Is there a way to assign a user access to street address information for our physical phones? I don't see anything in Roles. Maybe another way?
Currently using Zoom app on my samsung s8 tablet, in landscape (with a keyboard). Whenever I join the meeting however, my camera rotates the view 90 degrees, as if it doesnt register that the device is been used in landscape. As far as i can tell, there isnt an option to rotate the camera on the app (i.e. no options button next to the video for settings change). Is this a bug/can it be fixed? Cheers

Hiya My laptop is running Windows 11. Recently the desktop app and web app aren't syncing meetings. And I can no longer delete some meetings in the desktop app! Help please. Heather
Lately it has happened a few times that while being in a meeting, the app had an error and crashed, the issue being afterwards it was impossible to start a meeting again. I tried to solve it by updating the app, restarting my computer, de-installing the app and installing it again, of which the latter worked so far.But this morning it didn't work, and I suspect the problem is that after crashing the app still thinks to be in a meeting, which seems to make it impossible to start a meeting again. I also tried stopping the meetings from my 'task manager', but that also didn't work today.Does anyone have ideas on what might cause this problem and more importantly, what I can do to solve it?Many thanks!
When we go to an applicable phone number and click on it, Ring Central, Phone, and another app pop up, but not zoom. Anyone have any ideas?
I have a paid Zoom account, and I am unable to schedule any meetings. When I try to schedule any meetings, I receive "Error Code: -1". (see attached image). Is anyone else encountering this? What is the solution? Any help is appreciated.
Saludos a todos. Desde este domingo siempre he grabado en la nube a 720P, con una resolucion de 1280x pero de pronto los videos que bajo vienen con una resolucion de 640x360 pixels. La verdad que ha sido una faena porque la grabación se ve con poca resolucion y muy baja calidad cuando desde mis equipos 1.- No he cambiado ninguna variable de HD2.- La reunion del domingo la primera si me grabo a 720P pero cuando paro la grabación y pongo a grabar la segunda en la nube, cuando voy a bajarla me sale recording_640x360.mp4Hago pruebas de ancho de banda y todo bien, con test de subidas y bajadas 400 megas en total.No es por ancho de banda, andemas de una reunion a otra solo paramos 15 minutos, paré la primera grabacion para que se quedara renderizando en la nube, y puse a gabar una segunda a los 15 minutos. Pero esta ultima me bajó la la calidad de mala manera.Alguien mas le ha pasado?
I teach a monthly Photoshop and photo editing Zoom meeting monthly. I tend to have 15-25 participants. I make modifications to a photograph and discuss what I'm doing. I don't want there to be too much lag between what I say and what my students see on their screens. I currently have gigabit internet speed from Comcast. I'm wondering what lower speeds I could use and still not have a noticeable lag? Finally has anyone used any of the 5G service providers (Verizon, T-Mobile et al) successfully for similar meetings? Hello, good morning, I have a problem with zoom for linux (the ubuntu version), the problem is that when I mute the audio with the keyboard, the shortcut doesn't work, preventing me from following the zoom conference (it's a course), I have a equipment not compatible with windows 11 and I need a series of programs in which there is uncertainty as to whether they will continue to work in windows 10 after the end of support for it, so going back to windows is not an option nor do I want to do the dual boot on my computer.please, could you tell me how to solve the problem? I imagine that zoom for ubuntu will have dependencies, what is the package that is causing the error that I am commenting on? I would like to before formatting (of course, it will have to be linux), learn about this operating system, since there are things that have to be interacted with commands in this system and I would like to use it again this way (I have experience in the command environment since I lived in the d
I'm having trouble finding information on this. Can someone explain what determines the aspect ratio of a meeting recording? I'm trying to edit a meeting recording (recorded on the cloud) on iMovie, and iMovie is cutting off the frame so that the thumbnail of the speaker next to a shared screen is partially cut off. I went back and looked at the aspect ratio for this Zoom recording, and it shows the dimensions as 1724 × 772. Then I went back and looked at previous Zoom videos I've edited and the dimensions of the raw Zoom videos vary -- I have some that are 1760 x 900, some 1724 x 778, and several 640x360. However, I've never had this problem when editing in iMovie before putting the video on YouTube. I can make adjustments in iMovie so that the entire Zoom recording is shown in the frame, but that results in a letterbox effect in the edited video, which I don't want. Hi, I tried to find articles related to this. I know that Zoom provided Zapier Integration that allows it to listen to Team Chat. However, I can’t make it work. I already specified the trigger and the channel to listen but the test records keep on showing test payload. We already tested both private and public channel, new mentions, etc. Nothing works as I can’t find sample of real message. Is anyone else having constant trouble with the app badge icons in the Zoom app for iOS? Previously I was having weird issues where me sending another user a chat via my computer would generate a badge icon on my zoom app on my phone. That is still happening but now I have the added annoying problem of the badge icons not clearing. I have a badge of 1 even if I have read all my chats. I can make it go away by marking a message as unread and then reading it but as soon as I get another message, the badge is back and doesn’t go away. Anyone else having this issue? I think it started around the time I upgraded to iOS 18. Speaking of iOS 18, why in the world hasn’t Zoom updated their app icon to support dark mode like every other app maker has? Really makes it seem like the devs don’t know what they are doing.
Regularly, people say "BRB" and then have to write "Ok Back", especially if video is off. Would be helpful to just have a "BRB" status you can flip on that shows in the participants pane and the video window that you can turn off when you are back. Bonus points for adding a custom message, like "BRB - 5 min" or "BRB - grabbing a glass of water"

Help !!! I failed to End Meeting after completing a one hour difficult presentation that I was recording on Zoom. Is there any way to convert this to .MP4 file now. It shows up in the Document \ Zoom folder local drive; but the file name shows only "double_click_to_convert_02.zoom"
Dear Zoom Support: Last month, my Pro license expired. Previously, at the end of each meeting, a survey I had prepared for participants would appear automatically. I remember being able to view the responses directly within the Zoom interface, under the "Encuestas" section.Now that I am using the free version, I can no longer access the responses submitted by participants. Screen sharing is broken again. Was just giving a black screen, repeated attempts to share eventually seemed to work. Can only share a app window, not a screen. I also get a error on the version of pipewire installed preventing sharing audio. I have downgraded to V 6.4.6 that previously worked. Will see if it still works. I've turned on all the settings, set for auto-on, but no matter what I do, for every single meeting, I get the reminder to turn on the AI Companion and have to click the button. I just want it on, no request. Is this possible?
I have a personal Zoom account and a company Zoom account as well as a personal and company Google Workspace. I mistakenly connected my personal Zoom account to my company Google Workspace Calendar. When scheduling a calendar event in Google calendar, the Meeting host: shows my personal email address and the meeting ID is the one with my free personal Zoom account. Signing out of all devices in Zoom doesn't do anything. I cannot remove the Zoom for GSuite add-on, but I did remove the Zoom extension from Chrome. Where can I sign-out of Zoom's "Zoom for GSuite add-on" and remove that authorization?
I'm trying to have 2 computers logged in and according to this article I can have 2 desktops, 2 phones, 2 tablets logged in concurrently however as soon as I log into one computer I get logged out of the other. And when I try to enable more additional logins that menu doesn't even exist.Has anyone been able to setup concurrent logins?
