We use alternative hosts to help with meeting/webinar management. However, the alternative hosts are unable to see the meetings/webinars in their dashboard. So if the creator host needs a change made quickly but does not have access to their computer, the alternative host is unable to make the change. This is extremely frustrating.  Also, if the host is unable to make a meeting, the alternative host can’t make changes or cancel the meeting. 

Since the last few updates of the Mac app I've not been able to schedule a meeting from the app. I have to use the website to schedule. Everything else seems fine though. When I click the schedule button it just shows me a blank page, no error messages or anything. I can create a new meeting and start one already scheduled (from the website) but nothing else.I'm on Mac OS and zoom version: 5.12.2 (11434)

My strange problem is that when a Linux user tries to right-click on the host/co-host video/tile, they do not have an option for "chat" like the users of Windows or macOS.  It seems to be specific to the Zoom Pro account that I have, but when checking this out on another Zoom Pro account, the Linux user does have the option to chat when right-clicking.  So it must be in one of the settings on my Pro account.  But how could a setting permit this feature (right-click has "chat") for two operating systems (Windows and macOS) and not the third (Linux)?  I've gone through all the settings and can't see any that directly effect chat not being available in a right-click operation.  Anyone have a suggestion?   Thanks, John

Is anyone having a hard time with ManyCam as a virtual camera?Zoom is not recognizing ManyCam at all.  Does anyone know how to fix it?

Just setting our Zoom phone system up, have connected Hubspot and Zoom using the integrations... however there's no contacts being synced to either the desktop or mobile apps (without this it would be pretty pointless). Any ideas what I've missed or what might be broken?I'm the admin on both accounts

Hello! I just bought a new M2 Mac mini base model and one of its primary uses is as a videoconferencing machine to be used 3-5 hours a day. I have been having a ridiculous amount of issues and I am looking for ideas. I am using it with a Logitech Brio webcam on a tripod with no usb extension cable and the mini is hooked up to a 65" 4k tv over HDMI 2.0. This is what I am experiencing: 1. Audio will work for a while but eventually when I am unmuted all everyone else hears is a loop of echo noises. When I am muted and I open up audio preferences I can see the mic levels jumping wildly. I can use the iPhone a a mic and that seems more stable although sometimes it loses the connection. I tried using AirPod Pros as the mic and zoom immediately crashed. 2. Video is usually ok but will my video will freeze at some point in the conference. Audio still works and I can see video / screen sharing of the other participants. 3. Hi,When I try to livestream from Zoom to Youtube it verifies the error "The user is not enabled for live streaming. Extend Help: https://www.youtube.com/features".But I can streaming direct from Youtube, so, the problem is not the Youtube. I´d like to know how can I fix this.The problem is not the cookies or browser versions.thanks

Filters are not saving/sticking when going to different tabs. Add/Remove Column settings are saving however.

Hello All: I'm having problems with my Zoom Q2n-4K not recognizing my piano when doing a test playback in settings. No audio levels are present, as well. My voice is clear, but no piano regardless of what settings in audio I adjust. Selecting 'original sound' does nothing. The Q2n-4K video recorder was not cheap and apparently can be used as a webcam. However, for my online music lessons use, I need for instruments to be recognized and heard. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks Zoom version: 6.5.1

Hi. I want to turn off automatic Zoom updates as it is causing me problems updating just before meetings. The latest one changed my audio settings so I couldn't hear anyone. I've subsequently researched it and followed the instructions previously given to change it but the instructions I read said to find it in Settings-General. When I go into this section automatic updates are not mentioned. Today I was updated to ZoomWorkplace so has it changed? Should I be looking in another tab?Many thanks.

How can i change the custom live streaming serrvice?

Hi, I am looking for help on a zoom remote access session where I need to use the host's camera while working on an application on a remotely access PC via zoom session. USE CASE:Consider 2 computers on a zoom session - A and BA is the meeting hostB is the client connected to the meeting via an invite sent from AA takes remote access control of B via zoom remote access feature.A is working on an application on B that uses camera to scan some images.When that application on B triggers the use of camera, it activates local camera on B by default. How can I make it trigger the camera of the host PC (A) in this situation instead of using local camera on B?ORHow do I setup zoom to let the host use its own camera instead of B during remote access sessions? I know when using Remote Desktop softwares, this feature can be configured in them but not sure how / where to configure this requirement in zoom for zoom remote access feature. Any help would be greatly appreciate

Whenever I have a scheduled meeting in Zoom (for my Company's zoom instance, not my personal one), Zoom on my iphone starts to ring. I cannot see a setting to disable this. I do not want to disable notifications for phone calls or if someone calls me in Zoom.  Can I somehow turn just this scheduled meeting notification off? This only seemed to start when I started at a new company that uses Zoom for meetings. I did not experience this in my personal Zoom scheduled meetings. Thanks

I’ve had pretty good success recording presentations using PowerPoint share with presenter in a window. It can be a little challenging fumbling with the keyboard though and I’d like to try something a little different. I was hoping to just video tape my oral presentation by itself, and then use video software to switch back and forth between the full screen video of me presenting and pictures of my slideshow with my video presentation in an embedded window similar to zoom share (was hoping to make the window a little larger than the default size in zoom). Just wondering if anyone could suggest software options for doing this?  

A few days a go I bought a new laptop and whenever I try and join a zoom meeting, it gives me an error stating "UnauthorizedSorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again, 401"  But when I try joining the same call with the same account on a different computer it works fine. I tried to google the problem and I tired to flush my DNS, logging off and back on, deleting zoom, clearing cache, deleting history but nothing seemed to fix the problem. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem? 

Last week, our organization held a webinar, and I was pleased to see 71 registrants. However, when I downloaded the list, only 65 registrants had been "approved". I know I did not deny any registrants, so how did this happen? Also, I noticed that some who had been denied actually did attend, so what happened there?I want to prevent this from happening in future webinars, so please help me understand.Thank you, Heidi WhitmanNational Association of District Export Councils
