Hubspot Integration - no contacts synced to desktop or mobile app

Just setting our Zoom phone system up, have connected Hubspot and Zoom using the integrations... however there's no contacts being synced to either the desktop or mobile apps (without this it would be pretty pointless).

Any ideas what I've missed or what might be broken?

Hi Eliot,

Thank you for the response - and yes, this is the guide I followed specifically.

Maybe I need to wait until the service is operational (currently awaiting for phone/address verification).

Service fully up and running now, contacts from Hubspot still not syncing to Zoom softphone or desktop app - wondering if it's even a feature? spent around a week with support... just keep asking me to install the apps 😂 to resync.

Not looking good, such a shame... the phone service seems good - but without the softphone/deskphone contacts it's pointless.

For the benefit of those who might be looking for this information - the Hubspot integration isn't a full integration, it doesn't sync your contacts from Hubspot to Zoom, which is kind of a very BIG missing part of the jigsaw really.

You can log calls etc to Hubspot and initiate calls from Hubspot, but you cannot sync your contact to either your desktop or mobile phone - not without adding a third integration.

I've integrated Hubspot with Google Contacts, and then Google Contacts with Zoom Phone - it works pretty much okay, you can find your contacts in your desktop and mobile directories
