I've got some whiteboards that are large enough to really push the limits of what the software can handle.  Will it make a difference if I split the content up over multiple pages? To illustrate what I'm asking, imagine the following two scenarios:Two large clusters of content are on the same page, but separated far enough that they cannot be viewed at the same time.  Or...Each of those two large clusters is put on its own page.Should I expect different performance from those two scenarios? Thanks!

In the Zoom Desktop Client there are options for Settings --> General --> Zoom Rooms -> "Only show when a nearby Zoom Room is detect" and "User Zooms auto-detection" Currently there is no plist option key to enable those features on all end points https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064957, leaving it up to the users to turn it on  Any plist option to turn those on and guidance of security permission changes needed to the config profile as well would be appreciated 

Our small church has a paid Zoom account (one license). We were hoping to take a vote during an upcoming meeting, but from understand from my research, we cannot do this unless we buy another license for Zoom Room to use.Is this correct??

I just signed up for scheduler, need to get sms or email notification when someone creates meeting, so I don't have to keep checking zoom calendar,  how to do that? Tried setting notifications to you everywhere but no email or sms works for creating meeting. Email is sent to attendee when creating meeting but not to host, email is sent to both when meeting cancelled.

There under Invitations as I did Scroll to Manage Attendees and as I tried to click Import from CSV. The very option "Import from CSV" is missing. Hi there!  I have a Zoom Meeting Room already that I use for tutoring sessions. I use my PC or laptop for holding these session.I am "venturing out" and attempting to hold one of my meetings from my iphone. Would someone be willing to give me the steps to accomplish this?  Initially what I would like to do is to be able to see what it will look like for my students that attend.  A trial run of sorts.  If I am on my phone hosting, can I join my own meeting from either my PC or my laptop?  Of course, I would not be the Zoom Meeting it if I were attending from another device....I really just want to see what the environment looks like.  Thanks!

Hi everyone, I used to be able to keep two Zoom sessions open at the same time — one on my desktop computer and one on my laptop.But recently, whenever I log into Zoom on one device, the session on the other device gets disconnected automatically.Has anyone else experienced this issue, or know if Zoom has changed its policy or settings regarding simultaneous logins?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi I want to use calendly as a booking tool. There I can integrate zoom as well.In Zoom I connected it with my private gmail account. So that booking will be copied to my calendar.Is there a possibility to change that connection? I use wordpress titan email as my business account. I would like to use that calendar or maybe I have to change titan?The confirmation email is send from my gmail account even I am registred with my business email.I want the sender email beeing seind from my busniess account.

When users create an outlook meeting and saves it "as draft" the meeting is appearing within others zoom meetings lists. Is this a bug or is there something which we can do to stop this from happening. Office 365 with zoom calendar integration

Hi,I've both Admin and Owner access to my agency's zoom company portal.We have Zoom One Business licenses, which should meet the prerequisite to use the feature.I'm trying to enable Zoom AI Companion so we can try out Meeting Summary, but I do not see the option in Account Setting.I would greatly appreciate it if someone can assist me in this.Thanks. 

So during a Zoom meeting, from time to time we want to clear the Zoom chat and start fresh. I have the ability to delete individual messages in chat, but really need one "Clear Chat History" ability that clears them all in one fell swoop. Is the possible in Zoom? I have a Business Account, so no worries on that end.

The Suspend participant activities option would be much more useful if there were an easier way to revert back to the settings in place before suspending activities. Ideally, there would be an accompanying option like Resume participant activities that would turn the settings back on that are unchecked by using the option. Failing that option, the behavior of the Host tools menu needs to be changed so that the menu stays up while the host rechecks the options that were in place. Current behaviot of the Host tools menu is check an item, menu dissappears. Need the menu to stay up so I can quickly recheck the options and not have to bring the menu up and check one option at a time.

Okay. So do I have this right? If I record to the cloud I can get the main video feed along with the gallery video feed, but not individual video feeds and not individual audio feeds.OTOH, if I record locally, I can get individual audio feeds, but only the main video feed?This makes no sense. Is there no way of being able to record and download:--  The main video feed-- The main audio feed-- The Gallery video Feed-- Each individual video feed-- And, each individual audio feed?As an editor, it would make life so much easier to have all of these feeds to work with  rather than having to choose between having individual audio and individual video. If anyone knows a way of getting all of this, please share. I'd greatly appreciate it because it makes absolutely no sense on Zoom's part to make me choose between audio and video B-Roll. Thanks in advance,Caat

We are moving from a SIP phone system with a local PBX to Zoom VOIP. We have a front desk operator and several back up employees for while they are out. I set up a call queue to ring sequentially for the front desk operator. with those three users. It was pointed out to me recently that if the front desk person is on vacation and sets her extension to out of office or Holiday, the phone at the front will not ring. The other two extensions will ring. At their desks but if one of them is sitting up front, that phone will not ring. Is this correct? Is there a solution other than making the front desk phone a community area and setting it to HotDesk? If I do that will the two people who may need to be up there have to log off their desk phones when they go to the front desk to fill in?  thanks for any advice or help you can offer. 

We are a small community.  We have 2 boards that want to use Zoom meetings.  Can I have 2 schedulers without paying for 2 separate accounts?  If so, how do I do this? Thanks 

I scheduled a meeting. Why can't clients directly join via the meeting link I shared on their mobile devices? Do mobile users have to download the app to join the meeting?

I had convened an important meeting, but I was not able to see the recording of the same. It is a statutory requirement to keep the recording for some time. If I do not get the recording, the meeting will be invalid. Please help to retrieve the recording
