username and password for Zoom. Most apps do, but in Zoom, when i was logged out i always have to fill in these two. Normally they are in icloud keychain and i can fill them in with touch-id. 

How come nowadays when I create a meeting I don't get an invite that I can paste into email and send to another person? Instead I'm directed to Google calendar. This is useless to me and provides no copy and paste option.

We have been working with Zapier and Zoom support going back and forth trying to resolve the issue when we use a Zap to push a webinar registration from our Hubspot form to Zoom, the Country and Company fields do not come across.  Only first name, last name and email fields will show up in the Zoom registration report.  Has anyone else been successful getting this information via a Zap going between Hubspot and Zoom?  We have already added delays in the Zap and everything is pointing to Zoom correctly per Zapier.  Zoom says its an App development issue. I have set up my system to forward to my cell phone and it is not working. From everything I can see the settings are correct but it is not working.

Zoom must have changed something between Monday and Tuesday. I am an adult educator and I have to log my student attendance. When I went to do this on Tuesday, the reports button had changed. Students are in and out of breakout rooms, often lose internet and log on multiple times. In the past, this was no big deal as I could click the unique user button and it would consolidate the information for me. As of Tuesday, when I click this button, it does not seem to consolidate the attendance into unique users - I find students are listed more than one time still. It also now puts the attendance onto separate pages as if it's got 10 per page. I find this highly frustrating since some users are on multiple pages and I can't easily scroll through the attendees. Anyone else experiencing these frustrations? It's making a 2 minute job take 20 minutes, multiply that by several classes. And maybe it's user error on my end. Someone help, please!

We are having an issue where an employee is creating a meeting within Zoom, and when it syncs to their Outlook calendar, their meeting numbers are corresponding with a separate meeting altogether. For example: In the Zoom client we would have 2 meeting:June 13, 2025 at 10 am Team Check-inMeeting number 90000000000June 15, 2025 at 8am for Employee EvaluationMeeting number 90000000001When it syncs with the Outlook calendar the same meetings become one:June 13, 2025 at 8am for Team Check-InMeeting number 90000000001It appears that all the calendar syncs are setup correctly but for this one user they are misplacing the information. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a webinar that, when people register, they must answer a custom question. How do I pull a report that will provide both the registrant name and answer to that question?  I have looked under Analytics & Reports - Meeting & Webinar Registrations but no data comes up when I select "Webinar" from the drop-down and include my meeting ID.  Any tips? 

I have multiple meetings with the same group of people at various times. For simplicity, they would like me to give them one URL they can use for all the meetings. What's the best way to do that? Can they use my Personal Meeting ID under Profile / Meeting?

Recently migrated to Zoom common platform. However the connection is not yet established with BYOC SBC. Available documents are checked and followed the instructions.

Joined a Zoom meeting and was made a host.  I recorded the meeting to the cloud but it's not showing up in my cloud recordings.  The person who setup he meeting says he hasn't got it.  Can anyone give me a clue as to where the recording might be?

Someone changed the behavior of creating Zoom meetings so that now I get warned that I haven't added any attendees. Is there a secret setting somewhere where I can turn that thing off?  I'm never going to "add any attendees" and I don't like the warning.

I have a list of recurring meetings scheduled through the end of June; I want to add more meetings to the list. I thought there was a prompt to "add another meeting" on the scheduling page, but I'm not seeing it. Does anyone have a solution for this? TIA.

Hi,I understand this will seem very basic but I am a new user and have just set up my first meeting. I filled in the schedule new meeting form and tried to put in two email addresses for the other participants. it would only accept one at a time and i had to save the form to be able to enter the second email address. How can I check who is invited to this meeting?In the workplace upcoming meetings tab it shows the meeting just with me as the host. Is this correct or does it mean the form has not functioned correctly and the other two participants have not been invited? Is there really no way of checking who has been invited to a meeting?

First, I tried searching these forums and google and youtube before posting. Every answer I found was similar but didn't answer my question. All I'm wanting to do is remove the password requirement to join my PMI meeting. It says locked by admin, I'm the only person who has access to and uses my account. I see that my current role is 'owner', how this doesn't also give me admin authority I'll never understand. I read some posts in this community that say go to Account Management and under there is Account Settings, but I don't have the Settings option there. This is probably a fairly easy fix, appreciate the person(s) who have it.

Hi everyone,I'm setting up a recurring webinar with multiple dates (same topic, different days), and I'd like each attendee to be able to register for only one of the available sessions — not multiple.So far, I've enabled registration and made the webinar recurring, but I can't find an option that limits people to just one date. I only want them to pick one, and once registered, they shouldn't be able to access or register for the others.Is this possible with Zoom Webinar? Am I missing a setting?Thanks in advance!

Hello When I schedule a meeting I am unable to add my colleague as an alternate host. My colleague and I both have paid licenses AND are on the same account. So the error has got it completely wrong. 

What happened to Zoom integration with 17 Hats in the EU? When will this work again to be able to send links?

I would be grateful if someone can anyone help! This error message keeps popping up every time I wish to start a meeting - which I, as a host - have scheduled with a client. I have to log on manually but the system recognizes me as a "guest" and I have to wait for the host to start. How is this possible if I am the host! This has been an annoying problem for months. The problem happens only with my laptop and not with my mobile phone.

All: I have been using Zoom (5.17.11) on iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 12) for some time, now. In January/February 2025, Zoom (5.17.11) would not allow me to join meetings without upgrading the iOS Zoom App. The problem is iPhone 6 Plus is already at its latest version (iOS 12) and the AppleStore requires a later iOS version to upgrade Zoom past version 5.17.11. Any ideas if Zoom supports a backward compatibility option, for iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 12), without the ability to upgrade the iOS? I asked the Host to enable Voice Dial-in Access, but they refuse stating organizational policy. Thank you for your time and assistance. Kind Regards,  Gary

Pessoal, não sei o que está errado nas configurações do meu computador ou app zoom, mas quando em uma reunião e é colocado uma música de fundo ela simplesmente não aparece para mim, apenas quando ele fala junto consigo ouvir, mas ao parar de falar não ouço nada enquanto todos os outros participantes ouvem normalmente. I have tried everything and for some reason can't get the music to play during our "breaks."The instructions say to click on my photo and then settings then "audio" there is no "audio" settings on my settings.

I was sent a meeting invitation and have been trying to open it to confirm the meeting, but the following is happening: Next page that loads says: "Sorry, you do not have the latest version of Zoom Workspace App installed.The latest version of our application will download automatically. Kindly install it to accept the meeting invite.If the download doesn't start automatically, please download manually.Manual DownloadJoin from your browser"The version update download starts and when I click on join from your browser nothing happens. I open the download it runs and disappears.I checked my zoom app and it says that it is at its most up to date version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom. Restarted the computer and cleared cache. I do not have a paid account. Still when I click the link it redirects me to to page saying that I don't have the latest version.
